We came here in our 5th Wheel from MN and stayed at the KOA in Ladson in the middle of the pandemic. Some Realtors weren’t even showing listings. Tradd worked with us for two weeks straight before we finally found a place in Summerville last June. He calmly showed us different houses in the area with an eye for details and was very responsive to what we liked and didn’t like. Which had a tendency to evolve during the process. Great local southern gentleman that knows the market and loves Ford pickup trucks.
