Slow place for truck drivers, stay a way from this warehouse

Had an issue, emailed and so far nothing. UA socks for grandson missing 1 sock in a 3 pack. Purchased late winter early spring for the next fall. UA just lost my business

Worst job to possibly work. Rude employees & managers. It’s SLAVERY. All they do is stand around and watch. Then get mad if you do something incorrect. No help. They love to get in your business too. Definitely will never RECOMMEND this job to nobody.

I would not recommend. Please the Team lead Ty is very unprofessional and rude, The company doesn’t allow you to take brakes only your lunch which I think isn’t fair for the warehouse workers. The company tells you not to be on your phone on the floor which is understandable BUT the Team lead and mangers does not follow that protocol. This $13 an hr job isn’t worth it you will get your time wasted.

Drivers be aware. Guy at guard shack was very nice. Hours to load 2:30-10:30 for 1/2 load of frieght. We had to bob tail out because our dog needed to pee and when we finally got our trailer back loaded the trailer had a hole from fork lift. Then we had to wait again for a trailer repair thatwe found on inspection. Note: the employees didnt bother to tell us. Be aware.

I sincerely recommend , not any one should do business with this people. especially the hard working drivers. They will make you sit in your truck at least 8 hours or more, for just three pallets

This place is an absolute joke 0900 appointment and here it is lunch time and I’m still waiting to be loaded Smdh not one care about drivers or or time clock

Just like the others been here 5 hrs still waiting had a green light for over an hour now still no call to get BOL this is just unecpitable. Way to SLOW.

Typical southern professional shipper, over 7 hours to get loaded, but the main problem is that those useless loaders didnt even load the trailer right, freight had to be restocked upon delivery. Useless, dont waste Your time.

ATTENTION DRIVERS 15 HOURS TO GET LOADED , DONT ACCEPT LOADS FROM HERE... how the hell can the people in the shipping front desk not now that a load its going to take so long to be loaded , isnt there any communication between warehouse personnel and shipping department , or do they know it takes this long but they dont care about drivers time or schedule ?? , either way its the worst place i have gotten a load from in 5 and i aint jever coming back

Incredibly friendly people, took a few mins to check in because it was busy, hit the dock and 5 mins later the plate dropped and I was being loaded. What more could I ask for.

Stay away! It took’em 12hours to get a trailer loaded and this is the way how they usually do.

If You load here bring a lot of patience and make sure to have enough hours available on your 14 hr federal mandate. They don’t care how long it takes to load You.

Need a new warehouse manager or GM. This place is slow with loading trucks and slow with paper work. Truck drivers that have been here before said, its been like this for awhile. 👎

5 hrs mostly had to wait in paperwork had 700 miles had to b there next day I wouldnt even give them a half a star but not an option
