It was a very pleasant surprise to have a storage facility that was clean and had staff that worked so well together to help us. Marjorie went out of her way to make sure that we could get the unit we needed at a good price and in the time frame we needed. She actually was a joy to work with. Devon is further from us than the facility right down the street, but we are making the longer drive because of the clean facility and the excellent treatment we received.

I can’t say enough good things about Devon Storage Facility! The manager Deanne was absolutely delightful and incredibly helpful! Her upbeat attitude and charming personality is what every business needs at their front door.Inside, everything is immaculate as well as breathtaking in the the parlor and restrooms as I was told it used to be a granite/marble/tile company. The corridors are wide and airy whereas most of these places make me feel claustrophobic.All of the staff is very helpful. The price is fair for the area. I always feel safe here as well which can be an issue.

Cameras too! You need a code to get in. I love these Features. They help me feel good about my stuff being safer.

The storage spaces are really clean and the place feels safe and secure, the loading is easy with a garage right there and carts to move your stuff. Getting setup with a storage unit was quick and easy. Deanna is very friendly and the facility is always clean. There are several carts available to help you load/unload. They have a pull-in garage type loading area which was a life saver when we were unloading in the hot summer sun! We recently began collecting furniture for the furnishing of a renovation of a home purchased out of state. For a period of 5-6 months we were in and out of our unit placing furniture. The facility is new and clean and convenient. During this time we developed a relationship with the store manger, Deanne. I cannot say enough good things about this Extra Space Storage facility. Deanne was attentive to our every need and goes the second mile to make sure the facility is well run. On one occasion they called to say that our lock had not been secured properly. When time came for ending our time there she was helpful in making sure that we met all the requirements to exit in time to not be charged additionally. If you have storage needs, this facility is your answer. You will not be disappointed in your experience.

Wish I could give more stars. I rented a small unit while I’m awaiting my keys to new home in April. Great specials for 1st three months. I cannot day enough about Deanne. She followed up with a phone call upon me reserving unit online. Her demeanor is just so pleasant. Very upbeat and welcoming and will go above and beyond to help you out in any way. She even referred me to a consignment shop, and restaurant, being new to area that was very appreciated. The facility is spotless, inside and out. What a great experience. The prices are great and this truly is a wonderful storage unit. They have everything from a loading dock, to an elevator if you want to be on the 2nd floor. They even have hand carts to help transport your stuff from the unit to your truck. The location of facility is great because it’s off right the main road but still close for easy in and out.
