I purchased a Living Social Deal and gifted this power washing to my Mom. She had to wait 2 months to book the appointment (which could only be done online through a booking company), they emailed her saying they would be there the next day and never showed up!! Theres no way of reaching the company, theres just an answering machine saying to book your appt online. Terrible Customer service!! Do not deal with these people!
