Great work and very quick service. I met with John, he gave me a reasonable quote and an appointment to have work done later in the week. He had the work done in one day and everything looks and works great. I couldnt ask for better service for a better value. I would definitely recommend and will go back for any auto needs.

Would not recommend!I was recommended this place by my mother but the communication has been horrible, there is a genuine lack of professionalism, no sense of ownership, terrible communication. I had to reach out to the owner on several occasions and where sometimes I never received a response.I was told my appointment had to be pushed back a week because my part hasn’t been ordered , but the owner told me to REMIND HIM a few days prior to order the part .I reached out to the owner every day of the prior week to order the part, just to find out my appointment needs pushed back a week cause it wasn’t ordered yet!LIVID ! I lost interest in receiving the service from this “business !” At this point I will find business elsewhere! Extremely displeased with the lack of professionalism and poor communication!!!!

Contacted my wife, these people came and took work from another fellow, stole the work right out from under him... ..this place is a nightmare, they have had our car over a month and still cant give s return date and for a week now Ive had noway to work.....if I were you Id move on and find someone better

I read the reviews and usually you all are right, but fortunately I had a good experience. All thanks be to Chantal. She was on point from start to finish. My only complaint is after my car was painted I can tell it wasnt done properly because the entire inside of my car was covered in primer. I bet Maaco doesnt leave your floor mats, dash and windows a shade of gray. I wouldve gone back to address it but why the headache? Its not like the owner John didnt know. He drove my car out and then attempted a quick rinse off before handing me the keys. I believe in integrity and instead of addressing it and offering to get it out (I mean they do advertise to be a detail shop) he chose the less noble route. The repair work and the paint job was great. But when you make money with your vehicle its important your dash doesnt look like Betty Crocker threw a flour rager. I was rooting for you Body Pros, I was really rooting for you.

The body work on the car was good and the customer service with Ms. Shontell was great but I was told that I would get 2 different benefits such as gas card and was only given one also at least they could have buff the entire car for it to match the place that got repaired. I have had car repaired before from an accident and when I received my car back it was clean. I probably would not be quick to recommend this place of business to family and friends.

An absolute wonderful experience - I was in an absolute panic after my accident. Shontelle and the owner John came to my home to discuss my options because I was too paranoid to drive, thy provided concise information about the repair process, my rights and the process my insurance provider would follow. They arranged to have my vehicle towed to their facility and assisted me in getting an insurance placement. It took a little while to start the repair process but that was due to issues on the insurance company side however the Reps from the shop kept me informed throughout. The repair job was great, at pick up they went over the damages and showed me what they worked on - they allow mw an opportunity to ask questions and transparently provided responses. I am happy with the completed job and love their lifetime warranty for all repairs they completed. John was also able to provide a great referral for mechanical repairs. Thanks for the great service from all of the employees i worked with!!!!!

I brought my Porsche Cayenne in for repair to the passenger side doors after a driver merged right into me. They repaired my doors like new within two weeks. I would recommend them for fast, friendly and professional service.

Fast service

I would NEVER take my car here! I received a phone call today...over a month after our car was involved in a hit and run. The message left on my voice mail was so fast and mumbled and jumbled I couldnt understand. I called the number back within 5 minutes of receiving the voice mail to see what it was regarding. The phone was simply answered This is Shontelle I replied I received a phone call and was immediately asked for my name and personal information. I refused and asked again what this was regarding and who this was. She then shot of a bunch of questions asking if my vehicle was involved in an accident and was calling regarding the repairs we discussed. I once again asked what company was this and she shot it back at me so fast I had to ask her to repeat is. I then told her we never spoke to you all regarding my repairs and she got an attitude and wanted to argue with me about it. I know for a FACT we never spoke to her because we only intended on dealing with one particular company so we never spoke to anyone outside of that company regarding fixing our vehicle. I asked to be removed from their solicitations list and she wanted to argue she wasnt solicitating to me.....YES! you are and you know it! She got nasty with me and I hung up! WHY WOULD ANYONE do business with this company is beyond me and why would they ever expect to gain any customers making phone calls such as this???

Great service provider always willing to go that extra mile for any customer. Great office staff very professional. Very friendly guys in the garage. Quality and professional work. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone. Save a lot of folks the hassle of trying to find transportation to and from the shop. As well as hassle of trying to come up with a $500.00 deductible on short notice.

At the first arrival to body pros collision, I wasnt really excited about getting my vehicle worked on because I didnt think it was possible to get it back to the way it was. the sales person, Doug was very confident that he could make this happen and he did!! I have had the WORST experience here. I have had to go back and forth to this company for several issues that still have not been fixed. The owner John does not callback or follow up when he says he will.. I have a few things not dealing with my accident that were damage by his company that theyve had to fix.. Along with them half assign the work on my car.. I just want my car fixed like it is supposed to. Now here it is a few month after the fact and Im still waiting to get my car fixed the right way.

This place is awful. Took way too long to fix the problem with the car and when i got the car back there is more wrong with the car than when before they got it. The one star is for the the people over the phone they are ok but the owner is shady. Brought my car to them at the beginning of the month the adjuster from my insurance came by seen the a the car gave them a check. He cashed the check but didnt do the work for a month, talking about some he was waiting for the other insurance to see the crash to accept liability. If that was the case he should not had cashed the check from my insurance in the first place. Talking about some when the other insurance accepts liability then they will pay for it and then some. Because he took so long my insurance stop paying for the rental. He gonna say i will take care of so many days then you gotta start paying. Finally got my car back and there are Scratches on it that was not there before and the volume in the car does not work also my lights were not working. Took it back and got a new fuse for the lights after not having lights for two days but nothing got done about the censors not working and my car use to ride quieter, think they changed the windows. It was a bad experience and i would HATE for anyone to have to go through it.

I was referred to body pros collision from my co-worker. After i saw how her car looked once it was fixed i was amazed! I needed a paint job and gave them a call to see. Not only did they help me out but they also gave me a discount for being a referral from another customer. my car is looking better then is has in a while! THANK YOU so much body pro collision! They are unprofessional, take way too long, they will not return your calls, they dont explain the process, they will give you the run around, they dont keep there word. The lady who works in the office got in to a yelling match with my boyfriend. The owner John is SHADY. I got my car back and the horn no longer works..... DO NOT GO THERE

I had to wait a week to get an estimate. And then i called back and the owner John said he would call back in 20 minutes and never did. I called back and finally got a quote to get hung up. I cancelled my car getting fixed there. Thank god. Awful customer service.

They had my SUV for 3 wks and rushed to get it fix, there was paint on my viser, paint on driver side window and my mirror, my driver side door is still out of line and the rubber on the finder is not glued enough. They did a bad job, I called but hes dodging me. I would not send anyone to him. So he dont have to worry about that.

My experience was AWESOME! I was a little skeptical after I read the reviews but then I had to realize everyones experience is different. I just expressed my concerns to Shontell... she was very understanding. She assured me they will take good care of me as a customer and fix my car in a timely matter. I am a HAPPY customer! Thank you Shontell, Christy and John you guys were a breathe of fresh air during my time of trouble.

I had the worst experience at this place and I would never take my car back. I had to take my car to my dealership to find out that it was not fixed correctly and I had to pay a deductible at the dealership when I had already paid for it here. He then owed me the money back but came up with excuses in order not to me. He did issue me the check after I had to go back and forth with the Jeep dealership after they told him it was not fixed correctly. The owner of the shop is very unprofessional and rude. I wouldnt recommend anyone taking their car here. Just save yourself the aggravation.

Where do i start, i took my car to body pros collision on a friday morning the owner assured me that my new bumper would arrive the same day and would be painted and i would be ready saturday morning, i called john (the owner) on saturday morning, he then told me my bumper never came in and that it would be in monday morning, monday afternoon rolls around and i get a chance to call john. he then tells me oh we ordered the wrong bumper, so i say ok when will my bumper be ready, he says at 2pm that he would call me when it was ready. i never heard from him or his staff that day, so the next morning i call him, and he finally answers and tells me that they got the wrong paint. i started feeling as he was dicking me around so i showed up wendsday afternoon without calling, to catch him off guard. i got there and the owner john was not there, but there was one employee there. he then assured me they did not have my bumper or my paint. i called john and he told me he would be there in 10 minutes. so when john arrived, not only was he rude and disrespectful but his employee lied to me and told me they didnt have my bumper or paint when he was the same one painting my bumper inside the shop when john took me inside. john told me to come back this morning at 10am and my bumper would be ready and installed on my car. i arrived at body pros around 11am, they then starting taking my old bumper off which took them until 115pm, then they go ahead and install the new painted bumper, which took them until 230pm which is ridiculious. finally when i thought all the distress was over, they pull my car out of the garage and the bumper is a complete 3-4 shades lighter than my car!!!!!!!! not to mention the bumper had so many gaps between the body and the bumper it was not lined correctly and they did not plug my taillight back in (which i had to pay someone else to do) and scratched the body of my car im guessing when the illiterate body person they had working on my car put it on. so john assures me monday morning that he will repaint my car the correct color! i will keep you all updated but they still are UNPROFFESSIONAL and do not care about you or your property!

This place like this is not the insurance company they called and lied make sure if they call you call your insurance company and report them we need this place closed down
