Without question you can tell this man runs an HONEST business .There are so many companies who dont know what to do and so they simply recommend a new unit. Mike really helped me out. He was able to get me fixed up right away when our heat went out. On top of that he looked over our unit and provided options for recommended repairs and even a replacement. All without being pushy and educating me on how the system operates. I am a true fan of customer service and professionalism. When it comes to this company, you get both! Ive had work done on my furnace and AC unit twice at my home; one visit for upstairs and the other downstairs. On each visit, Mike went above and beyond by ensuring that both units were at optimal performance before leaving. Mike even took a moment to thoroughly answer my thousand questions regarding the units. Theres no need to look elsewhere for Heating/AC when you have a friendly technician who gives you the best services regardless of the price even though his prices are reasonable! Mike and Sonia make a great team. They do what they say theyre going to do, follow up within the agreed upon timeframe(s), and answer all questions. The installation is neat, evidence of him being there(trash/dirt/cardboard) does not exist other than a new thermostat, quicker cooling, and a lower electric bill. The inspector even remarked how neat and professional the installation looked.

Mike came to my house late in the day. He was very professional,courteous and informative. Despite the late hour, he took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all my questions. I felt the cost for his services was quite reasonable I will definitely be calling him agin when I need HVAC work again.

We first used Real Cool when our homeowners warranty sent them to repair one of our A/C units about 8 years ago. Mike got the job done and we were cooled off in no time. Over the years, we have had a number of HVAC companies sent to us via our warranty service, but we have had spotty service, often requiring multiple service visits, so have had to specifically request Real Cool to get the work done right the first time. Our warranty service no longer works with Real Cool, but we have had such good experiences with them over the past 8 years that we continue to call them. Not only are Mike and his team professional, trustworthy, and good at what they do, but they are also nice people. We are planning to replace an A/C unit shortly and Real Cool is the only HVAC we will consider.
