We booked our own wine tour with Silver Fox Limos during Labor Day weekend, and we had an absolutely wonderful time! We booked the 24-passenger luxury bus for our group.Robert aka “Bobby” was our driver and he did a fantastic job! He was extremely punctual, very friendly and hospitable, and was a very safe driver. He was very patient with us as we were trying to get the music to work using Bluetooth and even had an extra cord that we could use to plug-in the phone with our playlist on it. Anything we needed he was ready to help.The bus was incredibly clean and everyone was very impressed with the quality, both of the bus and with Bobby our driver. We were able to attach our daughter’s car seat with no problem at all, and Bobby was super helpful in helping us load and unload the bus.We realized late on the night of our tour after we had been dropped off that we left a small case with some of our charging cords on the bus, and Bobby made a special trip back to the bus for us early the morning and located the small case for us. He said it was lodged between a seat and the wall of the bus. He then brought it to our hotel just in time before we left to go back home. We felt like he truly went above and beyond to help, whereas a lot of drivers may have taken a quick look around and said oh it’s not there and moved on.10/10 would recommend Silver Fox Limos and Bobby!!!

Going The Extra Mile During The PandemicMy experience with SilverFox Limos recently was nothing short of extraordinary. My daughter had been self-quarantining in her tiny, windowless flat in Manhattan – only leaving to buy groceries. She had no mask or gloves. I began to worry about her continued isolation and exposure. I thought of a plan to move her into my Airbnb in Charlotte temporarily so that she could enjoy more living space, get daily fresh air, and see the sky. The difficulty was finding the best limousine service that would take her transit safety as seriously as her family would. I was on the phone with limousine companies in Stamford and Charlotte. It became evident that SilverFox Limos was going to go the extra mile. James Weymann was thorough and deliberate. He knew I was nervous. We had a three-way call with his driver, John Harper, to discuss transit strategy, communication, and procedures.James suggested a large vehicle that would provide adequate distance between John and my daughter. He offered an extra-large cooler so that she could bring her frozen and refrigerated foods with her. Since she did not have any gloves or a mask, John would provide these items for her and disinfectant wipes and an extra roll of TP in the event they had to make a stop during the 11-hour trip. James shared photos of this and also how the vehicle would be thoroughly disinfected before picking her up.James kept reassuring me that everything is going to be okay. His confidence made me feel at ease. John would leave Charlotte the day before and spend the night outside of Manhattan. I received text alerts updating me on the trip. My daughter and John ended up driving straight from the upper East Side to Southpark without stopping – chatting the entire way. John helped her self check-in and left with a big thumbs up through the window to me. After two more weeks of self-quarantine due to an abundance of caution, my daughter and I finally reunited on Day 15 two weekends ago and have enjoyed each others company ever since while staying safely at home together.I wholeheartedly recommend SilverFox Limos. Charlotte is so fortunate to have such a well-run, professional limousine service – whether for pleasure or in time of crisis. We hired SilverFox to drive our son and his groomsmen from our home to their wedding venue. Everything from the reservation process to pick up and drop off went perfectly. A few hours later SilverFox Limos called me back to say the rates have gone up for the weekend I booked and asked if I could pay more than twice what I had already agreed to and paid for. I of course declined. I found this to be an extremely unprofessional and shady experience. I would absolutely not recommend SilverFox Limos.

The driver we requested wouldn’t let us get in the car. We called him as a Lyft driver and he was very rude. He wouldn’t let us board his vehicle. I think he was intoxicated. Very rude, reaked if alcohol. If a safe ride is important to you, silver fox isn’t your ride.
