Carolina Sound, Stage, and Lighting was the official production company of the Inaugural Charlotte UNITE Festival- a multicultural festival to celebrate our diversity in Charlotte, NC. They came out several times prior to the event to survey the land, and to prepare for the day of the festival. Their level of professionalism was beyond anything that we could have imagined. My review comes from a unique perspective. I am an audio guy who got some new equipment for upcoming shows and couldn’t get them to communicate. Being a weekend the manufacturer customer support was not available. I called CCSL on a Saturday morning and got Danny on the 2nd ring. Told him my inquiry was odd but he said we use that gear every day and gave me the number to his lead tech “ G Mase”. I called G and he took time to help me troubleshoot over the phone. Couldn’t seem to figure it out and offered to drive 40 minutes to my house to help me out!! We text back and forth a bit and I was able to get my system synced after updating some firmware. All I can say is these guys are solid!! They had no win in helping me other than to pay it forward. I’m so impressed I’ll be talking to Danny to see if we can partner in the future.
