Charges a lot, to much for services like changing coolant fluid and thermostat. Over 400.00 and about 2.5 hours waiting. Only about 45,000. Should not have to change all that with low mileage. But the people that works their are very nice to talk to and very helpful.

Horrible customer service as far as the service department goes. The service advisor was very rude and short with me stating that I had to take the car back to the dealership I bought it from. Service advisor acted like the issues that I had with the car we’re all problems that had a rose from the previous dealership and would not entertain talking to me and hearing my concerns at all. The first question out of his mouth was where did you buy the car once I told him I bought it at a competitor dealership he completely shut down telling me I had to take the car back to them.

Very shady dealership. Just went in a couple days ago for them to work on one of my Toyota vehicles. Parking break was messed up and they told me I needed a new actuator and brake caliper. Got the old parts from them after the repairs were done. Went to Moses Toyota of Saint Albans had one of the parts tested didn’t even need an $800 motor actuator. Not even that Moses Toyota had better pricing on the parts. And to continue I took my car and it was movable after I took it to ball Toyota they seized the caliper up on my vehicle and expected me to pay for it and the service manager said we can put it outside so you can tow it somewhere else. File a complaint with Toyota corporate said they would contact me in one business day and no one has called me from the dealership or Toyota. Very unhappy with my service definitely go to Moses Toyota a Saint Albans.

Went there to have my oil changed. They did a good job changing my oil, but they claimed I have an oil leak, of which I can find NO evidence whatsoever, and they wanted an exorbitant amount to make repairs. This is why I avoid dealerships and reccomend others to avoid dealerships.

I recently purchased a 2018 Dodge Durango R/T from Ball. Transaction was smooth, so smooth they convinced me to buy eventhough I truly just went to look. The sales staff was extremely friendly, and the price was fair. A few days later my vehicle started making a very unpleasant sound when I would come to a stop. I reached out to my salesmen Garrett Coleman (whom I recommend) and HE made an appointment for me to have it checked out. Turns out it took a couple visits for the service department to resolve the issue. Normally this would annoy most people, however, Shane and his service team always kept me up to speed and were very transparent. I felt like they truly cared and wanted to make things right, and they did. I have never had such professional service/communication from a dealership in my life. It was truly a nice experience. I Highly recommend Ball Toyota!

I took my 2016 Tundra to Ball Toyotas service department for an inspection sticker. I asked them to check my alignment in which they said was out. I paid the service guy for that--not thinking too much into it. They inspected my truck to which I was denied because they said that my break pads were worn down to the rotors and they they were surprised that I didnt hear my rotors squeaking.They wanted to charge me $500+ for new rotors and pad for my rear breaks. I was confused because I just bought the truck in Florida. I connected my guy in Florida and we set up another inspection. I also had someone else measure the pads. The conclusion of both those inspections, was that while it was true that my pads were thin---my rotors were fine. I feel that the service guys from Ball tried to mislead me into thinking that I needed more work done than what I actually did.I like going to Ball when they were still Bert Wolfe because I was always treated like I was the most important customer in the store. I dont feel the same anymore now that its Ball Toyota. Bottom line I was charged for a alignment which at this point Im not sure I needed and for an inspection that I didnt pass.I feel that either they were incompetent or that they were not completely honest with me while trying to recommend unnecessary and costly work that I didnt need and because of that, I went somewhere else to get the truck inspected. They replaced the pads and gave me my inspection sticker. I doubt Ill ever go back to Ball Toyota.

Had recall on my car last month on airbags and ever since then my cars air conditioning has been acting up. When they fixed the recall they said I needed air filter, tires, cabin filter and battery well my husband did all those things and when he went to replace cabin filter he noticed that they didn’t even put my old one back in it. I called them and scheduled appointment to relook at it because I’m led to believe something they did caused my air conditioner to stop working. I called and complained and they are still not interested in helping....not a happy customer and I’ve always been fan of Toyota but I’ll no longer take my car there ever again! How did last month I had all these things wrong with it and now there’s more and they want to charge me $1,770.92. That’s outrageous and my paper says compressor but verbally he tells me it’s also the condenser? Last month when they said it was my battery that needed replaced I had already replaced my battery so it was a new battery they were saying was bad! Today while I’m there waiting they tell this other guy he needs battery too so I’m sitting here thinking wow they really con people for more money! I’ll never go to Toyota again especially this one!

I took my 2017 Rav4 in for regular service--oil change, tire rotation, etc last Friday. I have been very satisfied with my Rav4 and figured Id have it for quite some time. During my wait, I was approached by a salesman who asked me if Id like to have a new 2019. Of course, who wouldnt? But I didnt think it would be practical or economical to trade for a newer model. I was amazed when he brought me an offer I couldnt refuse! My payment is nearly the same and now I have many more safety features. To top it off, my insurance is even lower than it was previously due to all those new safety features on the 2019. Thank you to Aaron Parsons who made it all happen! Aaron was a pleasure to work with. He is very personable and made the whole buying experience easy and hassle-free. I arrived at 8am and left by 1pm with a brand new car!

Ball Toyota has one of the best Service Departments in WV. We purchased my Rav4 from their sister dealership several months ago and we have it serviced at Ball. They welcomed us with open arms, and treated us as if we had purchased my Rav4 from them. They are always considerate, answer any questions or concerns that we might have, and always try and accommodate my hectic schedule. Their Service Department is outstanding!!! Not only do they have an outstanding Service Department, they also have great Salesmen. My husband was in search for a specific Tacoma. We went to a closer dealership ( 2 miles from home), and didn’t receive such good service/attention. We then went to Ball where they sales group worked hard to get us where we needed to be with our trade and payment. Though, we decided on a different vehicle at their sister dealership instead (only because it had a few more bells & whistles than the one they had), they were wonderful to us afterwards. They were happy we found the vehicle we really wanted and was able to get within our price range. Not many dealerships would be that way, but they are!
