Alvin was spectacular. He showed up quickly and with his 30 years of experience reassured us that everything would be alright. The F-150 was stuck in a ditch and he helped pull us out. After getting us back on the road, he told us to test drive the truck before leaving. From start to finish, this company exceeded our expectations. The dispatcher was polite and friendly as well. The actual tow-truck DRIVER was a nasty, mean, short-tempered, arrogant, condescending son-of-a-gun for no reason. However, he hooked up my totaled car, correctly. But e.v.e.r.y. single OTHER staff member was sweet, kind, humorous and helpful. They make it worth the 5 stars.

Quoted me $100 to pick my car up .5 miles from their shop, then tow it back .5 miles back the same way. Ended up finding a truck to come 20 mins from north Charleston to do it for $30 less. Come on turky

I called to have my car towed at a specific time. I had to arrange to be off work to do it. They showed up 4 hours late. The driver was not very nice. They charged $90 to tow my car less than 2 miles. I will try somewhere else next time.

Was a hit run my vehicle flipped 3 times. They were extremely sympathetic and helped me in geting my belongings out of the smashed highlander.

I called this company to have them tow my car to the shop. Seven hours later, still no sign of them. They did not provide any updates or communication, just said they’re busy with this or that and to wait longer. That was a whole business day lost of getting my car fixed because these guys couldn’t be clear. I have never had a towing company take several hours to arrive before.

Moores Towing provided great service. They were available to help in less than an hour after the initial call on a Saturday and went out of their way to save the day. They are very friendly and cool people. I am thankful they were there when we needed them the most. I know who I will be calling the next time I am in trouble and need a tow.

Al just came and picked up my motorcycle for me. Super fast, super friendly and extremely professional. He knew exactly where to secure the bike to make sure it had a stable ride. They werent super cheap but they were really good and worth it!

I just had my first experience with Turky. They were relatively quick to arrive. Called for a tow around 9:15 and they were at my home around 9:50. The guys were polite and quick to tow my car to the shop. Calling for the tow was a breeze too.

If we had the option for negative stars, Id opt for it. Their phone rep was the best part of my experience with this outfit. Called for a tow and was transferred to a driver that stated that he would be out in 1.5 hours. While this was frustrating enough, it was Sunday afternoon and my options were limited. After two hours, my calls began back to their office. Their phone rep was super helpful and very empathetic (I was sitting in a dead car with the outside temp at around 92 degrees). She was unable to get in touch with the driver to check on the status. I had enough and, on a wing and a prayer called Irvines. Their site said they were closed but I figured it was worth a shot. Irvines said theyd be out in 20 minutes and showed up in 15. Cancelled Turkys and was grateful for Irvines.

I will never call anyone else, but Turkys. They are reliable, and just all around good people. I have had to use them a few times, and was more than happy with their performance each time! They are available 24/7 and thats a big help when your car stops in the middle of the road at 2am. Thanks for always being there guys!!!

An insurance company had my car towed from my home to the body shop by Turkeys towing. When we got it back, the cover for the front tow point was missing. The body shop was sure that it arrived that way, since it could be driven from where it was delivered into and out of the repair bays and all the repair work had been on the front. Turkeys Towing said they would look into it and see if their operator remembered. He didnt. We went back and forth and finally they agreed to pay $25 if we would just order it off Amazon. We ended up getting it from the local BMW dealer for a little more, but would have been happy with the check for $25 if one had arrived. It has been a month since the promise and I am tired of this runaround, so Ill ask the insurance company to pay the $25, mostly so they will know about the runaround and, though minor, the annoying carelessness by Turkeys. While I dont need a tow company often, they probably do. We are glad it wasnt something more significant and costly.

Called to see what the protocol was to get some jerks car out of my front yard. The gentleman (using this term lightly) who answered was a complete a**hole. He got real ghetto real quick and pretty much told me to kick rocks! I will tell everyone I know about this company, I will tell them how terrible they are and to never aquire their services.

I did not get to chance to get the gentlemans name who towed my jeep, but he was extremely kind, he was fast getting my car set and getting my information, you could tell hes a hard worker.
