What i ask for vs what i got. i absolutely hate them i just want to take them off. they are lumpy and ugly so embarrassed to go to the beach with these.

Went here to get nails done for wedding was there at 2pm didn’t leave till 5pm and my nails look like this. You can see lines in the acrylic and my nails are way bigger than my actual fingernail and are not the same size. It’s probably one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had

I have had a good experience with this salon in the past, but the one lady who sets up near the front of the shop completely rushed and was very careless. I arrived at the salon at 5:15, and also had a pedicure (which was done by someone else who did great) and then I was sat to wait for the lady to do my dip powder manicure. I didnt leave until almost 9:00. My entire evening was spent there and while my pedicure turned out great, I wish I would have skipped the manicure. She used the electric nail filer on my skin on several of my nails, which was painful. Didnt even acknowledge that I was bleeding... and my nails are so uneven, bumpy, and were very painful for days while my skin healed. Let the pictures speak for themselves. I will take my business elsewhere after this experience.

I don’t remember the lady’s name but she had a orange dress on. She did a really poor job. She filed off my cuticles way too hard my cuticles started bleeding and she put glue over it.... which burnt even worse lol. The acrylic looks terrible one hand looks different than the other. And all of that for 50 dollars that is not worth 50 dollars

Ive been going to Nails First since I was in the fifth grade. I will be 30 years old this year! Jane, Jewel, and Lee are like my family and such wonderful people! The other workers are very kind and professional as well! I LOVE this place!

Everyone MUST go see Tammy!! She rocks! I went in there to get my nails done for Valentines Day and I was going to go with solid pink. BUT I let her do her thing and ended up with nails that I wouldnt have even thought to come up with!! The design and colors are so beautiful!! Ill let her do whatever to my nails from now on!

The acrylics are cheap quality and I had to get them off a week after I got them done. I will not be returning.

Went to nails 1st for a mani..pedi...Tammy was the nail tech...She kept asking me if I wanted the deluxe pedi..I told her repeatedly I wanted the regular..she continually asking me why..After I told her I have a gift certificate from Christmas and I want a regular Mani..pedi...she worked on my feet for 8 minutes and began to put clear and then she started talking about how long the gel lasts.I told her I did not want gel...she said oh Ive already put it on there..moral of the story..it took her 20 min max to do my pedicure and I was out the door..she told me for 30 dollars more I could get my nails done..I told her no thank you! I got a pedicure and that was all..I was not going to spend another dime there...So all my gift certificate covered was a 8 min pedicure.

I took my Mom out for what I thought would be a treat. I made an appointment for 2 manicures and 2 pedicures. The technicians did nothing but rush. My Mom’s technician was done in 25 minutes for BOTH the manicure and pedicure. When your spending this kind of money it should never be that quick. Neither technician spent any time on our pedicures. This felt like a complete waste of over $100. I finally stopped my technician before he could paint my nails because he put so much polish on my toes it looks like they will never dry. My Moms cuticles on her hands look like they haven’t even been trimmed. Buyer beware, do not go to this nail salon.

Not sure the name of the women that did my acrylic manicure but the nails themselves weren’t bad but the paint job was AWFUL. I paid WAY to much for what i got.

Ugggggggggghhhhhhhh.my wife and 5 daughters kill me with this place lol but at least it gives me a few hours alone with my five boys my little road dogs time away from all the yapping .But on another good note the girls are happy and full of smiles when they are done and there their nails look great to ..

Went here nov29th. My technician was a male (didnt get his name). He was very distracted the whole time cause he was busy talking on his phone , he was very rude , did not do what I asked. Was done in 25 minutes.The results are terrible . For what I payed its ridiculous and rude.And I do not plan to ever go nack And would not recommend to anyone.

What you get is not worth what you pay. They need to come down on the price or they job better for the price they charge.

I absolutely love this place dont like 2go NEwhere else at all... my boy friend took me 2 get my nails done yesterday.. of course he was trying 2 take me2 the closes place, but I signed in very skeptical and sat there about 10 mins.,& 2 women had smoked in from smoking & 2 was already waiting..So I asked the girl that was sitting there when I walked in, if she had been there long... she said already 1 hr. & 40 mins. I said oh im leaving, she said yeah their not even all that good NEways...SO glad I didnt waste my time & money!!! I love the owners here at Nails 1st!!! They always remember how I like my nails!!!
