Had extensive engine cooling system work done on my 09 S80 Volvo... replaced belts, hoses, water pump, battery... excellent quality service. I was very well pleased. Dan stayed a little past closing so I could pick up my car. I highly recommend High End.

Fast, professional service. The best place in Charleston to take your European or luxury car. I struggled for a long time to find a good mechanic in the area for german cars but these guys are just great. The location is kind of tucked away in a weird section of Charleston with some questionable roads so just be prepared to maneuver some potholes as you get close to the shop but it’s worth the adventure.

Needed some pretty major engines repairs and was completed in a timely manner with friendly service .

Very nice place for luxury vehichles

We have a 2004 Mini Cooper. We were on vacation from Canada and had been having some trouble with our car. We called ahead to let the shop know that we were going to try and make it there and ask if they could help us out. The gentleman on the phone was very kind and helpful and told us he would do what he could to help us out. The car made it there and in no time at all it was diagnosed and on its way to being fixed! They made us as comfortable as they could and even offered to drive us to the mall to help pass the time. In no time at all they had us repaired and on our way again! The mechanic Craig, even took care of the the hatch light that wouldnt go out!! If It wasnt such a distance to travel I would take the car there for all of its service! You can bet that I am going to tell all my Cooper friends about you !! A big shout out to the wonderful people that helped us out and gave such extraordinary service to our Cooper!! Thank you for helping make a difficult time so much better!

I drive a 2009 E350 that had a G service two weeks ago. My wife and I were driving from MD to Charleston, WV to celebrate my wife’s great aunt’s 109th birthday. About 60 miles from Charleston, my “check engine” light came on and the engine sputtered a bit. I found a gas station at the next exit and turned the car off. After about 30 minutes, I started the car - the “check engine” light did not come on.I decided to slowly drive the car to our hotel in Charleston. I Googled Mercedes repair shops in Charleston and found the dealer (of course) and two independent shops. I settled on Charleston High-End Motorworks based on the excellent on-line reviews. I took the car in first thing in the morning.The excellent customer service that I received started the moment I entered the shop. As a side note, my car has been expertly serviced and maintained since I purchased it new in 2009. Overall, my car operates and still looks new, so I’m very particular about who I let service it. Dan went out of his way to assure me that they would diagnose the problem and could repair my car.Dan drove me back to the hotel; they repaired my car; and he came and took me back to the shop. My total bill came to $460, which included new spark plugs and an oil change which I was almost due. I was expecting a bill in the $750-$1000 range and I would have gotten had I gone to the dealer.Once again, my car is “purring like a kitten.” Kudos to Dan. I highly recommend this shop. In my humble opinion, you can trust this shop to give you an honest appraisal and trustworthy work at a fair price.

Dan and team are great! I bring my 2015 Volvo to them from pikeville, ky. 2 hrs away. Bring cash or check to save money on the credit card fee. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Honest.

I was 650 miles into a 1000 mile trip up from Florida. My Porsches alternator started failing and I was soon to be stranded on the roadside if it failed. I looked Pat up on my phone. It was 7pm. He ordered the part for the next day. I stayed in a Hotel 1 mile away from his shop. At 8:30 am the next morning, Pat came to the parking lot and picked up my car. By 1pm he came by to take me to my car. If only all mechanics were this honest and helpful. Thanks again Pat.

Excellent quality service at a much more reasonable price than the dealer. Last year, my Mercedes needed $3000 in unexpected repairs, per the dealer. I called Pat and he quoted $1200 for the same repairs and he even went to the dealer and picked up my car for me! What service!

They get the job done and at a fair price

We broke down with our 2007 ML320CDI heading north and Pat took us in right away and found the problemS. He ordered the parts the same day and helped in more ways than were needed. We were treated better than we have at any service facility and for a garage I find this one exceptional.I would give a higher rating if I could but google only allows 5 stars.If you are in need of amazing service Pat, Dan and High End Autoworks are the only place to go.
