Matt is a rock star. I’ve been in the car business for 10 years and have never been called on a Monday from a ins agent returning my call from Saturday. Seriously some of the best customer service I’ve seen. I personally know my insurance agent and never get calls back!

Not happy with the appraisal and adjuster process. The agent in contact with mewas a bit patronizing, even telling me that If they offered more money it wouldnt be fair to me.I dealt with other Allstate agents years ago who were great with a claim. Either the company itself changed, or its just that this office is so different.
