I don’t live in Charleston, but I went to Dr. Bayme to replace the various caps I had put on my upper teeth over many years. I have horrible teeth, and he did such a great job that I get compliments from friends and my dentist. It was quite an ordeal, but well worth it! Dr Bayme is committed to doing the best job he can on everyone. He treats you like you are the only patient he has that day. If you listed traits for an excellent dentist, like meticulous and detail- oriented to caring and patient, he has them all. Nice guy is not a prerequisite, but it sure makes the experience go better. His office staff is awesome and you can tell they are crazy about him. The office itself is immaculate and reflects the type of care he gives. He truly wants to provide whoever walks in his door with the best dental care available. He knows one way to do things and that is the right way. I would give him more stars if possible!

Susie Pressley, the hygienist took extra care in cleaning my teeth knowing my prior history of low pain tolerance.... I have never in my life received better care. What blew my mind was the follow up and after care. Dr. Bayme took the time to hand write me a letter complete with pictures of my problem areas and the plan of care for them. He has also done follow up calls after every appointment. Just moving to Charleston a month ago, searching for a new dental practice was not on the top of my priorities. Then on a Friday evening one of my porcelain veneers fell right off as I was flossing. I was devistaed since my mom was in town visiting for the first time since moved. How would I smile for any pictures? How could I eat?As I went down the list of dentists near me that were open on a Saturday, I was disappointed to see that my options were very limited. All of the offices that were open were already booked with emergencies. Then I reached Dr. Bayme. I spoke with him directly on the phone and he assured me that he could fix it that morning. At the time I did not realize I hit the jackpot!The office was unlike any office I have been to in the past. Everything is calm and relaxing. The equipment is top notch. He spent a good amount of time ensuring my veneer was bonded properly. He did it better than the original Dentist! That evening as I was enjoying a nice dinner downtown with my mom I was surprised that he gave me a call to check in on how I was feeling.I cannot stop praising Dr. Bayme. One of the great dentists who truly cares about his patients and their well being. I highly recommend him for his cosmetic veneer work.

My husband was in an accident on a Friday evening and broke one of his front teeth almost all the way to his gums. The other front tooth had a good sized piece that broke off. We had no idea what to do for emergency dental care. I Googled Emergency Dentist in th Charleston area and Dr. Baymes name came up with glowing reviews and Saturday hours. I contacted the office first thing Saturday morning and they worked my husband in to the schedule. Dr. Bayme took care of my husbands two teeth and thankfully he didnt have to sit at home for two days in pain. Dr. Bayme is one of the nicest people Ive ever met. His entire staff is caring and try to make sure you are comfortable. It has taken me years of being scared to death to go to the dentist from a horrible experience I had when I was younger. With that being said, Dr. Bayme and his team have made me feel so comfortable, confident and excited about my journey in repairing my teeth ! With no dental insurance and a baby, finance was a big concern of mine as well, Dr. Bayme sat me down after a consultation and mapped out a game plan that would both suite me financially and in order of importance. I was able to finance most of my treatments interest free for a year through a program they offer right there in their office, which was a huge help and it made it so much easier knowing I was in trustful hands and not getting treatments done that weren’t necessary. I look forward to my appointments and always love seeing Sally and Moe who work the desk! They’re so great with communication and scheduling around my busy schedule. (Even texting when necessary) They always ask about my daughter and work and make me feel like they genuinely care about me! My Mom used to work for Dr. Bayme and we now live in Indiana. He is the only dentist she would let do the bonding on my 2 front teeth. I had been very self conscious about the white spots on my teeth. Dr. Bayme was so gentle and made sure everything looked perfect. I now cant stop smiling. Karen gave me a routine teeth cleaning yesterday but when I got home and looked in the mirror I was surprised to see the results. My teeth were much whiter. The change was greater than what I see after the use of the teeth whitener (cream in trays). Exceptional Facility, Staff and Doctor. One of the nicest and most welcoming DDSs Ive ever visited. Unfortunately after my 2nd visit, I learned that this DDS is not networked with ANY insurance and they DONT inform you of that when you visit. So, if you dont have insurance or you just have a lot of money, they are wonderful. Just make sure you do your homework (math) and ASK questions. Youll be paying their rates at OUT of NETWORK prices and no reduction for what the industry considers usual and customary.S.H.

I traveled to Charleston on vacation from NC, and on the first day of our trip I slipped and fell, fracturing both of my front teeth in half. Since I have never even had a cavity, this sudden dental issue was nothing short of a catastrophe in my mind, and I was devastated. Early the following morning – which was a Saturday – I turned to Google and eventually came across the information for Dr. Bayme’s office. I have never felt so grateful for the internet as I do now, after meeting him and experiencing his kindness and expertise firsthand. He and his staff agreed to stay after hours on the weekend to apply a temporary fix to my broken teeth, and they were so kind and thoughtful throughout the procedure that I left feeling genuinely valued as a human being. Later that evening, Dr. Bayme called me from his home to ensure that my pain was manageable and that I was emotionally ok with my new mouth (this is probably because I was a grade-A hot mess in his office, devastated and crying when we were reviewing the details of my accident). Then, on Sunday, I received a follow-up email from him reminding me of my discharge instructions. To further impress me and reinforce my gratitude towards Dr. Bayme and his entire staff, his receptionist (Sally) emailed me on Monday morning to let me know that she had been thinking of me and wanted to make sure I was ok and satisfied with the results of the corrective procedure. Sally and I have spoken to each other multiple times on the phone this week since she has taken it upon herself to help me file a claim form with my medical insurance company which – hopefully – will reimburse me for the cost of the procedure as well as cover the future work that will be required. Finally, like the icing on the proverbial cake, I received a hand-written note from Dr. Bayme in my mailbox several days later thanking me for choosing his office and for entrusting my smile to his care. I am completely blown away by the exceptional care and service that the entire staff at Dr. Bayme’s office have demonstrated, and I am deeply grateful for the attention that they showed to me both in the office and afterwards, five hours away in my home. They saved my vacation and restored my smile, and I will be returning for all necessary repair for this accident despite the distance from my home. I would recommend this team to anyone, not only because of the professionalism and technical skill but also because they are simply exceptional people who genuinely care for their patients. Thank you, Dr. Bayme, Sandy, Sally, and everyone else who helped me last weekend! You are all amazing.
