Jeff and Phillip are one of the coolest and kindest people I’ve met. They were easy and understanding to talk to. They also put every single effort to make your car look the best. I could not recommend them enough more than anything. They made my Toyota GT86 look better than factory new when the paint was previously done horrible by a previous body shop - Thank you so much! I will be visiting you guys from now for any body repairs! I got my bumper, hood, fenders and driver side panel done and they all look perfect!

I needed to get a bumper panel replaced, and went to CarsMetrics because of the positive reviews. I thought this would still be a typical body shop on South Blvd experience, but it was not! I pulled up to the front door and Jeff came out, looked at the damage, wrote down the VIN #, and came back to me with a quote in less than 5 minutes. I never even got out of the car. The price was reasonable, so I approved the quote. The bumper took 1 day to come in, and they started on it as soon as it arrived. Had my car back (washed) in just over 24 hours. The quality of the job was PERFECT!!! I hope I dont need any more car body work any time soon, but if I do, I wont think twice about going ONLY to CarMetrics. Jeff is super nice and professional to work with as well!!!!

I chose this place based on excellence of their reviews; and must say it was money well spent. Someone opened their door into my car leaving pretty deep scratch and a good dent. Dealership was fast enough to give me a $1005 and so change quote just from a picture I sent them. Carsmetics on other hand were honest enough to say that they would need to see damage in person before coming up with numbers. Joel for honest up front and gave options on the repair, where even the expensive one (re-painting and blending) was under $700; while the more budget option was under $200. The car was done before lunch time, so this was something they fixed in matter of few hours. And at the very end they were nice enough to give extra discount.Now, the quality of the job they did was exceptional, it exceeded my expectations by far.Takeaways:1. reviews are legit for this shop, based on personal experience with them.2. They will give you options.3. Whatever price they will come up with, will be a worst case scenario, no surprises.Also noticed some other people coming with nice looking cars for body repairs, so I guess this shop truly stands up for its reviews and promises they make.P.S. I picked up my 2005 T-Bird from Carsmetics in Charlotte after they finished making my old car look like new!! Mechanically the car was excellent but cosmetically, looked every bit of the 149,000 miles on the speedometer.I am generally skeptical of promises made, but Jeff and the Carsmetic staff were more than true to their word. After visiting a few locations to get estimates on my wife car I was fortunate to stop by Carsmetic. I cant tell you what a great experience we had with the South Blvd location. I drive a late model BMW convertible, which I keep in immaculate condition. I recently had not one, but two rear end collisions over a 2-month period. The first was a relatively minor rear-end collision caused by a driver who was texting-while-driving. The second was a hit-and-run incident, which resulted in much more serious damage. On recommendations from two of my friends, I went to Carsmetics in Brandon to fix the damage.I met Kerri, the store manager, who is very personable, very professional, efficient, detail oriented, and very focused on customer service. With the assistance of computer software, and close inspection of the actual damage, she was able to identify the parts needed for each repair. Then she scheduled the work to be done based upon when the required parts would arrive at the shop. My insurance company has her shop listed as an acceptable repair facility. Each repair took two days to finish – one day to repair and one day to allow the paint to dry.In each instance the repair was perfect! I had some rough scratches from a minor accident on the front passenger side bumper. I dealt with Joel, Jeff, and Phil. They were all gentlemen and made me feel welcome! They provided amazing customer service. I dropped it off on a Monday at 9:15 am, and it was ready, as promised, by Tuesday afternoon before 5 pm. I had an issue with my car and visited Carsmetics last week and met with owner Andrew Aaron. Andrew met me in the parking lot and immediately started to look at my car to provide me with an estimate to get it fixed. Andrew was very professional and courteous the entire time and gave me a very fast and fair estimate and a date which I would be able to get my car back. Andrew kept his promise both on price and delivery and called me during daily to update me on the status of my repair. Got rear ended and brought my car to Carsmetics based on the online reviews. I was not disappointed. Jeff and his team were fantastic. Great service, and great work made for a great all around experience.

I went in with a large but paint intact dent in my drivers door from a deer impact. I had been told by other firms I needed a new door for $3K plus. The manager called one of his techs and they pulled the dent out with two suctions cups in the lot. ZERO charge. A couple of small ridges remained and It was estimated at $325 to come back while I waited and make it perfect! The only body shop I will come to in the future.

This is the place to go. Got 3 different quotes from the top 3 places ranked by ratings, and Carsmetics gave me a quote ~$1,000 less than the other places. Other places wanted to outright replace parts and just took photos of my car with their phone for a quote... Carsmetics got underneath the car, talked me through it, showed me why they could do it for the way they did, and I really felt like they actually cared. Dropped my car off at 8 and got it back at 2:30 the same day. Jeff was awesome, fun and easy to connect with on what you needed done. I took in an 08 Hyundai Veracruz that was rear ended and it looks brand new. There was also a dent in the door that was fixed and honestly, it isnt noticeable unless you were studying the door for a slight scratch. Its is as good as youll get without replacing the panel. Really is 99.9% repaired. I was impressed as was the wife and thats all that matters! We will be back next time! Excellent work! These guys are awesome. The first time I came here, the underside of my car had been ripped up by a large hole in the ground. The damage was too extensive for them to be able to repair, but they recommended an awesome collision repair shop for me.This time, I had a crack in my windshield and a small dent on my front right side. They dont do windshield repair, but again, gave me a good recommendation. The dent cost more to repair than I was expecting given its size and the fact that no paint was needed, but I trust that they gave me the best price.They can give you an estimate in 15 minutes without an appointment which is really nice. They were able to do our repair two days later. The repair took a few hours and it looks great. You cant even tell where the dent was.This is a really good body shop and I highly recommend them for any work you might need done!

Edit- previous review was due to phone issues they were having several years ago. I wanted to update my review though as recently I had them repair my wifes car after she hit a retread on the interstate. Very reasonable price and they did an extremely quality job. They even got the repairs done quicker them I expected. I highly recommend them.

Overall, phenomenal experience. Very professional, received an accurate quote quickly, and they were ready to take my car in within 2 days. I got 2 other quotes that had longer turnaround times and higher (not much) prices. Will be back if I need anymore work.

I always hate trying to find a place to get my car repaired, as I usually find auto repair shops to be shady and untrustworthy. I had the complete opposite impression of this Carsmetics establishment. Friendliness will only get you so far in my book, but these people had the excellent work and extremely low prices to back it up. The store manager Jeremy was very accommodating and pleasant to work with, and more than fair with the quotes he gave me for the several repairs that I needed done. Yes, this place gives QUOTES, not ESTIMATES. This is amazing because you know exactly what you’re going to be paying when it comes time to pick up your vehicle. Not only was the work they did on my car exceptional, but they got my car back to me in a very timely manner. The thing that was most impressive to me is that their quotes were 1/3 the price of the estimates that other auto repair shops gave me in the area. This made me rather hesitant at first to use them, because how could their quotes be so much lower? The perfect paint job that Carsmetics did on my car spoke for itself. This could have been the perfect car repair experience, and I would highly recommend them.

All payments over $500 must be paid with a credit card. Small sign on counter. No indication of this policy before, during the process. We questioned payment with a 2nd party check and were told they do not accept such checks. Would have been an excellent time to tell us that payments over $500 must be with credit card. Checked the bill and no indication of payment type was printed, only with the 8x10 sign on the counter. Workmanship was good and delivery was in the time line expected.

I do not normally do this but it would be a great disservice if I did not let the public know what a phenomenal experience I had with this company. I got three estimates on my SUV door damage. Carsmatics was the lowest but also the most honest during the estimate period. Others, even the Dealership were a little “shady”.That said, I chose Carsmatics. They were on schedule and exact to their estimate. Additionally, during the time of repair, the car would not start. Again, they called the dealership and they said tow it there. They did diagnostics, my contacts Paul and Phil were convinced it was something with the key. They went to the store and bought a key fob battery with their personal money and got the car going again. They wouldn’t even take my money for it.I can only reiterate, these guys are as professional as they get. The level of service as well as the final product is what I had hoped for at half the cost of what the others quoted. Note, I did not use insurance for my own reasons. Most of the other places also kept trying to get me to use the insurance probably so they could make a quota. Carsmatics understood why I was doing the approach I was. These guys do quality work at reasonable prices, and are willing to work on challenging problems. Unfortunately, I’ve been there 3 times in the last year with self-inflicted wounds to 3 separate cars, including 2 bmws. After being fixed by Jeff and his team, It is impossible to see where the issues originally were. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for body work. Also, they are very good at refurbishing headlights to make them clear again.

Having been side-swiped in a parking lot, I wanted a place to fix my car for a reasonable price. Carsmedics in Sarasota was recommended to me by a friend who had had good results there. I met with Tony who gave me a quick estimate and was very straightforward about the process and the length of time needed to fix the car. He wanted no money up front and guaranteed his work for the lifetime of the car. We decided to go with Tony and Carsmedics. The end result, which took less time than anticipated, looked amazingly like a new car. He even fixed a couple of other chips “while he was in there.”We are VERY happy we found Carsmedics. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Took my 2014 dodge charger sxt there today 4/23/18 . I bought this car used and it had 6 small dents on the hood and 1 on the left fender . The repair is amazing looks like a new hood . Shane and these guys rock !! I was more than pleased . I guess I found a new body shop after going to the same place for 30 years . Every one was nice and there work is amazing . Thank guys !!I

My car was pretty scratched up when I took it here. Fortunately Carsmetics did a great job and my car looks a lot better now after getting a color sand and buff. Price was very good too.Worth it!

I was rear ended and, after exchanging information, the next day I looked at the damage to my car and realized that the bumper could probably just be pushed back in and the black scrape marks just cleaned off. I couldnt really see any extensive damage and I didnt want to go through filing a claim even though the accident wasnt my fault. I found Carsmetics online, only minutes from my home and I just wanted an opinion from them to make sure that I wasnt missing something in my assessment. They agreed that there was no further damage, they popped the bumper back in and had their detailer clean the black scrape marks off and when I tried to at least give them a tip they refused to even accept it. This was totally unexpected, but very good business sense on their part. I certainly didnt expect them to do anything for free. I wouldnt hesitate to refer friends to them. I am glad to have discovered this business because over the years I have had little nicks, dents, so forth and never knew there was a body shop that specialized in these types of things. This was a very good find. This was the US 19 location in Palm Harbor.

Great Service in all.Friendly Customer Service representatives that were knowledgable and able to produce a quote quickly that was fair and affordable.I had my car painted, hood and up the right side as it had been keyed. It now looks as though it had never happened.All in all, it was a great experience and I would use them for any body damage and paint needs in the future.I highly recommend them.

I was looking to get a front bumper painted and Carsmetics did a quick and amazing job. The building is clean and professional and they have advanced camera equipment to properly detect the exact color. I dealt with Jeff and Joel who were both very friendly as well as knowledgeable about painting and body work. The paint matched perfectly with no imperfections, which was surprising because the car is 20 years old. After dropping the bumper off Jeff called me and updated me on the status and the day of pickup which was the same day estimated, and Joel helped me package the bumper properly for transport. Overall these guys did everything a proper business should and more. I definitely recommend Carsmetics for professional and fair priced car care!
