Assembled a table for me and shame on me that I wasn’t on site at the time but they said it was in perfect condition. But when I saw it, it was clearly damaged in a very visible spot. When I asked, they said they thought it came that way. (Yes, one broken corner makes perfect sense for a design). Took no responsibility AND lied to me about the condition. And when the manager said he’d look into it and get back to me. He never did. I had to call multiple times for them to give that BS story about thinking it came that way. Would NEVER use them again

Charleston Xpress was able to quickly and efficiently fulfill our order. They even went above and beyond when they put together our 18 month olds little chair and table set. We are so pleased with their service!

My new loveseats were delivered in perfect condition, on time, with tracking available to let me know exactly where they were. Courteous, professional and reasonably priced. White-glove service was exactly that.

Great experience with these guys. Friendly, responsive, and affordable. Items were delivered on time, as described, and they even loaded it all in the truck for me. If I ever need something picked up from Ikea again ill definitely come back.

I REALLY cant believe this exists. Ive always wanted to visit IKEA but with it being a state away its kinda hard. The shipping they offer on the IKEA website is absurd, so when I heard about this I jumped on the idea quick. Id recommend this to anyone!

I could not be happier with the service from Bryan and his team. When researching ways to avoid the trip to Charlottes IKEA I came across Charleston Xpress. Prices are more than affordable, communication was great, delivery was timely, and best of all I avoided the road trip and hassle of walking the ikea hallways. I will use his service again and recommend to anyone else.
