What an amazing experience! Between my husband and myself, we’ve traded and purchased numerous cars over the years, but the service Ryan provided us was something we haven’t yet experienced the many times we’ve been through this process. We live well over an hour from this specific dealership and he was in constant communication with us to ensure we were taken care of and that the vehicles we were looking at online met our expectations. The vehicle we ended up purchasing was in Charleston and I assumed that process was going to be a hassle considering it had to be transferred to Charlotte, but he was extremely transparent the entire time and made it as convenient as possible for us. I’m now driving my dream car and Ryan is to thank for that! Be sure to ask for him! 5/5 stars all the way! ⭐️

Nice, clean and professional dealership. Other than having all of the staff to look at you like you’re an alien when entering and not say a word, the customer service turns out to be great. I had a great experience at Hendrick Mercedes. Courteous, prompt and professional staff in every department I interacted with. Scott Miller (Sales) was outstanding and friendly, but not to the point where you feel like hes overselling or wasting your time.My C300 had a slight issue I discovered 1 week after purchase, and when I brought it in for service they had a courtesy vehicle waiting and communicated with me until it was finished. Ricky Whitten in particular was a great help in Service.

Ryan Smith went above and beyond when helping me with my car buying experience. I was going to test drive the vehicle on my lunch break, and to save me time, he brought the car to my work so I could test drive it. He was quick to answer any questions and spent time over the phone working on trading in my old car and getting me approved for a loan. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, he offered to personally drive it to my house and deliver it to me and pick up my old car that I was trading in. I have never experienced this type of customer service and would highly recommend Hendrick Motors of Charlotte to friends and family. On top of the wonderful service, my car has a 10 year (or 100,000 miles) warranty which is wonderful. I love my car and the experience was so easy. Thank you, Ryan!

This is the only MB dealership I let work on my AMG these days. I have gone to others and been disappointed, but the last 3 times I’ve needed service on my car I have brought it to Hendricks Mercedes and Michael Ortega has taken tremendous care of myself and my car. This place goes above and beyond, and they always give your car back looking and riding better than when you brought it in. If you are in the Charlotte area and need your MB worked on, I suggest taking it here. You will not be disappointed.

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend taking your car here at all for repairs. My car has been three times in the last 2 months for things you’d think they’d catch during an oil change. The latest repair was a fuel pump, they were only supposed to have the car for 2 days and that ended up being a week and a half. I had to call them for updates. Apparently they forgot to order the part (supposed to do so on a Friday) when I approved the repair and didn’t end up doing it until Tuesday. Perhaps they need to train their associates on basic communication skills? Car ended up being ready on a Friday, I get there, pay, they bring the car out and the check engine light is still on. They claimed they forgot to reconnect a hose which cleared the code. I get home and a week later my coolant seems to be leaking. Next available appointment wasn’t until 3 weeks later AND they never have loaners available. This place is worst than Jiffy Lube. At least they can diagnose simple things during an oil change. We pay so much for our cars only for this dealership to fail on simple deliverables. Take your car elsewhere.

Scott was the salesman we worked with, and was the best experience we have had so far purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. He worked with us to get us in the car we wanted and the price we had hoped for as well, and just went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. My husband called, Chris Biche was able to get my car in since the check engine light came on and I had a popping sound in my sunroof. I was afraid to drive my car for the fear that it might break down. I wasnt able to get a loaner car for the weeks notice but when I made another appointment, because the popping sound was still there the day I left the dealership, they told me that I could have a loaner car Monday. Chris was really nice in trying to help anyway he could. I had to cancel that appointment due to a death in our family and now need to find the time to take it back over to the dealership back to Chris Biche. He is a friendly employee. The only thing I didnt like about the dealership is when I called and the girls answering the phone, sounded very young, and kept telling me the service department is really busy they would have to take a message for Chris. When Chris called me back, he said he didnt get the message that I called.

I did not have a good experience with my service advisor Zakhar Ryadnov. Previously I had my car serviced at mercedes north lake and things went fine however this go round Zak has no readiness to assist and also ended up costing me a lot of money unnecessarily, my car was hit and right where the car was hit there was an axle leak, I spoke to my insurance company about it and they spoke with Zak and he told them he doesn’t think the accident caused it, however prior to the accident on my last service I did not have an axle leak AND it’s in the exact spot of the accident, because he told them this the insurance company said they couldn’t cover it, the insurance rep even told me she was sorry and felt bad about the situation but since that’s what she was told she couldn’t do anything about it. Also Zak was just not friendly, would not recommend him to any of my friends with Mercedes and now I’m thinking about dropping my Mercedes for a Tesla

Very pleased with the visit from beginning to end. Arrived 30 minutes early, and was met by Ricky Whitten, my service advisor. Super nice young man, who reviewed what was to be done, which I confirmed. Said it would be about 90 minutes or so for the service if I cared to wait, which I did. The waiting area was very well appointed, and I took an amble through the showroom to look at new vehicles also. I returned to my seat to get a little work done with a cup of coffee from the waiting area refreshment area. After about an hour, forty-five, Ricky showed me what all was done, completed the transaction, and had the washed/vacuumed car pulled around for my departure. Well done, Sir and Hendrick team !

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Hendrick Motors of Charlotte. I gave them a 5 starts (the highest) but i would like to give a higher rate to my Client Advisor Ryan Smith. He was extremely genuine and professional. He took his time to address all my questions and concerns i had. Most of the process was over the phone and once at the dealership everything was as we had agreed. No last minute surprises. The Finance Manager, Karen Ferrari, was also very polite and professional. In general, my experience with Hendrick Motors was a pleasant one. Traveled from NYC to South Carolina. on the way back to NYC caught a flat. Stopped at Hendrick Motors Mercedes Benz in Charlotte NC. I Did not have an appointment. The service agent Chung, was great. Chung, booked my service for 4 tires and a wheel alignment. The vehicle service waiting area was very nice and comfortable. I am very thankful that they could help me in a very stressful situation. I was excited to have purchased my 1st Mercedes only to find out they are like most other dealerships. Liars of course. The man that sold me my car told me that a feature I asked for and I told him I wanted in my new was included only for me to later find out that it wasn’t. When I spoke to management about the situation the only response I received was that the dealer said he didn’t tell me that which of course was a lie. Management told me I could trade in my already new vehicle I just purchased for another one if I wanted the feature. Right makes no sense. I was also told that the vehicle I purchased had only one owner who was up to date on maintenance and that the car was inspected and I was given brand new tires. Also not true b/c a few months later they said my tires were dry rotted which would’ve been impossible but thanks to Rebecca hit them to actually give me new tires. My 1st experience with them will ultimately be my last and become a nightmare. I would not recommend them and I’m highly disappointed. If this is their idea of a first class experience then I’m more than happy to go back to a regular one.

I hate to give bad reviews because not everything during the process was negative. I will say this though. When we bought our 2018 GLA 250. The car was fully inspected by the team at Kendrick motors Mercedes before buying and passed with nothing wrong. Not even 6 months into having the car, we had so many problems. Most recent is we took our car in for the first oil change and inspection and was told that the brakes on the car are so bad he feared for our lives. The rotors were warping and the plates were grinding metal. I feel like these are things the dealership should tell you before selling you a car.

I recently visited Hendrick Motors of Charlotte and was treated with over the top customer service from start to finish. Courtney was professional and kind with helping me with my need for two tires. I arrived without an appointment, due to noticing one of my tires looked unsafe while out and about. I was able to work from my laptop and drink coffee while the service technicians installed two tires. I went in to look at a specific GLA250 that I had seen online, unfortunately that particular car sold the night before. Scott was very helpful and worked hard to find another to match exactly what I was looking for. He and the team at Hendricks were extremely responsive and competitive with other dealers and cars I had researched online. Pre-owned Manager Chris Minich, Salesman Wale Shoetan and Finance Manager Eric Lauterbach all provided a pressure free Atmosphere.In this time of Pandemic a lot of dealerships are holding on tight to advertised prices. I had my airbags replaced here recently. It was a relatively straightforward process. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. I left my car overnight and picked up the next morning, very clean & washed with no sign of the work completed.Be warned, they will try to sell you a car. Just know that going in and politely decline. They also couldnt find my key for about 15 min but that was resolved. They kept me informed and kept trying to feed me breakfast items so I was okay. What a wonderful experience to work with such a warm and welcoming staff, Chris and Fred were outstanding. Even though Chris had on a mask you can tell he was greeting with a friendly smile. Purchased a new E350 from here earlier this week. All parties involved were top class and a pleasure to work with. The sales professional I worked with (Wale) was awesome, he had the vehicles pulled around quickly and cleaned/sanitized. He was understanding of my goals and worked FOR me. The F&I manager I worked with (Eric) was awesome, he made quick work of the paperwork and helped walk me through the available back end products. Mr. Lee from Hendricks Motors was excellent. My RV renter had a breakdown of a specialized Mercedes part and Hendricks took care of the RV. We wanted to get the renters back on the road ASAP, so they expidited where they could and returned the RV back to the renters. Mr. Lees team sent a nice video of the RV and inspection too.
