Employees are very nice! It’s beautiful and clean! I went to get my nails done and they were not what I wanted although the ombré was beautiful. The manager was quick to offer to redo them. What a breath of fresh air!

Amazing nails and eyebrows

Sophia was amazing! She took her time and helped me when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I went on a Wednesday and it was 15% off. I will definitely be going back!!!

This was my first time here. I saw the reviews but it was late Sunday afternoon and nothing around me was open. It was quiet inside. It was very clean and smelled really clean. My nail tech took her time and my nails came out really good/ what I was hoping for. They were shaped how I liked and she asked me if I wanted a third coat. I have a bad habit of pulling and biting my hangnails and she cleaned it all up!I also got my eyebrows waxed and she cleaned them up good!My only complaint is that $50 for a gel mani and brows seemed like a lot but I guess that is how all nails salons are here.I am hoping my nails last at least a week and a half, because every salon I’ve been to on Johns and James island so far has failed me and chipped after a week or so.

A must for all to try! Eva is fabulous! All of them are. Never disappointed!

A great salon in Charleston! Every Tues/Wed they offer 20% off. I go for SNS nails which they are so thorough and quick to do! I always receive compliments on my manicure. Have become a regular there. Definitely recommend

My first visit here and I was very impressed! A really lovely salon, very clean, wonderful massage chairs, incredibly sweet staff, and my toes look great! I will definitely be back!

I was honestly not impressed with this place. I have been there twice and both times my manicure felt extremely rushed. This past time, my nails were shaped very poorly. I had to go home and fix the shape by filing them myself. The woman also got paint all over my fingers and did not make an effort to get it off. This place is nice and the people are friendly, but I was not impressed with the quality.

This was likely one of the worst pedicures I have ever received. The paint job was terrible, and did not cover my full nails, then the polish chipped in numerous places in less than a day. The woman was clearly not interested in doing a good job. I mentioned it hurt but she did not apologize or try to be gentler. She also cut my ankle but ignored that and kept going. I asked some pricing questions because I was interested in possibly upgrading service but she could not provide any clear answers. All around awful experience, will never return.

Hadnt been here in a while, theyve updated the place and it looks great! Received a great gel mani from Angel the other day. She did a great job, such a sweet lady...and got me in and out so quickly. Will definitely be back.

I decide to give them a chance despite the bad reviews , well I should have followed the reviews. The lady who did my pedicure was not friendly at all. Once she was done she got up and laid on one of the chairs. She didn’t take her time at all and was rushing. Will not go here again.

My aunt and I went to Magic Nails for the first time. They were nice and all but the young lady who done my nails did not give me the service that I requested. The chair was broken and the water continued to drain in the tub for the pedicure. I did not make a big deal out of it because we were having a girls day out in which my future son-in-law sent us and paid for. I was not satisfied at all with my medicure or pedicure. Needless to say, we will NOT return.

I’m so pissed I went there Friday the guy was super rough and it’s now been 3 days 4 of my acrylic nails have popped which is super painful and have destroyed my nails . Also called to tell them and they could care less
