We brought our Honda Pilot to the body shop after a fender bender. The repairs were excellent and were completed ahead of schedule. The staff were courteous and professional.

Service dept is top notch.

They try to sell you service and maintenance parts that arent really needed. They tried to get me to have them change my timing belt even though my car has a timing chain which never needs serviced. Ive also had them suggest air filters be replaced when they werent even dirty.

The last week of November, I scheduled service. I told them what I needed done. He said, that bumps you to needing a technician.On the appointment day, December 2, I called to confirm. He wanted to do know what I needed done. I went through the list. He said one oclock.When I arrived it was like they never heard of the scheduled service. There were about 5 employees standing around there. They wanted to know what I needed done. To not miss anything, I said that I would go and get my book.While doing that I saw an employee and asked if I could trust this place, He said, I guess so. I said that was not very convincing and he said again, I guess so. I went back inside and said that I would go somewhere else. The five plus the one that I had asked got a a good laugh as I left.I went to Valvoline on MacCorkle Ave to get the oil changed. I will go to another Honda dealer for the other services needed.

If there was anyway I could give this a lower rating I would. The service manage is the most rude, unprofessional man I have ever dealt with. He acted like he did not want to help us with the cosmetic problem of our car that we bought less than a month ago. He treated myself and my wife with complete disrespect. This is a shame to say because of our experience with our salesman, and also the detailing department has been nothing but great. However, the service department was completely opposite. I will never buy again from this dealership simply because of the unprofessionalism and rudeness of this one person.
