I was very pleased with everything they did, the 1st time around, back in July when they replaced a broken stabilizer part on my 8 year old edger. however, when the piece broke again, after only 10 weeks, (5 uses, I edge every 2 weeks)I was told there was nothing they could do and was charged for the new part as well as another $70. for one hour of labor. I was just going to go away mad, but STI sent me an email for a review, so there you have it. This to me shows NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Repaired my mower for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back when it is time to buy a new mower.

My Toro mower needed service, so I took it to STI after having a less than friendly experience with another certified Toro service center. The employees at STI were courteous and professional. I received a call the day I dropped it off, and was given a diagnosis of the issue. My mower is under warranty, but I hadnt registered it yet. STI took care of this for me, ordered the parts needed, and had my mower repaired in just a few days. The facility / showroom is very nice and well stocked. Overall excellent experience.

Hi Im a home owner in Awendaw I have an older toro lawn mower and needed to replace two belts that are key to operate the lawnmower .I checked the internet nationwide for the replacement belts. I was fortunate to have stumbled upon STI on the internet and glad I did!STI ordered and gave me instructions how to change my belts.It is good to know that there is a go to place to have service and sales near by.Liam

My Toro Guaranteed-to-Start lawnmower will not start after only using it four times. It is still under a Toro 2 year guarantee, but to my surprise Briggs and Stratton (BS) would not honor that assurance, saying they only have a one-year warrantee on their engine (a gasket was cracked). . . Today I got a very welcomed phone call from STI. STI Turfcare will fix the problem to my satisfaction and honor the warrantee themselves. Therefore, I recommend buying from STI Turfcare Equipment. (Plus, I will never buy a Toro or anything made by BS - lesson learned.)
