I had the pleasure of speaking with Rayshell. Also the maintenance guy I believe his name was Kevin was also helpful and very knowledgeable. They helped me so much and I left today feeling excited and comfortable!

Moving here from another state was very stressful, but Margaret was amazing in helping my family with the transition here. I love it here. Kevin has been very helpful as well. Kevin and Margaret are very kind and I would definitely recommend moving here.It is very convenient to everything.

Just went today to take a tour of the complex. First off, I had an appointment scheduled for 1 pm. When I arrived the door was locked and it had a sign stating to call if you have a scheduled appointment. I called and watched the lady in the office totally ignore my call. Standing out there a few minutes now, I finally knocked on the glass door to get someones attention. When the manager finally answered the door, she had no idea about the appointment I scheduled with the complex just yesterday. She then sat me down at the desk and informed me that the apartment I was looking for (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom) had no documented pictures nor did they have an available unit to tour. Not only that, I was informed that all of the amenities were closed for construction and they were unsure when everything would be completed. The complex is a torn up mess right now and I only saw a small part of it since I was not even given a tour of it. Very unprofessional, unorganized and sloppy presentation. Will not be wasting my time or money here.

Excellent Customer Service, started when I called Thursday and spoke to Margaret to make an appointment she told me what I needed etc. Went to my appointment loved the apartment, and Margaret was awesome, she was helpful, very knowledgeable, professional and just all around wonderful. She was the epitome of excellent customer service .

Did an application today. Hopeful this will be my new home with all the craziness searching for an apartment in Charlotte right with covid-19 going on. The lady in the office is really welcoming and very helpful, the application process was simple. Looking forward to making these apartments my new home. Safety and Peace is my main concern. I believe these apartments will live up to that.

Pool hasn’t been open in 3 years, and now there’s no Gym. Something to keep in mind...

This is a very lovely complex and the property Manager Margaret is great but i am afaid with the gate being open all day and night. They sent out letter with good news saying they will be closing the main but what about the side gate? Crack heads from across the street by Marvin Road is coming in knocking on doors at midnight. I live right by the gate i CANT sleep at night because the gate slamming all night (not from resident). I work at the at hospital and would love to be at peace and sleep when i get off. This is very dangerous and i know Margaret said they are wotking on it but the owner of this property should want to make sure their tenants is safe at all times. Please fix this NOW

Disorganized office. The manager Margaret does not do much even when asked repeated times.The fact they don’t close the gate (a service we PAY for to keep us safe) Is ridiculous because it is never closed anymore. Maybe you should consider compensating all your tenants for a service that isn’t being facilitated. Used to like living here before all the problems.

I love this place! Its like a little village, everyone is so welcoming and Its quiet! The property manager, Ms Marie is the best and shes very professional and polite. Even the maintenance man is the best! If theres a problem with anything they always make sure the issue is taken care of right away. I know I made the right decision when I moved here. Its a safe place for me and my family. Great neighborhood with the best and wonderful caring staff!

I’ve been here for four years... and since management changed last year, I’ve noticed a change in the tenants Coming in (loud) as well as the gate never working anymore... which I really appreciated having (when it actually worked.) Thin walls, you can hear everything, and the tenant office isn’t much help... ever. Also, the pool was always closed last Summer :( Good luck!

I moved into Wendover Walk Apts and the property manager Margaret was Soo polite and she blessed me and went above and beyond too make me feel welcome!!!! She was Soo polite. Thank God for her. She was amazing and Soo professional!!!!

WOW I am still getting over the horribly rude experience I just had. My chiropractor is located passing by this place. I never really noticed it until today because of the leasing signs. Figured Ill just pop by to come in and get some quick info. I decided to give them a curtosey call since it was 5:15 and they close at 5:30...what happened next ruined my whole evening. Right after I spoke whomever answered the phone responded with huh?! I guess she didnt understand articulate, clear, polite speech. Stunned I just said um are you not open? (I was already at the gate). She rudely responded: we close at 5, no we are not open. We about to close the door. I said: So you close at 5 and not 5:30? Her: No! we close at 5, about to close the door...I was beginning to feel my face turn red. The gate was open after someone left so I drove in and parked right in front of the office. An Open sign was there and the door was actually open, literally physically wide open. I sat there replaying her NASTY voice in my head and I wanted to go in and tell her about her rudeness and lying. Instead I marked them off my list of consideration and shared my experience. If she can lie and be nasty to a potential renter , I can only imagine how she would treat tenants. The lack of care explains the unkempt look of the place (dont let the pics fool you). I rarely post but Im a very kind person and no one deserves to be treated nasty like that. They missed out on a great potential tenant.

I have been living here a year and a half my experience have been wonderful. The property is kept amazing, my apartment is beautiful and spacious. The office staff is amazing, the manager Marie went the extra mile to accommodate me and my family when we moved in from out of town, She even came in on a Saturday to sign our lease and give us our keys, (office hours are m-f 9-6) , even the maintenance guy is so helpful. I will defenetly sign my lease again and recommend this community, as a matter of fact my sister, and cousin have also moved in to Wendover Walk keep up the good work guys, If their Boss look at reviews must say to you great employees. One of the worst areas to live in , off of wendover. Marie in the leasing office is rude and unable to articulate clearly. The maintenance of the buildings are not kept up. There is no noise policy.

This place is a nightmare !! they try to get you in ,the office lady”(Marie )was nice till I moved in,after that she start been not nice at all just because I request some repairs on my apartment and that is just an example ... THANKS GOD I’M OUT THERE

Absolutely terrible

Bad administration! When one goes to the office they take too long to attend to it and it is almost always closed, when a damage is reported they never fix it, the mananger only speaks English and does not make the slightest intention to communicate with the Hispanics, for my very bad everything!
