The front desk lady was wonderful and had a great personality. The problem was getting a sales rep to call me about ordering doors. I literally tried four attempts and nothing.

We purchased two exterior doors from Muhler and had them installed this week. The process was painless! Henry Jr our sales rep showed up on time (with a mask) and did the measuring, first he called to let me know he was on his way, then a few days later we were on the install schedule. I was notified by Richard our installer as to what time he would be there, and they were right on time, (with a mask). The doors look great, the install was perfect! Clean up and haul off of the old material also right on point. I have bought windows from Muhler in the past and would certainly recommend and use them again!

Muhler came highly recommended to me for a windows project I was working on. I got all the exact measurements. I went to the store and spoke and consulted with them three times before finalizing my order and putting down half of the payment. I asked them if they had an idea of when the windows would be ready for pick up and they said around mid to late January (this was in mid December). I signed the paperwork and then I waited. And waited. By January 27, I decided it was time to check on the status. I went there (with doughnuts) to get an update and they said someone would call me back. I then got the run around that they were trying to find the delivery guy and they would call me back soon with more information. No call back. The next day I called again and they again said the gentleman will call me back. He finally called me back that day and they told me THEY NEVER PLACED THE ORDER!!!! Somehow! I demanded to speak to the owner and again was told that the owner would call me back. Never got a call. I called again today wanting to speak to the owner and they said someone was going to call within the hour. I finally got a call back however it was not from the owner but they were going to refund me the money I put down. When I asked how long it would take to get the order done if placed today and they said they are backed up and it would take SIX WEEKS!!! I declined and got my money back. I had tried to speak to the owner to give him a chance to explain himself before I wrote this review, but it never happened. If you know you messed up, why wouldn’t you put my order ahead of whomever was in line!! I wasted valuable time and money because of this. On top of this, they quoted me $2200 for the project and after this fiasco, I found a general contractor that was willing to do it for a much better price with labor included.

We would highly recommend Muhler! We had a window that was leaking and needed to be replaced. Muhler was the only company out of 5 I called that would do just an individual window.Michael, our salesperson was EXCEPTIONAL as was Joey our installer. We had another installer who was also very good, but unfortunately I did not know his name.Highly recommend!

After marking an appointment for a quote, for both Bermuda shutters and Sun room...the told me they were booked out 3-4 weeks for quoting. Today, the day of the quote...I called to confirm my appointment...”I’m sorry we don’t have a record of your appointment for a quote. As you can see they have a great business model and poor customer service. Stay away, unless you like wasting your time. I have cross-posted this review in my neighborhood FB page.

My in laws had a sunroom built by Muhler it cost 30,000 they got paid but what my in-laws got was a job not finished. Moisture inside the new windows no trim in the entire room broken siding air vents just laying on the floor. Several phone calls and all my mother in-law gets is they are very busy and cant make it out there. I would recommend that nobody ever use this company.

I bought two windows that had to be custom made because of a odd size, they replacement sliding windows in what was a garage, the new windows went in easily and look and work great. I will absolutely use The Muhler company again.use Muhler sgain.

Once the call was made to Muhler it was like dream come true concerning windows and doors. I know absolutely nothing about either product. The Muhler rep came out and explained the process from start to finish. A lot of selections to chose from. The associate made it easy for me to chose from. We both kept it simple. Just had hurricane windows installed. Michelle was awesome! She was informative and not pushy at all. She always kept me in the loop as to what was going on until the the job was done. The installers were efficient and nice. I would/will definitely recommend Muhler to anyone needing any home improvement.

Once Muhler got started they did an outstanding job. Thoroughly professional and excellent on follow-up. One thing they didnt do was notify us that they were overbooked on jobs and couldnt start ours for a considerable time period. Other than that, we were very satisfied with the work, excellent quality of workmanship and materials.

I worked with Darren as my sales representative. He is very professional and did a great job explaining all of the options. He made some really good points for why I should go with what we purchased which is a new back door and two side lights. Weve also purchased windows for the whole house as well, those should be getting installed shortly.The back door was installed by a very meticulous installer who know A LOT about installing doors and probably many other things. His work was very impressive as well.We cant wait for our new windows to be installed!

Ours was a large project---54 hurricane rated windows and 2 entrance ways. Brian, our salesman, made sure the installation was completed to our satisfaction. The installation crew was considerate of our home and cleaned-up where they had been working each day. Mr. Hay and his company did an excellent job.

Our home has Muhler Windows installed by the previous owner, a third of them have failed seals. Now Im getting the run around from the company: they cant find the paperwork (the windows have the info on them!), they return only some of my calls, they dont have a technician available for several weeks, they are CHARGING me to come look at their windows, etc. Very unhappy with this level of service.

To make a long story short, in mid June 2016 we ordered hurricane panels from this company. They told us 6 to 8 weeks. After 8 weeks still no panels so we called the salesman and were told it was the supplier. Early September, still no panels. Finally the week before Hurricane Matthew they come in. The Monday before the storm they come out to install the panels. The crew arrives on time that morning with no idea on how to install them. The front door panel was missing (they did send a sample panel that we had to screw in) and a window panel was too short. The salesman tried tell us the short panel will do. We make it thru Matthew but on inspection after the storm there were missing bolts and some bolts had fallen out. Sent the salesman a detailed list of the problems. A few days later we tried to call him on his cell and at the company and we still havent heard back. It is now November, we have no idea if new panels are on order or if they have written us off. The only good news is we still havent paid them in full. In my opinion, customer service, installation and follow up is awful!This is a follow up on the above review. Today is January 20, 2017 and we have resolved all issues with the Muhler Company. They came out yesterday, January 19 and replaced the missing panels, fixed the missing and loose screws and finished the job to our satisfaction. This crew was on time, polite and knew exactly what to do and finished the job within a day. The manager has said that they have addressed follow up issues with their employees.

Im a general contractor and I work with Brian Burnup at Muhler. My experience with Brian and Muhler has been positive over the past few years. As important as it is to share several experiences of jobs going without a hitch, Muhler stands behind their products. I use them when I can.

Muhler installed windows about a month ago. One morning found broken sash. Brian was 5 star in ordering and replacing window under warranty. You cant ask for better service!!!

Muhler just finished putting in windows and a very tricky door into my older home. They exceeded expectation. They basically had to re-create the door opening and start from scratch. The installers were friendly and so skilled and never complained once even though the job took 3 times as long. The entire process of working with Muhler from the original quote to the last window being installed was professional, easy and well exceeded our expectations. Would recommend this company to any and all. Looking forward to the next project which will be shutters.

Wow, so when I ordered windows from these guys back in late April I was told it would take 5 weeks to get my windows in and installed.... lets see, it is now July 11th and I am being told it is going to be another week... I will NEVER do business here again! Go somewhere else if you want windows.... AND, they NEVER answer the phone!

My experience with Muhler has been horrible. I was advised by contractors not to use this company. Against their advice, I opted to use them for replacement windows. Huge mistake. They are not responsive, they do not return calls, they promise delivery dates and install dates and do not deliver. Very unprofessional. Still no replacement windows. Buyer beware.

Go elsewhere, the white trash they hire is pathetic. Especially the guy driving the Toyota Tundra with Muhler on it coming from the College Park Road area, screaming and threatening people because he cant control his road rage. Not to mention his lack of craftsmanship.

Muhler replaced 18 fogged windows for us (Brickyard Plantation in Mt Pleasant). We are very pleased with our new windows and would recommend them again.

Wish I could give a zero. They dont return calls. The dont honor their warranty. They need to go out of business. Their service department is lousy.....
