Thomas our technician is always timely and very pleasant and communicative when he comes. Any time I call the office to have them come out in between services for any reason, they almost always come the next day, free of charge. Would recommend to anyone!

Only received an inspection but very satisfied with knowledge, professionalism and recommendations. Had a bond with another termite “air quote” company 😕 and after spending a couple of thousand of dollars for a “treatment bond” we still have active termites in our home. Advanced came out an assessed the current situation and offered viable solutions to get the job done. Please make sure the termite company that you choose is reputable and that they use competitive industry chemical. All termite companies are NOT created equal....but I will recommend Advance any day!

Setting up for my Termite Inspection was easy! I appreciate Katie working with me to schedule my appointment as quickly as she could. She kept me informed every step of the way, including sending me the reminder.Tom, the inspector, came and did a thorough inspection including the attics and all exterior walls. He then explained the procedure for the Sentricon installation and how it is checked. He also told me that Advanced would treat the section of termites i currently have in one corner of my house.I highly recommend Advanced Termite and Pest control to anyone needing their services.

Thomas the inspector from Advanced Termite and pest was great. He gave a good inspection under the house and explained the service plainly. He took the proper steps to prevent the termites from doing less damage now and installed the Sentricon bait stations to kill the entire colony. Will come back in thirty days to reinspect. We have used Advanced for pest and termite services since moving to Charleston. They are always professional and communicate well when they are coming to serve our home. When we had a particularly tough pest issue they came back multiple times, at no additional charge, to ensure it was taken care of. When we moved to a new home, despite there being an existing termite bond, we were happy to have them take over from the other company.

The first clue that this company is not reputable should have been that they offer a Service Only contract and dont stand behind that service. The service that was provided was installing bait stations into my yard that could be bought at my local hardware store. For this I was charged $50 a month. This company came out and inspected my home for termites and every time I was given a good report. In the last inspection they missed termite activity. Once I discovered the termite activity, I called the company and they at first were only willing to send someone out the next day. I had to force them to send someone out right away. I requested that the owner call me because they had not held up their end of the contract. It took three days! After going around in circles explaining to the owner that their service person missed the termites and they did not treat the termites correctly. It was very apparent that he didnt want to take any responsibility for his workers. STAY AWAY and go to a company that is willing to stand behind their service and products.

I had termites that had been there for a long time. I have a brick house, so I thought. I had no clue until my hardwood floors 3/4 oak. Started cracking. I even have a large dehumidifier under the house and did an encapsulation. All the while termites were the problem.I called this company and they were here in a couple days. Baiting and spraying. There were so many the next 2 follow up visits showed termite activity and he repeated the process. And finally they were gone. They were very fair on price, I was happy with it and that’s unusual. Great, honest, Thorough company. I wish all businesses operated as this one does.

I found out that they team at Advanced uses the Sentricon System for termite prevention and control. This is the best way to do the job of preventing damage from termites hands down. It is the most environmentally friendly method and is the most scientifically proven method. They also do great with pest and mosquito control too. Advanced Termite not only offers shady contracts, they also provide poor service. I STRONGLY advise you to pick a legitimate company that can afford to compensate you for repairs if/and when something goes wrong. We ended up having ground termites come up through our chimney and we were ignored several times by the owner (Mark) when asking for a phone call. They do the bare minimum to protect your property and then fight you when something goes wrong. Their service is the equivalent of going to Lowes and getting some termite spray and bait stations for a fraction of the price. Dont take my word for it. Do some research on their competitors and you will immediately see the difference. They missed termites in our inspection and they noted that their spray can cancel out their bait stations. What? Why would you use spray that renders your bait stations useless? On top of that, their bait stations are low quality commercial grade and you are basically paying for a service that provides little to no protection. This company cant afford to compensate for their mistakes and they provide sloppy service at best.Update: Advanced was called back out to spray and check that the termites were gone. I opened up several holes in the sheetrock for the service man to inspect. His response was: I dont need to look, if you didnt see anything, it is ok

Swarming termites hit Charleston one night and I woke up to them all throughout the house and outside (most were dead, thankfully). Even though Advanced was getting blasted with calls from families all throughout the lowcountry experiencing the same thing, they had Tim over at my house the very next morning (an hour before the window I might add, so very promptly). Quick and easy. Tim was very professional. Got a quote within minutes and he even completed completed a standard pest control spray that I didnt request up front. Cant beat that service.
