Good real estate closing.

Not the best. Of course it was during Covid, but my clients having to run around getting paperwork done because they didnt want anyone in the office, clients have questions at closing, but there was nothing but mailed away paperwork. It was inconvenient and unsettling to my clients. Then my check never showed up. Hey, mistakes happen, but again wanted me to drive there rather then just over night it and take care of the mistake 2 weeks later, and I finally have a check. Not the best, not the worst. But with so many choices.......

I do not recommend and would give 0 stars if possible. Ashley Bratton was closing attorney on a home we sold and took over 36 hours to wire our funds. She claimed that her internet was down but was able to do it immediately after OUR attorney contacted her and prompted her to do so.

I cant say enough great things about Attorney Ashley Bratton. Our real estate investment firm deals with a lot of complicated transactions and its never been an issue. Ashley has made herself available for phone calls, emails, and has come in on weekends on occasion. I feel very fortunate to have found such an excellent attorney with high integrity and great knowledge in the business.
