They did come out and fix the washer machine but they said it was a wire and it need to be replaced $180. The next morning my dryer went out. I didnt call them to fix that. 10 day later my washer isnt working again. Water isnt flowing in, a big bubble. I txted them with no reply response. Something isnt right.

I called about our dryer, first they asked me what was going on with the dryer, was very transparent on the cost of coming out. They came out the next morning, was able to fix it. Eduard was great he fixed our dryer in a less then a hour. Thank you ! Defiantly will be keeping Appliance Repair 123 number on hand and sending friends and family to them.

Eduardo was very professional. My dryer is fine. The venting is no good. My dryer vent runs to the crawlspace. Why I dont know. Old house. Anyway he was very honest and very professional and said I need to have someone put my vent connection to the outside because going to the crawlspace is creating moisture because the dryer air has no where to go but back into the vent whick is why I keep having to run my dryer to dry a load of clothes for 3 hours. Thank you for being so honest and professional.
