We were able to get a great car with a great price at Thrifty car rental in Charleston, SC. The staff was kind and professional. The return was quick and easy. I was very pleased with everything! I’ll definitely be using them again!

Jaden provided great customer service and gave me the key to a Chrysler 300 (an upgrade) He told me to inspect it for scratches or other damage and if I found any scratches or damage, to tell the person in the Thrifty booth in the garage. I inspected the outside of the car and since I did not see any scratches or other damage, I unlocked the car and opened the driver’s door. The first thing I saw was an empty cup of soda with a straw in it in the cup holder! I could not believe it!! COVID 19 is still a real health concern. Thrifty should be going the extra mile to implement COVID 19 precautions. I took a photo of the cup then closed the door to go to the Thrifty booth to let them know. Before I could get to the booth, a Thrifty employee named Lee got out of a truck and said, can I help you? I told her what I saw in the car. She also took a photo and then called the manager, Michelle, but no one picked up. Lee assured me that she would report this and find out who “cleaned” the car after the last rental. I have yet to hear from anyone from Thrifty, other than them emailing me my receipt for the full cost of the rental. Other than Jaden’s great customer service, this rental experience left me more than I bargained for.

I had to rent a car at Charleston SC airport because mine had to be worked on in a garage. I attempted to rent a car 9/15 around 5:30pm and due to me not having my credit card on me and trying to transfer funds to checking I was unsuccessful in getting a rental then. Germaine the supervisor I was working with was extremely polite and accommodating as best as she could. She told me to come back in the morning at 4:00am, thats what time she started and she would be able to take care of my rental. I was frustrated that I didnt get a rental then but understood the process. I arrived at Thrifty rental counter about 6:25am 9/16 Germaine was there and met me with a smile and Good Morning. She was able to process my request and I was on my way and in a very sweet ride!! Thank you so much Germaine for your outstanding customer service!!

ON September 2nd I came upon thrifty car rentals when our original plans for rental car did not go through and we didnt find out that we were not eligible for the car until we got to the airport left with our money gone we did not have a second plan I asked a question to the young lady who was next to the counter and she was so polite and say yes we do accept debit cards here just like that with her answering my question what I thought turned out to be a very bad day turned to be a awesome day and a wonderful start of a business adventure for me and my family from now on we will be taking our business to thrifty their elegant customer service the managers all the associates were so polite and very positive they helped us out of a bad situation and we had no problem I would like to thank them again the thrifty car rental at the North Charleston airport!!

When we arrived, we were told that they would not honor the Priceline price that we reserved our vehicle at. They wanted to charge us $400 more, but we practically begged them to honor the reservation price and they finally did with a warning for us to not expect that kind of treatment in the future. Other than that, the experience was fine and we had no problems with the car or the turn-in process. I do still think Thrifty is a good car rental company and I would recommend them. This is the first time I gave them 3 stars instead of 5.

Due to the pandemic, maybe it is across all car rentals, Thrifty had only 2 cars available for me- Jeep, and Chrysler 300. I ended up with Chrysler 300 which was too much car for me, I enjoyed driving it once I got used to it. Also there should be people in the garage to be able to turn in your mileage and keys. I walked all the way back from the car rental garage back to the terminal to do just that. Again this was for all car rentals at Charleston airport. It was a great experience.

This was my first time renting with Thrifty and I m very pleased with my whole experience. The agent at the desk was very friendly and quickly got everything done. Also she did not force me in to buying the optional insurance etc. Which I highly appreciate. Pickup and drop off the car was flawless. And the car was clean. I would definitly rent again from Thrifty.

The customer service rep was very helpful and friendly. the return process was pretty straightforward except for the fact that you have to bring the keys back to airport counter and give mileage. This is a big inconvenience they should have a CSR in the garage to record these line items.

The staff was helpful, but they didnt have anyone outside to assist with finding the vehicle. The company overcharges because they rent the car by the hour. That wasnt explained via Travelocity. I got stuck outside trying to return the car because a vehicle was too big to fit in the garage holding up traffic. It made me 25 min late returning my vehicle and I was charged another $17. However, if someone was outside at the window they would have seen the commotion and I may not have been charged the extra. They need more staff. The three stars is because the one staff member was very efficient.

Gonna be very honest…we had a last minute trip planned. With all that is going on with rental car demand, all my go to companies(Enterprise & Hertz) we’re completely out of vehicles, or so they said(we checked the day we got to our destination and magically they had numerous vehicles, but wanted 2x or 3x my thrifty price). I read the reviews, was extremely cautious, but in the end, no option was cheaper, not even Turo. We arrived and did in fact wait a little longer in line, but we were the longest line compared to others (which I believe is due to their “lack” in inventory). Regardless, we were helped and the gentleman had great customer service. Half way through he said I’ll help you out a little since you waited a little longer and hooked us up with a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. Got to the vehicle and this is where I was a little disappointed. Overall, the interior was just dusty and didn’t look like it was thoroughly wiped off. I pulled out some disinfectant wipes we packed and cleaned the dash, console, and doors/steering. Additionally, the rear fender had a scratch that wasn’t noted, so I had to return to the desk and tell them. Overall, not a terrible issue. The Jeep drove great and smelled new. Upon return, we were about 30 mins late returning and nothing was said. Sometimes, you just have to give businesses a shot. We would definitely use them again when traveling to SC.

There should be an option to leave negative stars. The people that work for this entire company are rude and incompetent. Word of warning before you try to drop your car at the airport that they “never have anyone outside at the booth” so, you’re going to have to walk all the way into the airport to return your car. Prior to the return, we needed to make a simple change to our agreement. Was told we couldn’t, even though I was literally reading THEIR AGREEMENT to the representative on the phone. She raised her voice and said she wasn’t from the United States and couldn’t answer our questions. We will NEVER EVER do business with this company. May god have mercy on their souls.

I had a reservation but when I arrived at the counter I was initially advised that there were no cars available. This is a problem that all rental companies cause by overbooking. I remained at the counter and eventually one rep was able to locate a car. It was not one that I would want but it was a Fathers Day weekend and I noticed that other car rental companies were also having difficulties. I was upset but was also grateful for the rep making an extra effort. Additionally the rep in the garage when I went to pick up the car was also very helpful.

First time using Thrifty. Booked the managers special for compact car. They didnt have one so upgraded me to brand new Ram pickup. Experience picking up and dropping off the truck was seamless.Highly recommend and I will definitely use them in the future.

To begin, my flight was changed and I needed to pick up my car earlier than Id scheduled at the Charleston airport. Since I booked through Travelocity they werent able to change my reservation and told me to contact Thrifty Charleston directly. I called 8 times, 7 of those times I went to a voicemail that was filled and could not take messages. The one time a woman answered, she said she was busy and would call me back but never did and I was never able to reach a person in additional attempts to call. When I arrived early on 5/27 to pick up my vehicle I went to the counter and they said if I paid for an extra day they would give me the car early but would need to downgrade me for the same price to which I agreed. I was then given a form to sign that said I certify that there is no damage to the car or something along those lines. I hadnt viewed the car and said I wasnt comfortable signing it and she told me she wouldnt give me the car unless I signed it but if there was damage I could call her back and let her know. I asked what parking spot it was in and she told me she didnt know, just hit the key lock until something beeps. I found the vehicle with help of an Enterprise employee and there was a scrape on front bumper so I called Thrifty - again, went to voicemail that was filled where I couldnt leave a message. I photographed the entire car, tried calling again with no answer, and ended up just leaving. The two women at the counter were not very customer service oriented and I will never rent from Thrifty again in Charleston. I would recommend that they make a better effort to answer the phone and definitely clean out the voicemail.

It is fun to use the wildcard option and see what is awaiting me when I pick-up the car. There have been some really nice vehicles and great rental prices.

Overall the experience was great. Check in was quick and the check in clerk was awesome. She made sure I had all of the info I needed and made checking in super easy. Drop off was simple, I had an early flight so had to drop off before they officially opened. They have a basic lockbox for you to drop off your keys.The only reason I dropped a start was more about Thrifys website than the location. I was able to book a convertible via the website and was really looking forward to it with the friends I was visiting. Unfortunately when I arrived I was informed that they do not rent convertibles at this location. They got me a Jeep Rubicon, which had a sort of convertible top, but it wasnt the same. I was happy with the Jeep, but would have been happier with the convertible I was expecting. If the site hadnt allowed me to rent a convertible I would have had better expectations.

Horrible experience!Waited almost an hour before getting the car.Thrifty overcharged for the rental and I am disputing.No one was at check-in and had a long walk back to the terminal.Again I waited to get checked in.The person agreed to adjust the final bill but instead I got overcharged.I do not recommend to do business with this location!

Thrifty was great. BUT what I was disappointed about is when I rented the car on line from Thrifty website picking up at CHS airport, i had my confirmation and I walked up to the counter and the woman told me that Thrifty/DOLLAR DOES NOT RENT CARS from CHS airport. Your site DOES NOT mention that . They only rent pick up trucks and vans. I was not happy and neither were the other folks that were waiting in line. The woman was able to find me a car and helped me out. Other than that I had no problems. Note for future rentals... NEVER rent from Thrifty/Dollar at Charleston airport.

Through no fault of Thrifty, my Southwest flight was rescheduled for 5 hours earlier and my rental car reservation slot needed to be update which proved to be no easy feat online during COVID. If I tried to modify the existing reservation, it kicked my rental fess up by over $1000 dollars for just 5 hours adjustment....yes you read that right. I was unable to get anyone by phone even though I waited for hours on hold. So, I took my chances and waited until I arrived at the Charleston airport and went right to the rental counter. She was AMAZING and helped me get an acceptable car (although first I was assigned a large F150 TRUCK yikes) and be on my way. Wish I had her name - best employee ever!Out in the parking garage there was not a Thrifty employee in sight so I mustered along and found my car (they told me to set off the alarm to find it). Returning my car was also a task as I had to return the keys back to the rental counter inside rather than having a drop box in the lot. Oh well - still not that much of a hassle since I was headed that way anyway. Thankfully there was no line or I might have had to deduct a star.

Good evening, I rented a car on Monday and was told by AAA that if I show my card I was able to receive one car seat at no charge. The “manager” as she called herself, Michelle continued to tell me that she’s never heard of that. I pulled it up on my phone and showed it to her and she still denied it. I called 1-800 thrifty and they confirmed that I should be receiving one car seat at no charge. She still charged after arguing with me with full on attitude. I have called the Charleston location for months now trying to get a hold of someone and have had absolutely no luck. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever witinessed in my life. When coming to the south you should be greeted with southern hospitality not the attitude that your two managers at the time showed to the customers. The other lady working along side her also denied an elderly man a vehicle because he produced a passport and not a hard license and told him if he didn’t like it to go somewhere else. I’m highly disappointed with thrifty and this location in general and will most likely be reaching out to customer service. I wanted to address my complaints and also would like a refund for the car seats. Michelle stated she called someone who said they never heard of that discount and not to give it to me well when I left the airport I called again and they confirmed that even a “franchise” Thrifty needs to accept the AAA membership card. Horrible horrible horrible. Corporate needs to visit this location and take action ASAP!

Worst experience ever!!! We landed in the AM on Tuesday, 6/29/21 from California after almost a 10hr plane ride. We were greeted VERY RUDELY by Jerrica from Thrifty Car rental in CHS airport. Jerrica stated that I needed a credit check to rent a car even though I had booked the rental 2 weeks in advance. I advise her that I wasn’t aware of that procedure, and that I had rented my vehicles before without an issue either for my business or visiting my military son wherever he may be stationed at. This individual had a MAJOR attitude with us and denied us the vehicle. She was very sarcastic with her words and very unhelpful towards us. This was the first time we were visiting CHS for a military graduation that we were going to miss because of her. I offered to pay cash for the car, but she refused to accept it. I told her to cancel the reservation and went with Enterprise right next to them. Her response was, “I had been done that.” I had a cheaper rate and excellent service at Enterprise . As we were leaving Jerricas’ counter she started laughing VERY LOUDLY at us. Word of advice, train your GHETTO employees better so they can pretend they have a bit of class. This woman had no class, no customer service skills or integrity. Military Families please don’t book with Thrifty Car Rental.

Thrifty didi not have the type of vehicle we had requested. They gave us a us a Jeep which had plenty of room. Since it was an offrode type vehicle, it was not as comfortable as an 4 door sedan. The airport tax in Charleston is very steep.or and additional 20%.

1 star only because I cant select zero.. Arrived to pick up my car at Charleston SC Thrifty Car Rental and stood in line for 2 hours! The desk was taking 10-25 minutes per customer. Whereas I watched Enterprise process their customers in 4-5 minutes. Very bad experience...I had to cancel dinner reservations.

Just Fair. Had to wait more than 5 minutes for person to appear at checkin counter. No be right back sign or any other info.Had requested compact car via Expedia, only knew it was Thrifty after selection was locked in. Was given Managers Special instead. Choices limited to Jeep Wrangler or pickup truck. We were 3 people, all over 60. Took the Jeep. It had big tires, NO running board, very difficult to enter and exit. Was ok after you get going. Complained but no other vehicle choices a available.Will never rent a Wrangler again, esp if no running board.

I reserved my rental via travelocity using the wildcard feature so when I showed up to the Thrifty rental desk I was afraid I was going to get a boring economy ride but instead they had an awesome fun Ram warlock truck ready for me. I was in town for business during the PGA tour and was told I may only be able to rent it for one day; I checked the following day and they extended my rental for the duration of my stay. I really liked how swift the return process was and with minimal interaction with the employees (they were nice). I was expecting a long return process but was not. The few employees I interacted with were polite and provided great customer service.

This is the worst rental place I’ve ever rented from to the point I’ve contacted corporate numerous of times. The manager at this location is VERY nasty and impolite. I don’t think someone with the attitude that she has and the comments that she makes to THRIFTY customers represents the company in a good light. They do not answer the phones at all, let alone it’s a 2 hour wait when you’re trying to rent a car from them. But I cannot stress the fact that the manger here is VERY nasty!!!! Stay away from HERE and this place. Try budget or Avis or one of the other companies for better customer service.

Do not waste your time. Waited over 2 hours to get our rental. The lack of urgency was horrid. Other customers were unpleased as well. We had previously reserved a car online, which you would think it would make the process faster. Other rental companies went through the lines as quickly as they could. Customers were taken care of in less than 10 minutes with other companies. One the other hand waiting for more than 2 hours with Thrifty is totally unnecessary. Poor customer service!

Our flight landed at 9:50pm Tuesday night. I had reserved a car with thrifty for our family vacation, months ago. Even got a confirmation email 2 days prior to the trip. Got to the pickup counter and toldMe they were sold out. I asked how they were going to make this right, and asked to speak to the manager, to which I got a response of “She won’t come up here. There’s nothing we can do.” They also suggested I wait in the airport, sleep there with my 3 little children, until the morning when they might have something. After me, and 2 other irate customers also with reservations, demanded them to make it right, they somehow came up with 3 cars miraculously. Although I was just happy to get on our way, the car was filthy, smelled like marijuana and smoke. Terrible terrible company and no way to run a business.

This is the worst car rental experience I have ever had in my life! The people at this location are clueless and don’t know how to do their job at all. It took me 3 hours, including the ride, to get my car. It wasn’t the car I ordered. They forced me to buy insurance, even though I purchased it through Expedia. They told us to never use third party websites like Expedia. The employees at this location took breaks after helping every single customer. They gave the wrong car keys to people more than once while I stood in line for hours. They clearly didn’t care about their jobs, the company they worked for, the customers, or the schedules of their customers. Some of us have very tight schedules and can not wait 3 hours for a car rental. Hell, that’s longer than my flight! What a joke. Avoid Thrifty Car Rental and Dollar Car Rental because they are the same!

3/12/2021 CHARLESTON AIRPORT LOCATION -- PLEASE READ REVIEWS. 5 hurrendous reviews in a row. Save yourself time and health -- go elsewhere.I reserved a basic passenger car 8 days in advance and got to the desk 40 min before the reservation time. The lady at the desk gave me the key without noting what car it was. I had signed all the contracts. When I got to the car, it turned out it was a RAM truck. Thats a two passenger rows pick-up truck. I cannot drive a car that big and wouldnt want to risk causing any damage to the car. The lady at the desk was extremely rude. Turned her back on me. The other people in line were getting the cars they reserved according to her. I was asking for help resolving the issue, she went into the office and ate her snack with her back to me. There were people in line who were appalled with her behavior. The phone number on the brochure took me to an answering machine that is full. The customer service closes at 5 pm. While I was there another gentleman returned -- his Thrifty rental car wouldnt start in the middle of their vacation day with his family. He couldnt reach anybody or the Thrifty tow service. I asked to speak with a manager, she gave me an email address. I saw people dropping off keys for completed rentals and asked her to have one of the cars that are being dropped off. She said they need to be cleaned. I said I dont mind waiting. She called security on me. Two gentlemen came, I explained my situation, they understood and said they get called for all kinds of crazy reaso ns but they cant force her to act right. Never again. Please beware.

Horrible! Thrifty is to car rental market what Spirit is for airline industry. They might be the cheapest but it will bite you every single time. First they gave us enormus pickup truck and would not change it for any other car without charging significantly more. I asked for ANY car. Had to make a new reservation over the counter for more money.When I was returning a car nobody was at the kiosk. Had to look for other place to return the key. Was about an hour late and they charged me additional day. Never again!

Zero wait time and the shuttle to and from airport was great no wait time they were there ready to pick us up and drop us off. I would definitely suggest you use this company. Do not rent from Thrifty at Charleston, SC airport. They charged my cc for fuel refill today. We refilled tank to full 2 miles from the airport before dropping off on Monday. Unethical.

Im sharing my experience with Thrifty! It was awful! We arrived in Charleston South Carolina at 8:35 pm. We went to get our car we reserved months ago. When we got to the counter the associate working said they do not have any vehicles available? Wait what?? The associate said that there is a vehicle coming in at 1130pm. um...No way! My husband and I still had a 2 hour drive to Savanna GA. This is not acceptable I said! He made a call to some one. Then he said was going to go to the service department to see if they have a car there. I asked at this point how much longer do we have to wait for him to go to the service department? I said like 10 minutes it was longer. Even other customers had notice that we were at Thrifty car rental for a long period of time and made comments about our long wait with no vehicle. He did come back with a vehicle. I asked if the car was clean he said yes. Nope it was not clean crumbs everywhere in the back seats!He also asked us to return the vehicle the next day in Savanna G.A to get another rental car? Why? After complaining, he said he made notes that now we could keep the car for the whole stay. Now we are back home and I received and email for a receipt of the rental car and typed on the receipt is an a web site to make a review and gave me a number#9355610 to put on the review! You can not make a review on the website that they put on my receipt. Why?? I will never rent a car from Thrifty ever again! I feel we should have been refunded one day rental! With this experience. I also tried calling there today a few times no one answers the phone. You can not leave a message either.

The agents and car selections were exceptional! The agent was kind enough to explain the agency exceptions and the difference in the rental policies. I could appreciate the explanation and understood. He was able to locate my Blue Chip account and was patient with helping me. Upon the return, the agents were even more patient and helpful. I will definitely rent again!

Loved my car! Employees all very efficient, timely, courteous and helpful. The shuttle was super easy and convenient and did not hinder our time line. The shuttle bus driver when we returned the car was especially helpful and jumped right in to move our luggage for us and get all of our paperwork ready for us! I would definitely use them again.

Car was very nice, but the best part of it was the helpful rental associate. She was funny, fast and very helpful.That particular car had an issue with the cruise control (or I wasn’t using it correctly) but it turned out not to be a feature I needed so it was not important. Drop off and shuttles to the airport we’re great, fast and friendly. All the car rental places rent cars, but this place has great people.

I reserved a vehicle from thrifty for my trip to Charleston. it did take a little bit of time to wait for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport and take me over there to them. I wasnt in any hurry to get anywhere so I didnt mind waiting. The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and did not pressure me to add their insurance. They asked me if Id like to upgrade the car. I told them what Im used to driving at home, and they gave me the same exact model is what I drive at home. While getting all the paperwork signed the gentleman gave me a piece of paper saying to check the vehicle over if theres any marks that arent on their copy to give it to them when I turn the vehicle in.When I came to turn my vehicle back in the young lady that met me at the counter went out to look at the vehicle the very first thing she walked to the windshield and stuck her finger on it. Then walked around and checked everything else. She came back in and told me that I had hit a rock, and that I needed to pay the money to fix it. Not being rude I told her Id rather call my insurance because thats what I paid them for. Im literally talking to my insurance agent and the claims guy keeps telling me you can just pay it out of pocket its only $50 over and over. Why am I going to pay to fix something when insurance is telling me I have a zero deductible. I told my insurance agent that I took pictures of the vehicle and she told me to thoroughly check them. Sure enough the chip was in the windshield before when they gave me the keys.I would have given this company five stars had their claim person and the girl behind the counter been nicer about the situation. The look on her face when I told her I had a picture of the vehicle and the chip in the windshield was priceless. They picked the wrong person to try and pin something on.

NOT for the executive/manager. Not located at airport. Car selection limited and NOT what they say online. Long line/waits. Not enough seating for clients at location. Like picking up a car in a third world country.My travel agency picked this company for business because it was the lowest cost. I went to the airport and found out the company and cars were actually off site. I was shuttled to their location about 10 minutes away. I waited in a line for 35 minutes with all the other customers (About 20 in line). There were only two agents but only one was servicing customers.It was flooding in downtown Charleston so for safety I had the agency book an SUV (a Jeep Patriot it showed online). When I got to the counter the agent told me their midsize was a Kia Soul to my reply it’s the same size as a Ford Focus. I ended up canceling on the spot and asked to be returned to the airport. The customer agent tried a scare tactic by telling me there wouldn’t be any other SUVS. One customer came in complaining that their gas wasn’t full. It was a mess.I’ve been traveling around the world and as an executive and would not recommend this company for business or personal use. It reminded me of traveling in 2nd and 3rd world countries where what they show online for a “deal” isn’t what you get in reality.I am a National Emerald Club member. While in route to the airport had the car booked and walked in for my keys. Took 10 minutes and got an actual SUV. No hassle at all and cheaper than Thrifty rate.Morale of the story you get what you pay for.

Employees were very friendly and patiently answered all my questions (which were many). But the best was the car: a brand new Dodge Charger. I was the first renter! What a car. Not just the speed and acceleration. Its behavior on the road, stunning. It obeyed me! I am considering buying one when I need a new car.

For being off-site, it was close enough to the airport to not be an issue. I normally rent from companies inside the airport, but this trip the prices were outrageous which made me choose Thrifty. I reserved a pickup truck and the price was the same as a compact car which seemed improbably, but true. I received a virtually new F-150 4x4 which was awesome, with only 1,600 miles on it.The rental facility was a bit lacking - not overly clean and waiting area consisted of beat up chairs along the front window, but it was fine as the transport van was there in moments.The process was a tiny bit longer than rental cars at the airport and they still have the three-layer form to check the condition of the vehicle and mark any issues which seems dated.

Highly recommended!!!India was VERY helpful. She made sure I understood every single charge and rule. I am very VERY pleased with my experience. I even interacted with other staff members and they were also helpful. The car was clean and smelled great. I will continue to rent from them!

This Thrifty is a franchise, not part of the national chain. You cannot return cars to any other Thrifty location if the need should arise. The confirmation numbers you get here are invalid when used on the national thrifty website. This location never answers their phones. If you call, you will be sent to voicemail, and the mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message.

The staff was kind, engaging, funny, and professional. Really good southern charm from the guys. The shuttle drivers were also amazing. You have some great members of your team at the “close” to the Charleston airport location. I’ll use you exclusively as a result. Thanks!

This rental company is away from the airport... which took a little bit... best part was the older gentleman who drove the shuttle... very helpful... both times... on returning I was running late... because of President Trump traffic... and he checked my car in... and drove me to airport on time... thank you!

The staff was knowledgeable and FAST!! Their van was waiting for us at the baggage terminal... we were at Thrifty and out in 15 minutes. The car was clean and beautiful. Because of our rent car, we had a great time in Charleston!! But the people made the difference between a good experience and a great one!

Awesome staff, from pickup at airport to drop off at airport 10 days later. Very professional, made us feel welcome at their facility with smiles and genuine happy attitude. We were upgraded to a truck which turned out to be a lot of fun😊👍I would definitely rent from this group again and recommend them for future rentals.Awesome experience 👍👍

My first time renting from Thrifty proved to be a good decision. I arrived to return the rental and then decided to keep.it for a few more days. The two women that assisted me through the process were India and Valentina. They both were patient and follow through. The cars were clean and the process was seamless. I would recommend anyone who is need of a rental to give them your business, you wont be disappointed.

Always get a great price. Location is near airport, shuttle is reliable. Vehicles are always clean and drop off is quick. Would have given a 5 star except that at times, there is a wait to get through the rental process. My last wait was approx 15-20 minutes.

Staff was very friendly and helpful s. Our flight wasDelayed and arrived after the office closed. One of the staff stayed till 12Midnight and drove herald to pick us up at the airport. That was true customer service and we were great full for it! Return was a breeze with also wonderful customer service. I will definitely recommend.

Very friendly service - especially the shuttle driver! Had to wait a bit to pick up the car (paperwork took a while) but otherwise, very happy with the experience! Car ran well and was an easy process at a good price. I would recommend. Thrifty is not AT the airport but honestly that was not as annoying as I had expected - quite easy actually!

They do a good job. After a long day of being on airplanes the last thing people really want to do is stand in a line and go through the process of getting a rental car. I think every time I have rented one, someone in line loses their temper. The girl working here this time handled it well with the guy in front of me. #boss.

I had to wait in line for quite a while as others ahead of me were not having luck with their reservations. My reservation was listed correctly, however, we ended up with a Ford Fiesta rather than a Ford Focus or similar which was what was indicated on my reservation paperwork. The car was fine- great gas mileage, but a bit small for my husbands long legs. Overall decent experience.

I dont know why this place has only a 3 star rating. I rented a vehicle here and reserved in advance. When I arrived there; The person at the desk was very helpful and professional. My vehicle check out was a fast process. After I returned the vehicle I forgot my wallet inside the car with cash money and credit cards. Next day I received a phone call to notify me that I forgot my wallet inside. My wallet had exactly all the cash money inside with my credit cards too. Now that is what I call outstanding and PROFESSIONAL service. I highly recommend this place and give a 5-star rating for professional customer care and for having the car clean looking and ready to go.

I got a rental car at a reasonable cost. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The process to get me in and out was very efficient. I did not receive the wild card discount that I requested online. But that was only $7, so it was not a big deal.
