If I could give a 0 I would!! If you move in the 2 bedroom you are guaranteed to get bed bugs! If you move in 3 bedroom roach infested!!! Don’t believe me? Stop by and ask any resident!! My neighbor has been out of air conditioning for a month! The Manager does not return phone calls and she is never in the office!! The maintenance man manager is very kind but he is only one person who is literally managing 2 apartment complex’s bless his soul! They need to give him a raise for carrying the apartments!! Don’t move here you have been warned!!!

I don’t know why they have four stars, I submitted an application several days ago and haven’t heard from anyone cents. Can’t get a call back, can’t get an email, can’t even get an automated email or text. I guess I’ll have to go up there and get my money back myself but I’m sure they’ll try and turn me away because I don’t have an appointment.

I moved in March 8 it’s perfect love the color of my 2 bedroom it’s have enough space for me and my kids management is was nice it’s peaceful and quite just how I wanted it to me

I always hear great things about this apartment complex but every time I tried to call no one ever to answer the phone and I work a lot so I cannot come out there and then when I do get off they close the one I do have all day they are closed but I called them constantly I leave a voice message nobody has gotten call back yet I just need some information that’s all

I have been here for about two years going on three. We have been with if I remember correctly three companies and four different managers. Tatiana is the manager now and she is excellent in what she do. When I need something fix she will get someone to my place right away to check it. They have made a lot of changes since I have been here for the better and I am loving it. She has even help me with my catering business and of course with my bake goods. Thank you for your services and treating us like family and just like Tenants.

In the past 2 years I see big improvement at Silverstone Apartment since Tatiana became the manager there. She has been doing a great job keeping up with the property. Staff are friendly and easy to work with. Keep up the good work

New here. Tatiana is the absolute BEST, shes diligent in her work prompt, very organized and responds to all your needs in a timely manner. Clean environment, quiet for the most part, a nice playground for those like myself who has a child. The neighbors are sweet and the children play together really well. Daniel with maintenance doesnt take longer than 24hours to solve any issues I may have within my apartment. My apartment is beautiful and clean, I love the color they used for my walls and kitchen. I am extremely satisfied. Thank you Greenleaf Management!

I have lived in the property for years and I love it.the management team are the best you can ever get. Tatiana is soo sweet. Any Time you call them to fix something in the apartment, they come in as soon as possible .its a very nice place to live.

Well what can I say... at first I was gonna give this place 5 stars because of how I got in. I had no credit, but was still given a chance... which was cool, but then this is where things started going south for me. I applied with a cat on my lease security deposit was 300, before I put the cat down, then when I put my cat it jumped to 600 right? Makes sense. Then a month passed and its time to pay rent and boom unknown 150 extra I have to pay for a pet fee that I thought was paid for, no... I was informed late that I had to pay the pet fee instead of paying it moving in, throwing off how much money Im supposed to have... I was told randomly that 600 is from the security deposit because of my credit. So then ok cool , why wasnt I told to pay the pet fee from move in since they reviewed my application? Then I requested maintenance to fix my toilet and havent seen them for 4 days so I fixed it myself. I mean its a great place dont get me wrong... I just feel like they kinda bleed you for money and coming up with random hidden fees that should be brought to your attention sooner. Im just a month in so lets see how this turns out. Other than that its pretty nice to live. Just communication and financial stuff need to be addressed before not during your rent day.

I really do not like doing so, but after several thoughts about it, I realize that rating counts a lot for everyone who runs a business. It makes him or her feel how good or bad the business goes and what action to take to make it better. My first month here in this apartment did not go well at all because the apartment was not ready yet for moving. But, it looks like my first month experience brings change to the Greenleaf Management team. Because, since that, I can feel happiness through good words new neighbors are expressing toward the team. That means to me, many actions have been taken in order to make things better. This is why I decide to give 4 stars to the Greenleaf Management. If I could rate just one person, Tatiana would be that person with 5 stars just for her kindness, and the way she works to help others. She is amazingly great! Keep on doing Tatiana.

I’ve been living in this complex for a couple months now & I can honestly say Tatiana has went above & beyond to resolve any issues (minor issues with my apartment) that may have come up during my time here. Dan responds to your maintenance request within a 24 period; and with my experience within the same day. I’ve enjoyed my stay here so far. If I stay in charlotte (because I’m nomadic) I’ll be right here😌

My experience at Silverstone since taken over by Greenleaf Properties has been, wonderful. Every work order I have requested has been attended to very promptly. Tatiana is a great manager an is really doing a great job to upgrade our community. Ive even seen her with a bag picking trash in the parking lot herself. Daniel is a very kind n attentive maintenance man. He has always made sure that no matter what things are done right. He has even helped me bring bags in from the store as I am disabled. I love my home here at Silverstone!

My daughters and I have been living here for almost 2 years now and I must say that ever since Greenleaf took over the property looks so much cleaner, definitely 10x better than before. Tatiana the property manager is so sweet and loving, her and the new team really do take care of business. Since they took over we have new white lines on the parking lots, the trash can area is clean, a playground for my daughters to play in and a great maintenance team. Daniel always makes sure that your maintenance request is taking care of. Good job Tatiana, good job maintenance team and good job Greenleaf Properties!

The new staff is awesome theyre quick to get your problems solved and they are a big help especially to those who are first timers like I was with no credit. The apartments are spacious and have a nice design the neighborhood is usually quiet unless there are kids play at the playground but its never a big deal plus the walls are pretty thick so noise doesnt slip threw them easily. My reason for not giving five stars is because there are minor details to the walls and to the bathroom sink area that could have been done bettet. The walls have some scratches and you can tell that they didnt care about making it look perfect but for a person like me whos just trying to get a nice affordable place it doesnt matter because its minor everything works, definitely a good first apartment Im enjoying my stay here and hope you do to.

Very unsafe structure. This is not a place to rest or feel you have privacy. Neither the walls nor ceiling is isolated. Upstairs neighbor walking normally sound like the cieling is collapsing every minute. We are not able to get night sleep due to wall isolation issue. We wake up every time upstairs neighbor even moving in their bed.this is absoloutly not normal to us. We can hear the neighbor conversation all the time. So not only structurally doesnt feel safe, we dont feel like we are in home and can have privacy because next neighbor can hear us as we hear them so clear. This apartments are not qualified for rent and I have no idea how they rent them with this foundamental issues.

I have lived at Silverstone for the past 11 years and I am happy with the new management. The office staff is very helpful and maintenance is very responsive. Usually if I have an issue, they respond the same day. My family also lives here and they enjoy the new staff and how helpful and friendly they are. The property is also located in a very convenient location next to I-85.

Below is my old review now all is changed. People don’t care about disabled people they park in all the handicapped areas. This place went to hell quick. I can’t wait to moveTatiana is amazing 😉 she went above and beyond to make sure my experience here is one I will never forget. Being a disabled veteran with limitations she help me get into an apartment that accommodates all my needs. You can rent from anywhere in Charlotte but if you’re looking for somewhere with a property manager that actually cares about their clients come to Silverstone. They keep the property clean and I never have to worry about noise pollution.

We really appreciate for the big change made to the Silverstone apartments. Since greenleaf took over you can see it. From the pot holes , trash dump area clean. Them changing everyone locks, putting in new screens on the windows. Also putting a new play ground for the kids. Also power washing the buildings and the floors outside. They are very quick to fixing the maintenance request. Give thanks to the maintenance crew and to natalia and kayla. Thanks Jose Velasquez.

This apartment complex is known for doing things that are fraudulent. We were told that we could not resign our lease due to three late payments, we were not able to even finish off the last month of our lease even though we paid rent...The Manager Ms.Jade also told us that because of our contract ending we would have to vacate the property immediately I asked could we receive our deposit back, she said that it would cover the last few days we resided in the apartment even though we had already paid our rent. I believe she is either pocketing money or the company is benefiting from it, but they are very shady. she told us we had to leave because our lease was up, two months later we received a letter in the mail stating that we owe them 655 in rent, which couldnt be possible seeing how I didnt receive my deposit back and thats rent for a whole month and some...she is very deceitful and they are very trifling...my apartment had holes everywhere, big spiders invaded my room plenty days and it took 6 months before the maintenance came out to even see the problem, and it took two weeks before they even tried fixing that...

I live in Silverstone for more than two years, now everything is better. Things that are damaged I go to the office and come fix them quickly. The maintenance and Tatiana is very good manayer, I have nothing to complain about them.

I am a new tenant and with all due respect I can say that I am very happy for the attention and the human warmth of the administrative and maintenance staff, the property very well taken care of also some black spots of the people tenants who are not careful but without any importance so overall everything is very perfect thank you for your attention

I have been living in these apartments for 3 years and everything is quiet and now with the new office team that makes up with the new manager Tatiana and the excellent maintenance guys very nice people and respectful any little thing that gets spoiled quickly fix it I feel very happy living here
