My phone broke, so I walked in, and I was assisted by Kelsey. I apprehensively changed from an iPhone from a Samsung. Im usually not a customer who is persuaded to buy something unless I absolutely have to. Im a fix-it before I buy-it. So I was going to do an insurance claim, originally. Being a financially-based buyer, Im always focused on price-point, and if the phone she put me in would be in my best interest. I understand its in her best interest to pitch something to me, I also am a car salesman. However, this time was different. It was personal, and she actually took her time to walk me through all of the specifications of the iPhone 12 Pro Max, and why it would better benefit me than what I was used to. It seems like every phone these days are just so expensive, but she helped me look at the features, and made me feel comfortable walking out of the store with a new phone that I wasnt used to; but above all, being a financial-based consumer, the biggest thing I walked away with, was confidence and pride that Ill be able to get my work done in a fashion that leaves me feeling more productive. Monetarily, the investment is worth it. But whats more than than, the fact she invested her time into me, was a priceless experience that Ill never forget. She even talked me into an Apple Watch. Ill be back once its time to upgrade, and when my friends and family needs upgrades, Ill only recommend Kelsey. This store knows what theyre doing. Ive also worked in mobile sales before, and she demonstrates the type of training that I wish I had.

I was so happy to find out that Kelsey Love joined the Verizon team. My family and business used sprint and she was our representative. We loved her, but had to leave Sprint. We switched to Verizon, but was concerned about the customer service, we actually have that documented. When we found out Kelsey is now there we are reassured that it will be great. Good job getting her on the Verizon team! She is AMAZING!!!!!!!

Very rude staff. My boyfriend called to ask a question and one of the staff members simply picked up the phone and set it to the side, allowing us to hear another customer speaking in the store. We heard this other customer’s private information for around twenty minutes before finally speaking to an employee. As soon as we finally got to talk to the employee, another customer comes in to the store and the employee stops talking to us and starts helping the other customer instead. We never got an answer to our question and hung up after getting ignored again. This was a very frustrating experience and we will no longer give this store our business. Please do better and have more courtesy for your customers’ time and privacy.

Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I ordered an iPhone for in-store pickup, called the store and was told yes, we have your phone ready to go.I get to the store, and there are two very nice ladies working who tried to help me. However after talking with them for a little bit, I discovered they had both been hired less than a month ago and had been left by themselves to run the store. The lady doing my upgrade had never done one before, and was trying to watch YouTube videos to figure it out. There was not a manager on duty that could help. What in the world?! How is there not a manager present at all times?!The two young ladies finally tell me they are unable to complete my upgrade and come back the next day to finish because again, they have not been trained and do not know what they’re doing. (I’m not upset at them for being new - I’m upset that they were left by themselves with no one to help show them how to do things and make sure they’re done correctly).The next day I return to the store and find out that I had also been signed up for a REDUX Membership on my bill WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I questioned the manager on duty and he quickly tried to downplay it and then offered to cancel the membership. What is going on here! How many people have they signed up for this service without them knowing? It was only luck that I looked at my invoice and was there in person to question him. BEWARE OF THEM ADDING THINGS INTO YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT TELLING YOU. Check your invoice very carefully.I will not be returning to this store and I do not suggest you do either - go to the town center mall, and save yourself the trouble. This place is a joke and will try to pull the wool over your eyes. 0/10.

My experience at Verizon in Kanawha City was very pleasant. I find no other cell phone carrier as dependable as Verizon and happy to be a customer again. My salesman was Austin and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was patient in explaining the different plans and phones. He presented himself in a professional manner both in attitude and dress. I would highly recommend this store and especially this salesman. Thank you Verizon and thank you Austin!

*edited for update*Stopped in after looking online. Had planned on updating plan, adding a line for an IPad and purchasing a new iPad Pro. After dealing with the only person in the store (everyone else was outside on their phones and smoking by the door) I quickly realized I knew more about the plans and offers then they did. The sales rep fumbled between his phone and iPad and the computer for quite a while, and it was apparent that he had little to no training or any knowledge of anything Verizon offered.Edit: I was contacted by a manger named Tyler, and asked about my visit and making it right. Though I got my plan questions answered at another location I respect that a manger took the time to reach out to try and correct the situation.

His customer service was refreshing for service in West Virginia. Then again, hes from Ohio, so that might explain why this was one of the best customer service experiences Ive had in Charleston, WV.

I was in today to have data transferred from old phone to a new one I bought here. We had some password issues, you name it, BUT Hannah Howes, a consultant here, spent over an hour with me and didnt charge me for this transfer. But more importantly, she was so very positive and kept me patient and calm. I highly recommend this Verizon store. I have been served by Zach too, when I bought my phone, and he was awesome. Steven is upbeat and positive too. No request is too hectic for these folks!!!

Salesman (Tyler) lie and then was rude when merchandise was returned because he strait up lied about service and about costs ... they lie about restocking fee and do not restock your merchandise so that it goes against your credit . Worst nightmare ever dealing with this store ... which is not an authentic Verizon store, just an authorized dealer that just tries to rip people off. Go to AT& T!!!!Zach Nelson - the store manager has very poor personal skills and was not helpful at all with any concerns I had. They will lie about the services and costs to get their one time commission and are not interested in representing Verizon as a company ... very bad for business! Don’t go to this store ..: go to the real Verizon on corridor G if you want to go with Verizon.

This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a retail store an absolute bunch of crooks and shysters I went in there with a simple problem and was absolutely lied to and led to believe that I had to start a whole new contract on my phone because my internet phone wouldnt work and whats even more sad is the guy was training a new associate to do this two customers it took me two months and a lot of waiting to undo what he had done working with an actual Verizon store and Verizon corporate also there was another family there that was having some kind of problem as well and I dont know what it was but after knowing what they did to me Im not shocked I would strongly urge you not to go to the store save yourself some time and buyer beware make sure that youre in a authorized Verizon store not a Verizon logo store.

I searched online this morning to check out what deals they had available for 4 lines got a price went to 5 yes 5 different Verizon stores each one had a different price ranging between 58 and 130 out the door then not 1 store out of the 5 had 4 phones in stock so I finally came back home called the corporate store was taken care of right away phones will be overnighted to me at a cheaper price and I also received a 200 gift card for each line....moral of the story stay away from the stores

This place is a joke. Stick to the factory store at Corridor G and avoid this reseller. I called this store and asked if they had a phone in stock. The guy said it was in stock but he could not give me a price over the phone because he was busy and they closed in 30 minutes. I got the feeling he didnt want the business this close to quitting time. I explained I had to have the phone on this day and I wanted to know the price and then I would drive the 15 minutes to pick it up. Again, he said he couldnt give me the price so I was forced to drive the 15 minutes to the store. I get there 15 minutes later and there was one customer in the store. The manager of the store, not the guy I spoke to on the phone, helped me. He quoted me $810 for a phone that has an MSRP of $699 on Apples website. Also, I just bought this same phone a week earlier at the factory Verizon store at Corridor G for $699. I told him this and his response was he would have to check the price again because his sheets change daily but first let him confirm it was in in stock. He went in the back for a few seconds and came right back out and said it was not in stock. I told him and the other guy I spoke with on the phone that they wasted my time. The manager said it wasnt the other employees fault and tried to make an excuse by saying they sold it. I laughed and ask the manager if they sold it in the past 15 minutes because that is when I called, he said yes. He hadnt realized I called only 15 minutes ago so instead of stating they made a mistake when he learned I only called 15 minutes ago he outright lied. If it had been sold in the 15 minutes I drove to the store the customer would have still been there and I know the one customer that was there when I arrived did not buy it. I am not for sure if the employee I spoke with on the phone was wrong when he said it was in stock. I have a feeling it may have been in stock and the manager either wanted to leave for the day or he did not want to sell it to me at the MSRP when he could gouge the next customer out of another $100. Either way, it was handled terribly. I would have never written this review had it only been about the phone not being in stock. I can handle people making mistakes but I will not tolerate a person telling me an outright lie. Therefore, I will never go back to this location. Again, stick to the factory Verizon store at Corridor G and avoid this reseller.

Not Happy!!! Said bill would go up $30. Week later I was looking at my online bill and my plan had changed, there was $40 fee and my bill was up over $100 dollars. None of the add on fees nor my plan change were explained to me so I was very shocked when I saw my bill. Would not buy from here. Go to a real verizon store.
