I went to this business for a background check. The employee at the front desk lacked customer service as the previous reviews stated. She was on her phone the entire time she checked me in. The lady who actually did my prints was professional and courteous. I was in and out very fast. The process wasnt long. I was seen 30 min before my appointment time.

Completely rude front desk employee, not only to myself but everyone else working there. Very short and snotty attitude and definitely set a tone for the rest of the establishment. She was also on her phone the whole time with what sounded like her friend and talking to them in between talking to customers. Also the front desk associate called me a liar when I explained I did not have an appointment because the TWIC system showed their appointment system two weeks out. The rest of the staff was also very rude. I completely understand that they can get frustrated with customers over disputes but they should also learn how to act professionally in their workplace and keep their composure.

Drove 30 miles to be here when they open to be told they cant do walk ins, even though the website specifically says walk ins are welcome. I could hear the lady in the back complaining about being the only one there. I guess she didnt realize how much her voice travels in an empty room. When the receptionist went back and told her I was a walk in she simply said no. Receptionist then told me there was an issue with the system. The only issue is someone not wanting to do their job.

The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and condescending. She treated myself and the two customers after me as if we had no clue why we were there or what we were doing. She barked orders at all three of us, and was snappy and curt. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, but then I watched her treat them the same way. The woman in the back who did my actual fingerprints was kind and polite, the complete opposite.

Excellent customer service and professional staff. I had an appointment at 1140, but showed up early at 0940 to see if they could get me early. I was in and out by 1000 with a smile from everyone in the building. No issues at all. Apparently they listened to a lot of the other reviews because I saw nothing but great customer service.

They had me in and out before my appointment time. I walked in around 9:50 a.m. with an appointment of 10:05. Got called in the back about 9:59 and was done and backing out of the parking lot around 10:05! Quick and fast! I recommend making an appointment, they were telling walk-ins that came in behind me that it might be upwards of 45 minutes because they call appointments back first and they were booked today....very professional and friendly staff.

Never experienced any problems here. Very friendly staff. Going in by appointment is always a little faster but they make sure to take care of everyone. If a replacement card is needed, theyre great about that as well.

Oddest place I think Ive ever been. I suspect they do terrorist interrogations there. Their office was Cold, dark, and empty. People had absolutely zero personality. The plus was they were fast. I was in and out in 5 minutes (Thank God)

Arrived for my appointment early. Was barely greeted, obviously the girl was not happy having to work on a Saturday. Was ushered back in timely manner, but the whole time she was doing fingerprints, she had her phone on desk watching Cosby show. Took a bit to get my prints, possibly cause she was trying to watch her show. I am disappointed in the work ethic I saw today. I would hope if I ever have to do this again, I can go to a different location. Would not recommend going here.

Hard to find. Quick service. Make sure to get there 30 minutes early to park and get checked in for your appointment. If youre early enough and its slow theyll see you right away. They schedule alot of people at once so be ready to move.

Went in to get my fingerprints done today and the receptionist was very rude! She didnt even look up at me once while she was talking, all the while, talking to me like I was a child and with a bad attitude! I cannot fathom why, if so many people have complained about her why she is still employed there.

Just terrible. Inattentive and understaffed Making an appointment is a joke. I wasnt taken back until 45 minutes AFTER my appointment. Several walk-ins after I arrived were seen before me. Its a shame theyre the only game in town. Some competition in the area is needed.

I think this location is responding to the complaints- my TSA Enrollment Visit today was smooth. There were two people on staff. Placed my fingers on the scanner, looked at the camera, swiped my credit card. I was in and out in - no exaggeration - six minutes.-Note, I already had an appointment and arrived a few minutes early.

The receptionist is so rude. It is very disgusting how rude she is being, especially when we have to come to this facility for a service. It doesnt make any sense for her to be so nasty when she can politely say, Im not sure how to help you, have a seat and I will get someone to assist you verse I dont know what you need, sit down, and go register online for an appointment! This visit made me sick to my stomach. I really hate to have to deal with her again, as I will have to cause the site didnt state all I will need to get fingerprints being that my last name was changed. I pray she doesnt serve anyone who may be dealing with stress or depression cause she will have them in a bad place. Stress and depression is real and people need to try be kinder or find a job where dealing with people is not vital or needed. Im mad for myself, but very concern for the next person who may just be trying to bounce back from depression who may have to visit this Charlestin location. Lord, be a fence around the people and open this ladys heart to be kind and respectful to all who have to come here for services. Amen

I was prepared for an unpleasant experience after reading the reviews and arrived an hour early in case of a long wait. I was also hoping since they took walk-ins that they would be able to see me early and this is exactly what happened. I knew that even though I had an appointment that they did prioritize certain types of applicants and walk-ins over others and that some people arriving after me might be seen before me. My total wait time was 35 mins and I was seen before my scheduled appointment. The two people working there were very friendly and helpful. Overall a very good experience.

Good: fingerprinting procedure didnt take a long time. Operator was proficient with program.Bad: terrible customer service and attitude.My job as a customer was met: I made an appointment, provided info, paid, arrived 5 min early.Once in store, no directions were given, she complained that my name didnt appear on her sheet & that shed have to go check (I dont care youre not prepared, how is it my fault..!?) She disappeared with my ID into a back room shortly before barking my first name out...& a couple more times for good measure. Was I supposed to follow her? Now that I hear my name being hollered, how am I supposed to know where you are? Or if I should go find you?5 stars for making this simple procedure very unpleasant & unfriendly.

TSA Pre-Check Appointment: This experience was very reminiscent of a visit to the DMV. The exterior is marked appropriately, when you walk in you are greeted by a big, long room with chairs lining each sidewall facing each other. Zero decor with the exception of a TSA Pre Check sign in the front. There is a lady at a desk at the end the checks your ID & required docs & then you sit and wait to be called into the next room. They do have a restroom in a short hallway behind the in-check lady. I had an appointment at 4:50 and was called back at 5:06. The lady in that room verified my info, took my fingerprints (electronic scan, not ink) and took my picture (very unflattering, just like the DMV). Then she took my credit card for the $85 charge & I was on my way. The average wait to get your known traveler number is about 2 weeks & there is a number to call on your receipt, if you don’t hear anything within 30 days. Tip for success: Have the required docs (with correct name, etc), make an appt, and show up a few minutes before it & you should be good.

Absolutely terrible experience at the Identogo branch. The employees are rude, not helpful and proceed to talk loudly about their customers in the middle of the waiting room. I would not trust these employees to keep any sensitive information private. I will go out of my way to never give them my business again.

This place is terrible! I came in 10 minutes before my appointment. There was one guy waiting there before me. No one else was there until about 10 minutes after my appointment was suppose to be. At this point, several other people started to come in and wait. I ended up getting skipped and waiting even though I was there before everyone and my appointment was before anyone else. Just so you know, you dont have to get there when your appointment is. They might not be there or will overlook you.

The place is a very very nice location over all the people are nice it was basically a nice fast quick experience I just wish that they would have had more than one person at the location it was only one lady checking people in and also fingerprinting them but she did a good job at making sure that she assisted you with the fingerprinting this location does not have a phone number because of the low staff so that a con for this lays I wish they had a phone number but you do have to go through customer support at a call center in order to set up an appointment or you can go online if you pay prepaid is quick and painless when you go in for your appointment but if you decide to pay at the location this location does not keep cash in a check or a money order in order to pay for an appointment at that time

I put on one star just to make sure it registers. IdentoGO deserves, on a scale of 1 to 5, a negative 7. I called them, made an appointment, drove two hours, arrived twenty minutes early, and then was informed that they could not fingerprint me because some equipment was not working. All in all, I would not even have minded that -- stuff happens. Perhaps they could have called me to save me a four hour round trip, or maybe they couldnt. We will never know. The utter disdain directed at me is inexplicable. I have never in my life been treated so discourteously. Not one word of explanation, apology, regret, or even courtesy was directed my way. When I informed the person providing the service I received that I had already paid them, she just took a form off a stack and waived it in my direction, obviously hoping that by avoiding any eye contact that I would cease to annoy her. That was the high point of our relationship.I REGRET EVER HEARING THE NAME IDENTOGO. I WOULD NOT CALL THEM AGAIN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. NEITHER SHOULD YOU.DO NOT USE IDENTOGO. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. ANYWHERE.

As a former employee for Morpho Trust for over 6 yrs. I will say that we were always understaffed , underpaid and overworked with very little to no lunch breaks for the employees and you were just a number to them at the corporate office in Tennessee. They take full advantage of any employee who allows it and do some really shady stuff behind the scenes. They have multiple class action suits filed against them and I have also had to obtain an attorney because they canceled my medical coverage while I was on an approved leave of absence and FMLA for domestic violence......they even fought me on unemployment for 4 months. If you want to be walked on like a doormat this place is for you! The lawsuits are for no paid breaks and non payment of overtime worked and I think enough is enough. Hopefully more employees will come forward on these issues.

I had what seemed like a good experience at the Identogo site on 1954 Ashley River Rd., Unit E. Charleston, SC 29407. The staff took me in quickly for my appointment and the fingerprinting process took less than 10 minutes! However, the finderprint cards were not viable and were rejected by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing in CA for being ILLEGIBLE. I now have to pay to have my fingerprints retaken and take time off of work to go through this process AGAIN! I wont be going back to Identogo for their services.

I went here to get fingerprinted for a TWIC card, my hazmat endorsement, and a TSA pre check credential. I pre registered online, and scheduled my appointment ahead of time. This is the way to go about this process for a quick, hassle free experience. I was in and out in no time at all. The employees who took care of me were friendly and efficient.

Worst service I have ever used with any industry. No phone number by which to call the office, called the corporate number and was transfered to a mailbox that was full. Called again and told the wait time was 15 minutes, we were 10 minutes late due to traffic and inability to find the place. Could not call to get directions due to no phone number. Told appointment was canceled even though corporate said we were fine up to 15 min. Terrible business in general they know they are the only option in town do they have to put no effort into their work.

Staff was extremely unfriendly and lacked knowledge on how to fill out forms to be submitted. The fingerprints that were taken were rejected by a state background check administration. Customer service was unhelpful. Very unsatisfied with service received. Avoid IdentoGO for fingerprinting that needs to be submitted for a background check.

I noticed the amount of 1 star reviews before my appointment and wasn’t to hopefully on having a good experience. Glad that wasn’t the case. I originally thought my appt was 20 mins later then it was actually scheduled. So instead of arriving 10 mins early for my appt I was 10 mins late. At which the gal working there was totally understanding and very polite and told me she would get me in when she could. There was about 15 people waiting already so I was surprised that she only had me wait 10 mins before she called me back. I was in and out of there in less then 20 mins, which isn’t bad at all seeing I was 10 mins late for my appt as it was. She could have been rude or a stickler and made me reschedule or wait until everyone in the waiting room had been seen but she didn’t.

I have been battling this company for 2 months now. Got my fingerprints done in the beginning of December and they lost them so I revisited them January 24 to get new ones done and still no results. Went here with my wife so she could complete the process for TSA Precheck. The receptionist was rude and condescending. When we first went in she immediatly what we were there for (they provide two different services). I answered. She immediately, and rudely, asked if my wife brought her passport. I answered no but we brought other acceptable documentation. She then asked if my wifes name had ever changed and we said yes. Very smugly (and with the assumption that we didnt have anything) she said that we need to have the court papers to prove it. I told her we had our marriage certificate. She then looked at my wife and asked if I answer everything for her. Very unproffessional and rude. If we didnt have to use this place we would have walked out. When my wife was called back we were told by the receptionist that only one at a time could be back there, TSA rules, not ours even though we had seen two other couples go back together.The only reason I am giving this two stars is because my wife told me the person who worked with her was nice.If you can help it, dont go here!
