Very impressed from my very first phone call with Kate to schedule my consult appointment. I was nervous when I walked in but the smiling friendly faces put my nerves at ease quickly. I first met with Addie who was very sweet, professional, informative and answered a million questions! Next I met with Dr.Dixon who was very kind, honest and helpful she was refreshing and answered all my questions and really listened and cared about all of my concerns. We were the last appointment of the day and Dr.Dixon thought it would be best to also see Dr. O’Neil and get his input on my procedures, so we stayed and waited to meet with Dr. O’Neil and I’m so very happy that we did! We left the office at about 8:30 seems like a long time but I am grateful for that time we were at the office. Dr. O’Neill and his staff are a different breed. They seem to go out of their way to help you for no apparent personal gain to make sure you’re comfortable and taken well care of no matter what you are there for. I had a consultation appointment with Dr. Dixon (surgeon) and Riddhi (patient care coordinator). They were stellar! You can tell they pride themselves with patient safety and satisfaction. My consultation was the most in depth out of the many surgeons I interviewed and was explained to me in a way I could easily understand. Sometimes medical jargon is difficult to decipher!In the consultation, they took several measurements and photos. They have a program that will take the photos and show you what different sizes look like on your own body to help you make an informed decision. Dr. Dixon thought my case warranted additional input from Dr. ONeill and they were able to quickly schedule (the next day) for me to see him as well for my case.I left the consultation empowered and confident in my decision and I booked the procedure.

Super friendly staff. Very clean facility. I get laser treatments done there and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The lady who does my laser treatment is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even when I am not there, she is quick to respond to my emails regarding the healing process of my treatments. The ladies at the front desk are always very welcoming. They smile and always seem very calm, which makes the atmosphere overall very relaxing. I have had a positive, very satisfying experience at ONeill and highly recommend them.

Please do your homework. Once you are in there is no turning back. I had to find another surgeon to correct both mistakes from here. Over $25 thousand I spent only to have severe scars. I was cut up to under my arm pits and half my left breast was removed for no reason. His excuse was I made a mistake. I will post my experiences on here till I take my last breath. I feel compelled to share my story because ONeill Plastic Surgery has changed my life.I have dealt with severe cystic acne for over 6 years on and off. My skin went out of wack again about a year ago. I was finally able to get things under control with an oral medication but I was left with horrible acne scarring. Luckily, it was surface scarring and not pitted scars.I had tried everything over the counter for the scarring. I went and had multiple chemical peels and nothing was working. I would wake up in the morning and cry when I would see myself. It affected my self esteem to the point that I refused to go anywhere without make up.I was finally able to save some money up and did my due diligence and decided it was time for some laser treatments to get rid of this horrible scarring. I had 5 consultations...2 in Myrtle Beach (where I live) and 3 in Charleston. The only person who I felt was actually honest with me and was going to give me the treatment I wanted was Rebekah at ONeill. Nobody would touch me with a laser because of my olive skin tone. I was even told by one esthetician that there was nothing she could do for me which discouraged me even more. I remember leaving that consultation sobbing in my car as I thought to myself I would look this way forever.It wasnt until I sat down with Rebekah and she gave me the Picosure Laser brochure. The first picture on the inside of the brochure looked exactly like my skin tone and scarring. After she listened to my story and GENUINELY felt concerned for me, she recommended this laser. I probably asked her a million questions and voiced so many concerns but she was so sure and confident that this laser would give me the results I wanted.I just had my second treatment today and I have two more treatments left, but the difference between my skin already is UNBELIEVABLE. After my first treatment I have barely worn makeup! NOT EVEN TO THE GYM. Im finally starting to feel like myself and see a beautiful girl in the mirror again. My family and friends are astonished at the progress one treatment has made. After having cosmetic issues with my breasts for many years followed by a scare with a mass, I was beyond excited for my appointment here. I had to wait over a month for my consult but i had no problem with that. A good doctor is well worth the wait in my opinion. When I arrived at my appointment I had to wait for a long time before the doctor came back. Again, I had no problem with this if the care received wouldve been worth it. The doctor informed me that the Internet was down so he was unable to look at things online. He did a very quick look at my breasts and informed me that I would be a great candidate for surgery. He said that he would have to call the doctor I went to see regarding my masses and discuss what her findings were and he would get back to me. My issue with this is that they sent the referral over a month prior to this. He had more than enough time to review what she said. He didnt give me any information regarding breast augmentation itself. Just that I would be a good candidate. After spending so much time waiting I felt that he was extremely rushed with me and didnt give me the time of day. He, nor anyone from the office, called me back to follow up as he said they would. Needless to say I am in the process of finding a doctor whom will actually take the time to discuss my needs and options with me. Highly disappointed, especially after waiting to get in!

Danielle is a pleasure and talented aesthetician. She always makes me feel comfortable and, welcome she treats me like family the minute I walk through the door. In addition, she has given me great advice on skin care and I am seeing some fantastic results! I would highly recommend her and the practice.

From my very first call inquiring about removing and replacing very old encapsulated implants, I knew without question that I would be entrusting Dr ONeill and his staff with this surgery. From the front desk staff, to nurses that I have met, to Kingslea, to Dr ONeill himself, they are kind, patient, empathetic, and care to a degree that I have not experienced very often in my life. My mother scheduled a consultation to discuss having her breast implants removed with Dr. Jennifer Dixon Swartz a few months ago. She wanted to have them removed because they have caused a lot of other medical issues in the years since she had them implanted. Her appt was scheduled for January 17th, 2020. A week prior to her appointment, the office requested a copy of her medical records which she provided. The day of the appointment comes & she takes off work (she is a Registered Nurse & cant just take off work without good reason) & drives 2+ hours to her appt. This Dr then proceeds to tell my mom that she cant do the surgery due to my moms health history & she has two children in diapers & didnt want to be spending all the extra time getting ALL of the capsule out & possibly having to spend the night at the hospital because of a chance of post surgical bleed or blood clot. First off, she had my mothers medical records a week prior to the appt. She shouldve reviewed them & called my mother to cancel the consultation but I guess she couldnt pass up that consultation fee. My mother felt like she was being blamed for her medical history & asking the Dr for a favor by removing them! Second, if she didnt want to spend the time taking care of her patients, she shouldve NEVER became a physician. Any person that callous doesnt belong anywhere near the medical profession! In hindsight, Im glad that this Dr wasnt able to do the surgery for my mom because I wouldnt want someone with such a poor bedside manner to operate on my mother!

I’ve been especially impressed with how quickly each treatment has healed. The staff is very professional and always makes you feel welcome. Dr Oneill has always provided a thorough consultation and has listened to exactly what I wanted. I’ve had family members and friends use his practice as well who have had nothing but positive experiences as well. Highly recommend!

Recently moved here from Beverly Hills. Was searching for amazing skincare specialist in Charleston. I was disappointed with the results and lack of knowledge regarding skincare from a couple of places, until I found Dr. O’Neill’s office. Danielle, the medical esthetician, at Dr. O’Neill’s office, is the BEST in town!!!! I am beyond pleased with the skincare treatments Danielle has given me. My skin looks so healthy and beautiful after every treatment. I noticed an even bigger improvement since I moved from California. Danielle’s knowledge of skincare is very impressive. If you are serious about having beautiful skin, go see Danielle. I promise, she will not disappoint.

I interviewed several plastic surgeons before deciding on Dr. O’Neill and I am completely satisfied with my decesion! His staff is friendly, efficient and professional. Dr. O’Neill spent an hour with me during my initial consultation! He spent a lot of time asking questions in an attempt to fully understand my desired outcome. I also found it reassuring to here Statistical data on the procedures I was considering as well as his track record on each. I have had several follow up visits since my surgery ( 3 weeks post op) and each and every time I have had a wonderful experience! I am already elated with my results and would/will defianately choose him again in the future!

The professionalism of the aesthetic manager made an impression on me. My physician at MUSC informed me I needed the Picosure face laser. I scheduled a consultation with Rebecca last Friday. Well, I received a thorough lesson in skin science !! and left knowing I was in the right hands. She gave me a thoughtful breakdown of packages and didnt recommend more than I needed. Being diagnosed with breast cancer was not at all expected. After maneuvering through this diagnosis, I knew who I would have perform my mastectomy and reconstruction. Having worked at MUSC for many years and seeing Dr. ONeills work, he was the ONLY Plastic Surgeon for me. I have many colleagues who feel the same! Although this has been a very difficult journey, Dr. ONeill and ALL of his staff have made it much less stressful. He has listened to my concerns, and gone over everything in detail with me. He has been more than patient with me on choosing which option I will decide to go with. He is honest, caring, and the most compassionate doctor I have ever had. I have had several of my RN friends come with me to my appointments as well as my husband. They are all truly thankful that I am in the best hands possible!

I can’t say enough about Dr O’Neill and his amazing staff! I did a tattoo removal and can’t be happier with the results! I have also had many other types of treatments and have alway been so happy with the outcome! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with face.

If I could rate half a star i would! I received augmentation and lipo in June. Not only was I not given size i wanted, it resulted in not much of a difference in my upper area. The lipo made my belly have a rippled wave effect that was not their before. Now it looks so bad, they never called me back for a reschedule for my 6wks post after and i have not heard from them since. I paid alot of money for what I was wanting to get even worse results in the end. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Oneill and his staff are the best!!!!. I went to Dr. Oneill do fix a my eyelids after another Doctor failed and make them look worst. Dr. Oneill seen me, answer all the questions with some much knowledge it impress me. Surgery was a success my eyes are looking so good, the scar are almost invisible. Love his work.

Highly recommend the pico laser for tattoo removal. I had 6 treatments with another laser and my tattoo was still very much there. After one treatment with pico laser is it barely noticeable and I should only need one more!! Staff was very friendly and accommodating:)

I came to Dr. ONeil after my prior procedure didnt work. I was a complicated case, due to this being my third time going thru breast cancer. The first appointment I met him and Megan. He explained what he will be doing and how long it will take to get the final outcome. He is so compassionate in his conversation with me each visit. He doesnt make me feel rushed thru an appt. and he wants to answer all my questions and concerns. Their are doctors that you know it is their gift from God to do what they are doing. Dr. ONeil is one of them. He is very humble and wants me to be pleased with the end results. I am satisfied with everything because he got my breast to look normal considering what they looked like prior to coming to him. His staff is very welcoming and everyone is very kind.
