They have performed all my service needs on several of my vehicles. Not sure if I could name all of them over the past 5+ years I’ve used their services. If you want to know what is wrong with your vehicle, you can take it to Hughes and they will find the problem and call you with an estimate. They will also tell you if they see other items that need to be done at a later time that are also important but perhaps just doesn’t need to be done now. Most places would tell you it needed to be done now to increase the price you pay. I respect the fact they are honest, trustworthy, and professionals who want to do a good job and not rip people off. There is enough of that going around as it is. So if you’re looking for good honest work, go to Hughes Automotive where things are done right!Thanks, Kendra B

Not impressed with ability or willingness to repair my 1990 Jeep Wagoneer Ltd. took three weeks to decide they didn’t want to mess with it and communication is done via text. Do not recommend.

I have been a loyal Hughes customer for years. When Glen sold the business I was a tad skeptical. But David and his family have taken great care of us and our vehicles. If youre looking for a trustworthy, ethical mechanic, give them a try.

Last few repairs went great. Even referred customers to Huges. However, once I actually asked for clarification of my next repair quote, I received a: “I’ve already told you how much it is, if you wanna do it you can”. They don’t like you to understand what you’re being charged for parts and labor it seems. The friendliness disappears when you want to know what you’re paying for. As a consumer, I like to compare the market. Can’t do an apple to apples comparison without detailed pricing. I used to have a good experience, but unfortunately have to find a new shop for our cars. Genuinely wish this wasn’t the case.

Very honest people, got straight to the point. Wait time was not long at all. He told me it may take about an hour to figure out the problem, and it took less than 45min. I will definitely be back.

These guys have helped me with my Integra more times than I can count. I had an issue with coolant right before I was about to drive to Florida and they were able to change my oil and brake pads, replace the timing belt, and fix my radiator fan in under a week. They specialize in American muscle so if youre trying to get your GTO fixed up this is the place to go.

I went to Hughes to have a diesel oil change and fuel filter change. They charged $579. I called a local Ram dealer and this filter change is much higher than even the dealer would charge. I previously went to Hughes when Glenn Hughes was there, but was told today that he retired. I assume this shop must be under new ownership and/or management as they now appear to charge more than dealers do.

We love these guys and refer friends there too. Have had them working on my vehicles for 10+ years. This team is knowledgeable and fairly priced. I have a couple classic/antique rides and they fix them too. Hard to find that knowledge base anymore since OBD driven wrenching to replace, not fix, is so common. I discovered they have towing service available too.

Very quick service. Took my Hyundai Elantra there a little over a year ago. They were direct about explaining the issue and the cost and then when it was all said and done, worked fine with no B.S. costs added on. Happy with their service and work!

We took our car here, and had to leave it overnight. We asked that they let us know if they would be able to do the repair BEFORE working on it but, they just went ahead and did the work and called when it was done WITHOUT our authorization. Part of this work included installing new brake pads. Here it is, 8 mos later and the brake pads are shot...so bad that it screwed up my rotors and in fact did NOT even fix what we initially contacted them about and ultimately paid them for. They are refusing to take any responsibility for the work they screwed up. Now, Im having to pay over triple the cost to get new parts. I read a previous review where they also did work w/o the customers authorization...do NOT do business with them!

Very very poor customer service rude arrogant.. Im a wife and owner of a burgundy Dodge 1500 Cargo van that I let my husband take here. Now after the second faulty part and two tows outta my driveway we got it back they say its fixed they had it since April 5th till may 1st n only supposed to do15 hours of work done to it. Well guess what it died coming down the highway last night given same code no bus n bpi incorporated are losing $3000 a week because of this, I got a car Im fine, but business will suffer because they dont care they never even kept us up to date they never called we did. When we got tired of it we go by there n it b sitting behinde building like they were hiding it not working on it the only thing they got was home it home twice n thats it.. Both times its almost like they put a paperclip in the problem area long enough to make us think it was good n I got alot of ppl who agree with that theory cuz it only makes it 50-75 miles everyone but they have tried calling since 7am even I tried they want answer us..... Hopefully we hear something by the end of the day if not I dont care I believe its a faulty place . Im going to blast on Facebook and would like all my friends to share the story wen I do.. they sud have already picked it up no they wont pick up phone its OK.. All people listen to the previous bad reviews they only have 2 good ones n after meeting them they probably wrote those. Yes we paid $120 to get my husband van off side of highway again hughes. Do NOT USE HUGHES WORST CARE N SERVICES AND then take no responsibility dont think I know they have caller ID.. 😉. I dont play wen it comes to money n someones empire so lets play ball ⚽ because Im positive Ill win, n I get enough people to hear n see what yall have put this business through by not responding n schedules being changed at 8pm b4 work next day cuz problem not fixed.. Im on the case it will b fixed.... SO u know our number Glenn hughes call us 2day before 5pm Im sure I can cut ur business in half and your employees are gonna get it too.
