Valor and Hunter were extremely professionals, very nice young men and left our house exterior extremely clean. We are really impressed with the amazing job they both did for two and a half hours going over and over places around the roof trimming that were tough to reach.

The estimator was very polite and helpful. The technicians were also very polite and hardworking. Although they were running late, they stayed until dark and completed our job beautifully.

The People who work there are very nice, but the price doubled on us after telling our entire clientele one price. One side does not know what the other is doing. This has cost us distrust with our clients. I spoke to the owner and he gave me a big list of excuses and would not offer a solution. We were going to be doing 52k a year with them and now they want 104k. We even had it in writing in an email to confirm the price and then he proceeds to tell me Im in the wrong. Unbelievable

This company pressure washed a propane tank we are wanting to paint. We are a non profit organization and this service was donated to us without our asking that it be donated. What an amazing experience! House looks brand new again and Mark runs a great business focused on total customer satisfaction. We are so happy to have found Pelican. We did our research and compared Pelican to other exterior house cleaning companies. The soft wash method is the way to go--conventional power washing would have caused problems and we have a fairly new home. I thought it was time to paint my house but after Mark and his crew finished it looked like new again! Last guy I used because he was very cheap took off paint in several different areas. Mark and his crew will give you a fair price and arrive as scheduled. He has done several jobs for us. We had a lot of mildew on our roof as well as the porch ceiling. He succeeded in getting it all off! He is a very careful worker. You will not have damage due to his soft wash technique. If you have plants around the house, he will be careful of them, but you might consider covering up with plastic before the crew gets going. We would highly recommend Pelican Exterior Washing.

AND add 5 more stars !!I have a home in Mt Pleasant... wasnt at all happy with the last 2 pressure wash jobs I had done on my house..neither one was cheap either...I learned the hard way you dont always get what you pay for..My house is elevated I think 12 feet off the ground with 2 stories above thatMy house was to be painted starting on Monday the following week....it was Friday afternoon and I just couldnt see any painting being done over mildew and grime...I was given Mark Nettles name because of his reputation... He happened to be in Mt Pleasant and offered to come by and take a look... I explained that painting was to start in a couple of days... I was desperate...He had a large job the following week but said he might could either do it at end of their day because they were in Mt pleasant finishing up a job...or POSSIBLY get his crew to work on Saturday morning...He quoted a price and I went ahead and gave him a check...He called about an hour later and said he and his crew were headed over...Before I had a chance to leave my house they were spraying... I have alot of windows....BOY !!!... they got a GOOD cleaning !!!and without POWER SPRAYING !!!Its a SOFT WASH... so unlike ripping off half your house to remove mold, grime and mildew.... they gently spray on then gently rinse off...I was THRILLED !!!... the windows alone were worth it !!!and not a lengthy procedure eitherI own a business in Mt Pleasant and have never advertised... actually never needed to... people here have been very good to me...most are friends for life !!I will ALWAYS use Mark Nettles and his company...PELICAN EXTERIOR WASHINGGive em a try...
