Im so disappointed to have to write this review, but the company has not responded to me since 10/12/2020 after 3 attempts. I used them last year for the full year, but every time I came home I would get many mosquito bites. I was told that they were having trouble finding someone to service my property, and more than 3 times they were days late on servicing if they ever came. I was told Id receive a refund for 2 months because they didnt service one month, and the service didnt work the other month. I still havent received my refund. I hate leaving poor reviews as a business owner myself, but when a company stops responding and owes you money, you have to let others know.

Kevin and Teresa were both so kind and easy to work with! They provided mosquito spraying at the venue where I got married. They sprayed on two separate days to ensure we would have the best coverage as possible, despite having to work with a venue coordinator that was quite particular about days and times that spraying was allowed. I didnt notice any bugs at the wedding (which was at a waterfront venue) and I didnt notice any guests swatting them away!

I am very happy with my service. I love being able to go outside and not have any mosquito bites. They are very friendly and spray regularly at an affordable price, for the entire season! I highly recommend Mosquito Shield of Charleston and will be using them every year now.

Great professional service and a very friendly team. They always make it out after a good rain to keep the bugs down in the yard.At first I was skeptical if the spray would work but it really does, we back up to woods and can enjoy our back yard year round now!

There’s no way we would be able to enjoy our back yard/pool without Mosquito Shield. We have zero mosquitos in our yard throughout the summer which makes it so much easier to host parties, etc. Kevin is always prompt and friendly as well. Great value!

It seems that I suffer from mosquito bites more than the average person. Last year (2017) I tried Mosquito Shield as a lark to see if it really worked. It does. Prior to the first spraying in September 217, I had to be fully clothed, sweat pants, sweat shirt, socks, and a netted hat, to venture out into my backyard with my dogs. After the very first spraying I was able to go into my backyard without being eaten alive by mosquitoes. I was sold.Mosquito Shield of Charleston has solved my mosquito problem. Additionally, the service provided by the husband/wife team of Kevin and Teresa Jones is impeccable. Recent heavy rains have diluted the effect of the spraying. A quick email to Kevin and he was at my house by 8:00am that morning to re-spray. Their goal is make make sure that their customers are satisfied with the service.

Mosquito Shield of Charleston has done a great job removing mosquitoes (and other bugs) from our yard. We started to use their service two years ago. Just renewed the service for next year. Having a mosquitoes free yard and being able to enjoy outdoors is priceless. Kevins team is very easy to communicate and professional. I would strongly recommend them from my experience.

Great company. Before we called them two years ago you couldnt spend 10 minutes outside in our yard. Since having Kevin and Mosquito Shield treat our property its rare to even see a mosquito. Amazing piece of mind as we have two little kids playing outside all the time.

Kevin and Teresa have a great product and I give them an A++ on customer service! We originally called them to help with an outdoor event we had this past spring...our regular lawn service company was too wrapped up in their own “policies and procedures” to be able to handle a 72 hr request. I found Mosquito Shield online and called Terry on a weekend...she returned my call almost immediately and was incredibly helpful and eager to assist. The 72 hr notice was not a problem at all for them and they were there on time as promised. We only contracted for that one event, but after seeing the results and hearing about their “season-long” treatment option, it was a no-brainer to keep them on for the summer. We practically “live” in our backyard during the summer and I can’t remember ever having such a “mosquito-free” yard in Charleston!Highly recommend them to cover everything from your one-time event needs or “all-summer” relief!

We reached out to Kevin mid-season because we were having terrible issues with mosquitoes and he was quick to reply and do a quick consult with us. We hired him instantly and havent looked back. Living on the marsh near Folly we have terrible mosquitoes, to the point it becomes unbearable, but after Kevin sprays we are able to sit outside without any issues. His customer service always comes first and the chemicals being organic is a huge plus since we have a dog!

Kevin and Teresa by far offer the best possible service and product in the low-country. The difference this made in our yard was unbelievable. My wife and I live next to both a swamp and a pond and Mosquito Shield of Charleston turned our yard from uninhabitable to being able to have dinner outside at sunset.

Ive been using Mosquito Shield for four months now and it has been a great experience! They are very professional and are in and out in no time!
