The best insurance hands down. I recommend David and the Swor insurance agency with a 5 star. They saved me over $1000 dollars a year off of my car insurance. Also help with the purchase of my first house and bundled my home insurance and flood insurance. Would highly recommend!!!

Rude staff!! Was hung up on. If I were you I would never do with this Erie office ever. Theres two other Erie offices in Charleston I would use one of them. Or get insurance through somebody else. Matter of fact if you look at the states statistics State Farm is the cheapest in West Virginia not Erie.

I am so disgusted with Erie Insurance as a whole but this was the agent we went through. Have had this policy for over a year and they cancelled our insurance because we have had 2 minor accidents this past year. Is that not what insurance is for?

Swor Insurance is a top notch insurance agency! The customer service is excellent as well as the service available. I was able to cut my auto insurance bill in half when I switched. I moved to Swor 2 years ago and from day one the staff have always established Knowledgable Customer Service. Solution makers that are always ready. Like, On vacation none of the banks I use are anywhere, I realized my insurance bill would be deducted from a debt account. And it couldnt because it was under. I tried transferring funds from another acount, but it wouldnt get there in time. Called Swor Ins and the staff got the autopay to stop, used my other debt card and I was off the phone in 5 min and back to vacation.
