As a Real Estate Investor, I use LL frequently. Their prices are competitive and products are of great quality. As for their customer service- I’ve had several poor experiences at the West Ashley store so now I try to always go to the store on Rivers (even though it’s 30 minutes further away) you’re greeted with smiles, they remember their repeat customers & are happy to help me. Matt R is especially knowledgeable and makes the experience easy and enjoyable!

I was out this afternoon looking for flooring with my husband and children. We walked into the store and was greeted (or lack there of) by an older gentleman (Jim I think)who rolled his eyes as we walked in. We were treated like we were a huge inconvenience to him! We tried to talk to him and he wouldn’t engage let alone make eye contact. I am so disappointed… I don’t care if the flooring was $100 to do my entire home( that’s what we were shopping for today)I wouldn’t do it bc of this nasty man! My wet mop has more of a charming personality! He definitely shouldn’t be in any customer service position!

This was my first time purchasing flooring for my home, so I was fairly clueless when I stepped in the door. Kudos to Jacob for going above and beyond and assisting me with choosing the best flooring for my needs. He provided me with one of the best customer service experiences. Very impressed with his level of professionalism, courteousness, and knowledge. I would definitely recommend LL to anyone and won’t hesitate to return for any future needs.

I own a local flooring installation company here in Charleston and in the past year weve $50,000 in flooring from Lumber Liquidators. If you are a contractor I highly recommend doing business with them. They have most of what you need and they deliver the product faster than any other retail outfit. The manager Dawayne takes care of us and all his customers. Their pricing and quality is unmatched.

My husband and I shopped around the Charleston area for at least 8 months for flooring for our home. I would call this particular Lumber Liquidator location several times and they were always very friendly and helpful on the phone. We decided to go with them because of their respectful and business like attitude, their prices were the most affordable on a tight budget, and their flexibility in scheduling. We had over 2,000 square feet of flooring installed in our home in one day. We absolutely love their product and could not be happier.

Great helpful staff...there was a new guy in training there... seemed very knowledgable already and eager to learn... very impressed by the staff... products and pricing were outstanding... very satisfied

Friendly customer service, good selection of flooring, competitive pricing.

Floors turned out great but make sure you take photos of your appliances before they do the work! I didnt notice until the next day they put a huge dent in my brand new fridge! When the man came back to finish up I pointed it out to them, he apologized and said he would mention it to the owner and is now denying it! Would have loved to use them again, but I dont do well with dishonest people I dont care how much Im saving.

I highly recommend not just lumber liquidators but specifically the people that work there. Jenny and Dawayne were beyond patient with me as this was my first time buying floors. They were forthright and never once bashed the competition that I was shopping around with. At the end of the day, I made the right choice and the results prove it; the floors look great. The workers they contracted (Ed and Rubin) were awesome as well and went above and beyond just like Jenny and Dawayne. My girlfriend and I are extremely happy with the decision and will be doing business with LL in the future.

Horrendous customer service. My father ordered lumber weeks ago and received a call that the lumber had arrived. No one called him back to tell him it was the wrong order - so he drove down from upstate Virginia and has limited time to finish the construction project before needing to drive back. Only thing this store has done is say Im sorry. No offers of discounts, coupons, refunds, nada - just a bunch of sorries and now we are out labor days which are worth quite a value.

Low prices, but poor quality product. A lot of the wood was discolored or had strange marks right out of the box. Six months after putting it in and it is scratched and scuffed. Wood scratches far too easily. Unless you absolutely cant afford it, spend the extra money to buy better quality, because Lumber Liquidators product will look awful not long after you put it in. Their sales people will blow you off and tell you it is normal for wood to scratch from simply walking on it. Avoid them.

Good place to shop for flooring

My suggestion is to visit the store in North Charleston. Even when bringing in invoices and all paperwork included the sales associate was inept at figuring anything out the reasons for credits and purchases, had to call corporate for a resolution. Seems rudimentary for the position. Suggestion is not to deal with an individual named Duane(if that how its spelled), Matthew is a much better sales associate.I would give 5 stars to the instllation team, reason the store got two stars. Fast, friendly, cuteous and willing to come back and make it right. Like I said go to north chuck.
