When I can get a haircut they do a fine job. Unfortunately using covid as an excuse to basically eliminate walk up appointments is getting a bit ridiculous at this point.

Stopped in to get my haircut yesterday at this location for noon . They wound up taking me back 18 mins late because both ladies had someone in their chair already . I’ve been getting my haircut at this location for a while now. Yesterday was the first time I’ve had to wait that long. It was so worth it! I forgot their names but the two ladies that were working here yesterdayMade it worthwhile ! Not only did the lady that cut my hair do an awesome job but they made me laugh The entire time I was there ! That’s almost impossible to do😎 great atmosphere and very friendly. You can relax when you come to this place ,I hope your experience goes as well as mine.

Quierra and the other stylist there always have great customer service. Ive never walked out of there with a bad cut or dissatisfied. Their facility is always clean so I will continue to go back

We took our 9 year old daughter here today for her first short hair cut. Quiarre was personable and professional! We couldnt be more thankful for the awesome job she did! She listened to every request and worked great with our child! Thank you Quiarre; well be back!!

I booked a wash and cut and there was only one girl there. Poor thing works all by her self some days. Still she was super professional and fast. I LOVE my cut. Will definitely be going back when its time for a new cut.

I bring my son here to get his haircut. He likes the sides short in the top long. They do a good job. The fading from the short to long is a little choppy sometimes. The staff is very friendly and accommodating

Supercuts on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard comes through with quality haircuts that are convenient and for a good value. They make the process very quick and easy to get in and out with exactly what you need to look good and be on your way. The staff here is very cool and works hard to get everything right. I have had a really good experience every time I have been here.

My hair stylist Im so sorry to of forgotten ur name. She has been there at that location. For 7 years and I aint gunna lie SHE WAS BEAUTIFUL it was easy to carry a conversation with her. I will def let her cut my hair again and again. She knew excatly how to cut mine. I get alot of compliments on the layers and feathering its totally me.

The young lady who cut my hair was very friendly and cut what little bit of hair I have left just fine. She was engaging and I enjoyed speaking with her during my visit. The salon was clean and organized. I used the online check-in and didn’t have to wait. Th bathroom was clean. I had to ask my cutter to let me see the back of my head to check the cut, otherwise, this would have been a 5-star review. I’d go back.

Had to wait 30mins after my appointment time and the haircut come out terrible. Uneven fade, asked for medium skin and got a low regular and the shape up was not even. Not worth the price.

I had a very nice experience and was very impressed with Mia! She took her time and was very professional. I love my hair and will come back to her in the future.

I enjoy the personalities of the aestheticians here. My haircuts here (Ive had two) were not bad. The first was impressive! The second was workable, and the things I disliked about it werent entirely at the fault of the person who did it, so I cant really punish them for it. It doesnt blow me out of the water, but Id still recommend it.

I went in on Valentines day to get my haircut I asked to get my hair curled and although the girl was nice and she did good job with the curl, to my shock from a place that charges $17 for a haircut they changed me $45 to just curl my hair!! I felt taken advantage of and duked! I called to 3 other Supercuts and they all quoted that they charge $20 for a curl for my hair length 🙄 when I was told I can call the manager she said they are franchised and that is what they charge and didnt offer any other options! So when I told her she would lose a regular customer she acted like she didnt care so be warned of this place! Horrible customer service!!!!!

Just had the worst experience after entering the new Super Cuts in Westwood Plaza. I entered, and there were 2 stylist with customers. While there is no effort to simply say, welcome to super cuts. Well be with you shortly. Neither stylist acknowledged me. However I keep standing at the front desk. Finally a stylist came over and asked for my name. I gave it her and then sat down to look at haircut pictures. While waiting, I couldnt help but notice the vulgar, inappropriate music that playing with foul language and totally inappropriate for a public place. I mentioned it to the lady sitting next to me, and she commented that it offended her as well. Then another lady came in and sat down by the front desk. Neither stylist acknowledged her. She finally got up and left. I left right behind her.Whoever owns that business/salon/franchise, needs to do an attitude adjustment on the 2 women working there. They are a VERY poor reflection on that business!

I made an appointment, arrived a couple minutes early and had to wait for 20 minutes to get a cut. Showed the stylist a few pictures of the way I wanted my hair feathered. She ask where did I want them to start I said at my cheek. The cut is nowhere close to a simple layering of the sides of the face nor the back. It looks like she started cutting a bob and then decided to layer the bottom. I left and didnt say anything more because apparently she doesnt know what layering and feathering means. Now I have to pay someone else to correct the cut and my hair will be shorted than I wanted.

Terrific wait time. Never keeps up appointment time. I asked and they say you can wait or leave. What a great place to get a haircut.!!

With hesitation, I had my first hair cut today at Supercuts. Excitingly and with pleasure, I’m very pleased with my new style. With cutting a lot of my length, Quiarre was extremely professional and explained every step in detail to ensure that I was comfortable. Needless to say, I’m so happy with my new look!! I had a great service in my previous visit to supercuts. However, Today I brought my bother with the promised of a good service, but when we arrived at 8:20pm, Nov 28,2018. The lady with the name Aisha, told us that they changed new owner, therefore they close at 8:00pm now on. While on line it says until 9pm. This was rare, but i guess I’ll triple check and call next time.

Love the energy and professionalism of the staff. First time there love the way they track customer you can see where you are and I was able to leave and come back they took your name and you felt that they knew you personally.

Decided to treat myself to a quick deep condition. Maybe it’s because they were busy, but I felt very rushed and not taken care of. The woman didn’t even fully blow out my hair.

This place is filthy and the employees are unprofessional. I received a survey after visiting this location and provided my honest feedback on the survey without an intent on posting a public review. After completing the survey I was contacted by Lisa W., District Leader asking me to provide additional detail about my visit. I sent her a highly detailed email about this place and she never responded. I guess the feedback wasnt very valuable to Supercuts!

Courtney cut my hair today and I was super pleased. Chopping 6 inches off your hair can be a bit unnerving, but I really love my new haircut. I used the mobile check-in and it was really fast. Highly recommend.

Went there because my usual barber shop was closed and the two ladies there were very nice but the haircut was horrible. the sides were uneven and one side was shorter than the other and the beach was completely uneven and jagged. wouldn’t recommend.

Good place for a young boys hair cut

I got at the store at 8:15pm, they close at 9. The lady tells me that they are closed. My boyfriend calls and she told him that she has someone that’ll take till 9pm. We waited to see if it actually took her that long and it only took her 8 mins to finish, clean up, and walked to the pizza place next door. He tried calling the store again and we watched her ignore it. Nice job lady! You just messed yourself up all bc you wanted pizza. DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!!

Until tonight I would have given them 4+ stars. We were the only customers and there was only one person working (someone new to us) - maybe she was having a bad night but I told my 6 year old to get out of the chair and we walked out with no haircut and they have lost my business for good!

Kawana is unprofessional and provides horrible service to black hair. She states that she doesn’t style black hair outside of coloring and cuts. Mind you she is black herself. She is a horrible example of customer service. She does a cheery and great job on the white customers from what I see but it seems she is uninterested in doing black hair but she will do it and take your money but state after she’s done she doesn’t have the proper products to properly have done your hair and when you ask her why she would do it anyway she blankly stares at you and blames you for making the appointment and basically states that if the person on the phone knew (I was black) they should have not/would have not stated they could do my hair. If you’re a white person disregard this comment... she will provide you great service with a very cheerful attitude. The bad service and nasty attitude when questioned seems to be reserved only for people that share her hue.
