My nails are trash!!! I’m not happy about this at all they are uneven! The gel paint is peeling off ! Nothing but white chalk all over and underneath my nails ! I’m so mad I honestly didn’t want to cut up in this place but whewww I’ll never return I’ll go to my usual spot nail so dept! By the way it took almost two hours to do my nails !

Sloppy work! I got burned twice today with that machine they use on your nails. I wanted a French manicure. By the time I had finished pointing out all the errors she made, she because very defensive. My nails were unevenly filed and wide! I got home and filed them myself so the nail bed wouldnt be so wide. I gave them two chances! Will not go there again! I lost $55.00 today.

I got SNS white tips. Before applying the clear tips to my nails she didn’t trim my nails that were jagged and broken. The white powder didn’t cover the whole nail surface. I pointed that out but she didn’t change it. After finishing the SNS clean under the nails to get the excess out. Very disappointed that I paid 55.00 (which she said would be 50.). Don’t waste your money

Great customer service

Slow service. They lie to you and tell you to wait 15 minutes and it turns into 45 minutes. Not enough people working for the amount of customers. Reason why they get so many bad reviews. I have them two chances but I will not give them a third.

I have given them three tries and they strike out. Never again and they like to do what the hell they want and not what you want then when u tell them they want to talk in there language well that was it they wont be getting any of my money again! And they so dam ✂ happy! They need to learn what the hell quality over quantity means!

I like it because its never to crowded and workers are fast and on point and clean friendly workers .

I never write reviews but oh man, I don’t know what possessed me to come back to this place. Extremely over priced for a terrible job and a bonus, a terrible attitude. What kind of owner sits there and goes back and forth like a child? I got a pedicure and a gel set. It looks like I did it myself and I can’t even paint my own nails. The owner just makes you want to walk out. Such a nasty attitude. I think she needs to start dressing more her age and blending her eyeshadow better, and stop giving PAYING CUSTOMERS attitudes. If everything was free there then please be nasty if you want. Too bad it’s not. Just save yourself if you’re reading and don’t go. A waste of a day.

Worst costumer service ever. Acrylic lifted from nail in one day. Gel chipped in two days. The person at the store kept hanging up on me when I called to let them know whats was happening. They told me they never have problems and are a five star sail salon. What a joke. Wish I could give 0 stars.

My cousin got her nails done a week ago and now it wont stop burning and is swollen !

Totally ruined my eye brows. Tina stayed on her phone the entire time. Between texting and phone calls. Nails look decent but not worth the price. Asked for an eye brow wax and she took them to tiny pencil thin uneven lines. I am so upset. If I could rate them below 1 star I would. Now just 2 hours later 3 of them are cracking. So do not recommend them at all.

There needs to be a ZERO!!! Have been there in the past & they were OK , but NEVER again! Did not soak nails prior to starting, did not use lotion, no forearm/hand massage, was much to rough on cuticles, dirty work station (lots of nail dust from previous client & I dont thing tools were sanitized. African-American nail tech talked on her phone the entire time of my manicure! The only thing she said to me was $13 - - I laid $15 on counter & not only did she not offer change, didnt even say thank you. I (over)heard her entire phone conversation about her $171 cable bill being due, she had not bought her chrens Christmas gifts, her grandmama was giving her a headache, her boyfriend & their problems, etc., etc., etc! Not sure if she was licensed or not, because a license was not displayed.The apparent boss was (Asian woman) watched TV with her feet propped up on her work station. I went past her (to use restroom) - -she did not even look-up much less speak to me.Extremely rude & poor service & unsanitary conditions.

The place was empty when I came in and they were watching a movie. The woman ruined my nails. She was careless and rough when filing-causing the tips of my (gel) nails to be edgy, crooked and sharp. I think she put the the wrong top coat on because a day later the nail polish started cracking and eventually breaking my nails under the polish. I had to cute them all off, so short, to the point where I was bleeding and was in pain for almost a week using my hands before they grew back. They used to be healthy and grew quickly but theyre still messed up almost 2 months later. At the end of the session she ended up charging me $10 more than any other nail place ($40 for gel).

Service was rushed. One side of my nails are crooked ! Polish is not evenly on the the nails ! My nakls started burning at one point ! Just terrible !!! The place was Empty (I see why now) & one lady was busy on the phone and watching tv !!! NEVER AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE . They Need to be REPORTED !
