They had really nice fine jewelry with a great price. The associate knew what she was talking about with each item I wanted to look at or try on. She was so nice and professional. I love piercing pagoda they have anything you would love to wear.

Took our 10 month old baby girl to get her ears pierced. I was super nervous, both of the ladies working there were so sweet, answered all my questions and explained how the after care should be.They did a great job which piercing, my daughter barely cried for 5 minutes. So glad I chose them!!

I’ve spent thousands here over the years. Well a chain gold has snapped twice. The manager knows us by name we shop here so much she is the one who sold it to me said there is nothing she can do. They said they can’t find it in there system. Cheap as jewelry everything I get from here breaks. I’m taking everything back I’ve bought I’m the last few days. Customer service is rude. Don’t shop here

The lady who pierced my ears was great, Im young and she knew exactly how to treat me. She was very nice, and counted to 3 for my piercing, the 2nd piercing was a little bit loose, but i was able to fix it at home during the cleaning process. She also had a cabinet with lollipops, and gave me 4 of my favorite flavor. Overall great experience, and my piercing is all good for now.

I’ve had eight piercings done at this Piercing Pagoda. Four on each ear. Out of the eight, I’ve had two messed up by the piercers. Very disappointed. The lady’s who did the piercings were super nice, but clearly have NO idea what they are doing. The first time I ever got my ears pierced, the lady somehow messed it up because she was getting “trained” and made the earring go into my ear sideways. Now, the last piercing I got was still on my lobe, and the lady had to re-pierce it TWO times when I was there because she kept messing it up. The first time she got it caught with another piercing from putting it sideways, then the second time made it get stuck and have to take it out. I would NEVER reccomend this place to anybody. DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE. Now I have to go pay to get it re-done when I paid to get them done already at this Piercing Pagoda where they are “professional.”

Hate this. Brought sterling silver earrings and turned my ears green and then I brought 24 karat gold and made my ear infected. I was consulted by the person for best earring for a sensitive skin. That what they referred me to and now I am on week 4 and my ear is swollen, bleeding. Highly pissed
