Wish that I could have had a pleasurable experience with this company but unfortunately, your customer service rep / tax preparer has no idea on what customer service truly is . My wife and I had appointment today at 1 , we were running late and called to let Linda know , and we were told that this was ok , as she was finishing with another client . She told us to wait in the car while she finishes. We waited for about an hour and finally she finished and her client exited the building . We waited for another 40 minutes until I decided to go inside and find out what was going on with our appointment. As I was waiting for Linda to finish a phone call another couple entered after me which they were white , as I am black . She spoke with them first even though I entered the building first . After Linda asked the couple if they were there for my wife’s appointment, I told Linda that I was there for my wife and my appointment. She told me that I was an hour late and she is sorry but she could not take my appointment at this time . This is after she had told me and my wife to wait in the car and she would call . I’m not sure but this seems a tad bit on the discriminatory side as well as poor customer service . Very disappointed and highly aggravated by this company and it’s customer service .

Wonderful place I always go there to get my taxes done but this year all I had to do was upload my info to my Jackson hewitt website and then come and sign my paperwork easy and stress free😀😀😀

Professional and friendly. They keep the office sanitized between clients too! Do a good job explaining everything as the go. Will be back next year.

Ive been with Jackson Hewitt now for 3 years and the experience that I had with Jackson Hewitt was awesome the customer service representative Lauren she was awesome I would recommend Jackson-Hewitt to family and friends and to everyone else to go get your taxes done they all very professional people that works there I look forward to working with Jackson Hewitt in the near future so go and get your taxes done Lauren she was great
