Jose is someone I would not recommend anyone doing business with. Very unprofessional and dishonest person. Was a hard time to deal with this person

BEST AUTO REPAIR/CAR CUSTOM PLACE IN CHARLOTTESo I came in with a pretty decent sized accident to the left hand side of my truck, with a strict time table of when I needed to have it done. I needed it done in two days and I was desperate, as I had already went to a couple of different shops for help. Jose and Blvd Kustoms were super helpful and communicative, not to mention they got my truck looking brand new.

I highly recommend this shop for any body work, paint and custom jobs on your vehicle. Very profesional, affordable and great customer service.

My SUV needed so much work! But my insurance company totaled my car. Jose was not getting paid & my car was not getting fixed. My front bumper was hanging, so I had it taped up with box tape. When I hit bumps it bounced. Jose removed the tape, lifted the bumper & bolted it down so it wouldnt move. NO cost to me. Huge improvement!! Jose is a business man for sure....that knows how to run a GOOD business with experienced workers, affordable cost & great service. Ill be back & with friends. Thanks Jose!

I would definitely recommend. Took my car to Jose and my car was finished the same day. He does a great job. I was satisfied.

Painted my civic and over the course of 6 months, 3 resprays and broken parts I had to sue him. He has potential to be a great painter but do not give him money up front!!! That’s where I messed up at he rushed through my car the preparation work is terrible, he painted over the old pin stripes then sanded it down and put clear coat over it, side skirts and ground effects kits was barely sprayed and you can see black in then, wing has black showing has runs and orange peel, quarter panels has orange peel and scratches in the paint, broke trim panels I had to buy new ones and paint on my front bumper is bubbled up when I got the car and told me he “tried” his best and it’s nothing else he can do about it.

Jose painted my classic car and did an excellent job. He spent a ton of time getting the body right before he painted and stayed within the quote we originally discussed. Good shop with an experienced owner. Just recently used Jose for the first time because a friend recommended him. Actually talked to him a bit. Knows a lot about cars and is a hard worker. Gave me a 3-5 day timeline for when my car would be ready and he called me on the 3rd telling me it was completed. The truck was in great shape, he fixed a decent sized dent I had in the door and made some scratches vanish for free, I didnt ask for that, best part I cant even tell that there was any new paint sprayed. It is blended perfectly. Hes a young guy with a family and I love supporting small businesses over chains so I will be back and recommending anyone I know that needs some work.
