In my book Call Experts is a company created by Super Hero’s for Super Hero’s! The level of work the team puts into their clients is astounding! They are hardworking forerunners striving to dominate this industry in customer service and technology! It was an absolute honor to witness the level of expertise that the team manages to maintain day to day. I tell you the truth I have not seen any team work harder! Call Experts has been a huge lifesaver. I was coming from another call center that was completely awful and a little nervous that this would be the same. Wow was I surprised. The supervisors, account managers and call center staff are thorough, diligent, and really work hard to make everything run smoothly. The service is better than I could have imagined. I am so happy I made the switch and my business is definitely thriving because of them!

Our company used Call Experts to answer all of our emergency calls that came in after hours, weekends, and holidays. The online portal was easy to use and made on-call scheduling quick and simple. The service that we received from our Account Manager Kayla was top notch as she and the rest of the Call Experts team were always quick to respond to any issues or changes that we had.

We used Call Experts for after hours support coverage. Service was good after training, but our very low volume did not give their agents a chance to be comfortable with our scripts. Would recommend to centers with mid to higher call volume.

They are an excellent company that trouble shoots for us. The representatives are always polite and helpful. I really like that they keep in touch and communicate. If I have any kind of issue, I send an email and they always get back and communicate very well.

Year over year same incompetence. Cant seem to update the call list, phone numbers, and some people that have never worked after hours getting phone calls. Explain to me why every time I call because of an issue yall cant even say the name of the company correctly? 11 and a half minutes to get someone on the phone, imagine just how many customers I can loss because of this! Now going on an hour to get someone on the phone that can fix my after hours persons in your system. I believe I will be seeking a new company as Im tired of my Friday afternoons being ruined by yall

Website for accessing calls was easy to use and informational. Our customers had a lot of issues with understanding the person answering the phone. They also would be told someone would be to them at a time in the morning when it should be that we would contact them in the morning.

This company is not worth working for. This company does not care about their employees. If you choose to work for this company. Be careful because they only allow 5 mistakes a pay period with the call volume so high. Why would a company allow only 5 mistakes a pay period. If you make mistake they will take .50 cents from you pay. This company has their favorites who they want to stay around. If they dont like you the will let you go over the phone. Very unprofessional company. I was going to put in my two weeks notice because I found a way better job doing the same but way better pays 16.13 hr Monday-Friday weekends off. So I want to say thank you Call Experts you did me a favor.

Employee was terminated from position. The agent had told the employee he could possibly find another position in the company. That agent should have followed up with the employee! This company knows how avoid paying benefits to a long term employees who are terminated from their position.

It is my unfortunate duty to stand publicly against this company. As a well-educated professional, my experiences with them revealed levels of insidiousness, cruelty, and underhandedness, at which I remain appalled, nearly 2 years later.Last year, I left a review on glassdoor. I stand behind this review, as it offers a glimpse into how the leadership of this company actually operates, particularly in combination with some specific reviews here. (My glassdoor review is the one that strongly advises against working there, for obvious reasons.) Not only was the reply to my review a complete lie, it actively mischaracterized every aspect about me, and even attempted to impact my standing with future, professional employers. I refuse to allow this transgression to go unanswered.To have a company head who is willing to mischaracterize so freely is a pretty large red flag. For an individual, having to oppose such duplicity is a daunting task, since criminality so easily hides behind a collective face. I am now forced to recite this company’s bizarre misdeeds in explaining my work history, which I will be gladly doing, over the coming decades. As an aside, it is unclear how a company of such low character can even have government contracts, given the ethical lapses that any cursory review would reveal.Which leads to the “Fred Frederickson” reviews, contained below. Ideally, google should (or should have) been involved in handling these reviews. But just as with the mischaracterization in the glassdoor reply, the manner with which the owner interacted with this pathetic, radical entity reveals an underhandedness that is both despicable and disgusting, given that my name was obviously known by persons at Call Experts. I will not allow such despicable persons of low character – namely, Abby Leibowitz, Michael Leibowitz, and Kevin Gill -- to succeed in destroying my finances, or to believe that they can reassign my position in society. They deliberately denied me both work and opportunity, in a measured, structural way, and then rewarded someone for committing a workplace crime against me. Such behavior is not only paradoxical, and unacceptable by any professional standard, it demands investigation.My apologies to the persons who rely upon this small company for their salaries, but I can neither work nor live in society in a normal way, without pursuing justice.

When I was hired with Call Experts as a CSR, Id had minimal job experience. They really invested in me through their in depth training & career development. Along with my hard work I was able to excel in my various positions throughout my 6 years (and counting) here. The management and quality assurance teams work very closely with you to make sure that you are proactively coached and provided with all the resources possible to help you succeed. They really take pride in helping you achieve your growth and advancement goals, as long as youre willing to put in the effort. Ive been able to develop my communication, problem solving, critical thinking, social perceptiveness, & time management skills just to name a few working with Call Experts. You can anticipate a fast paced work environment answering calls for various businesses. The most challenging aspect was just getting used to the various accounts. It becomes very easy the more time you spend on the phones. You are provided with a set schedule which makes it easier to get in a routine rather than having to adjust to a constantly changing schedule. Attendance is important, just like with any other company, but especially since they are open 24/7, 365 days a year. They ask that you try to find coverage for short notice absences. They have protocols in place to allow you to take days off or vacations as needed with advanced notice. We do work holidays but they make every consideration to make sure you spend time with family by giving your shorter shifts or a choice of Holiday off. The most enjoyable part of working for Call Experts is the sense of community. I love knowing that we make a difference in the lives of the people in our community by taking their calls when they are in need. I love the environment and people that I work with. My coworkers and I have become like family.

I was told by my rep at the time if I signed up today I would get service for 90 days then I would go month to month. After being with them for 6 months I contacted my rep who signed me up to cancel my service. After no response I called them. They said my rep is no longer there and the new one said read the fine print-you have a 90 day cancellation notice. Told him I was not told that and he basically told me you are out of luck and ended our conversation with he could talk to supervisor and lower it to 60 days. This company has terrible customer service and is the most shady company that I have dealt with in years! Buyer beware.

I called in to get a simple fishing license for South Carolina. I spoke to “Colt” who refused to give me his last name. He told me that their system was down and to call back after 15 minutes. I had already been on hold for 11 minutes plus I think this is absolutely ridicules. He also refused to pass me to a supervisor to assist in the call! This is a simple task that “Call Experts” should be able to handle. This is worse than dealing with Comcast!!!
