Well, I had to call to get an update and follow-up to the water damage in my home and the claims department was seemingly moving slow and I spoke with several persons to help with moving my case forward. It was not going well until I reached Vanessa VanDerveer after several calls and she did an excellent Job of assisting me, following up getting me the proper contacts that followed up with me. I felt she went above what others did not even attempt to do. I love this company. I’ve been working with Misha for 3 years now and she is always on it. If I ever have an issue she takes the lead and fixes everything so I don’t have to stress about it. Sometimes things need to be changed multiple times a day on my end and this staff will physically change and help you multiple times throughout the day without questions asked. Their customer service is by far the best I have ever seen. They treat everyone with respect. I wouldn’t want to work with any other company but them! Thank you all so much.

I wish I could leave a better review to this State Farm Agency... But I didnt have a great experience with them. Everytime you call them, theyre not friendly at all. I called a couple of days ago to request a policy cancellation, and their responses were not polite at all. Instead of trying to gain back my business, they tried to scare my husband and I, stating that we will receive a cancellation fee and I asked how much and they were not able to provide any information because the corporate will check that. They act as they dont care about your business. So I called the corporate and they said there is no charge for canceling a policy. Mr. Russ, please talk to your employees to be polite. If someone wants to cancel a policy, they should be respectful and try to gain back your business. I switched to another company, and Im going to save more than $149.00 PER MONTH! More coverage, less deductible, and AWESOME Customer Support!

Like a good neighbor. This was literally my situation. Russ lived right next door to me for years. Always helpful. Always looking out for me and my family. When we moved to CT, he made everything seamless as we transitioned to a new State Farm rep. Even though he was not my agent while we were in CT, he always made himself available to answer any questions or offer advice. Weve had State Farm for years, but we choose this location due to good reviews when we were relocated from Atlanta. It could not have been easier to transfer our policies and work with this team. It was 10x harder to get in touch with our old State Farm office in Atlanta and get any emails answered or any phone calls returned. I was so frustrated. This office is timely, polite, and helpful in answering all my questions about transferring and adding things to our policies. (I specifically worked with Jordan at this office.) Its hard to find great customer service these days with everything being automated and online, but I would recommend this office to anyone.

I called to get renters insurance and luba was the woman I talked to. She was quick thorough, definitely a professional. She had a great sense of humor too when she told me it would be 300 a month, lol. But when she told me it would really be 8 dollars I immediately fell in love with this woman.
