I & my family had our hair done at this salon a few days ago & now Id send all my friends and family here. (TONY) has been fabulous in suggesting great styles and colors for my hair. My daughter , Mother also had their hairs done here as well and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The manager has a terrific group of hairstylists that can do just about anything you want. (TONY) does amazing undercut designs and I highly recommend him!! The prices are great, they always have fantastic specials going on. I think this salon is one of the Charleston Town Centers best kept secret!! 5 STAR!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been having my hair done at this salon for two years now and I send all my friends and family here. Kaylee has been fabulous in suggesting great styles and colors for my hair. I called this JCP salon at 4:55 on a Sunday, knowing that the salon and the mall both closed at 6:00. I had to call three separate times actually before someone finally answered the phone at 5:05. I was calling to inquire about their $10 kids haircut special, to confirm what time they closed that evening, and to let them know I was on my way in (which was met with no protest) I arrived around 5:20 and the salon was dead silent and completely empty. I stood by the front desk for at least five minutes before someone approached out of the clothing section to ask if I needed help. This woman did not look like she worked in any part of the store, and a young boy (I assume belonging to her) followed behind her. I told her Id just spoke with someone on the phone, and I needed to have my six-year-olds hair trimmed. She seemed to have completely forgotten speaking to me on the phone, and quickly informed me that she could not fit us in, as she had someone else on their way (yet they were nowhere to be seen) I assured her all my child needed was a trim, and it would maybe take her 10-15 minutes, tops. She kept insisting she did not have time, even after I confirmed that walk-ins are generally accepted. It seemed to me as though she just did not want to be bothered with a walk-in customer, so she could return to whatever she was doing in the store. She offered me to look at her appointment book, I guess to prove she had someone scheduled, but I declined and took my business to Mastercuts. My child left her salon in tears. Perhaps had she been around to answer my initial phone call, and maybe present at the desk when I first arrived, she could have had time for another paying customer. I actually work at another JCP location, and Im very disappointed with the way she represented the company. Im sorry to say I will not be returning to this location, and I will encourage others to do the same.

My hair was a disaster after trying to use Color Oops to remove my hair color. I had 3 inches of brown, pink and gray at the root and the rest, dark brown. My point was to grow out my gray. Completely blew up in my face. Julia fixed my hair and did it in such a way that i could grow out my gray easily. She could have done my hair in such a way that i needed to come back often. But instead she respented my wishes to end my hair dying journey. I really didnt want tons of gray roots, didnt want to look a mess in the process. She made it possible. 3 months later and my hair still looks awesome with the roots showing. blends wonderfully. Took her probably 3 hours. They were all so kind to my 5 year old that had to go with me. Ill alwsys go there and recommended to anyone. Especially if you have screwed your hair up

Went to get my hair cut and an Asian employee said she didnt have time to wash my hair and asked to cut it dry. Dont have time for your customers? Than I dont have time to give you my business.
