Not responsive to any changes. Kim was the rudest agent we have ever put up with. I am so happy to have a honest nice agent now that is ready to help us and returns calls within minutes. Do not waste your time. She will be nice at first and then after a while her nasty attitude comes out. Apparently she either hates her job or has issues at home....

I have been an online customer with the Francisco Agency for 5+ years. I started out with auto and renters insurance (I dont currently have auto insurance because I dont own a car), but only have renters insurance now. I have never been to their office and have conducted all my insurance needs and changes (and Ive moved 6 times during my time with her) per phone conversations and over the internet. Kimberly and her staff have always been courteous, professional and interact with me in a way that makes me smile. I would recommend Kimberly Parker Francisco Allstate Insurance Agency to anyone looking for a dependable delightful Agent and staff. As they say its always a great day at the Francisco Agency!!

Tried 4 times to reach agency during office hours (8-5) without success.Round and around with answering service.. each time when I tried to leave message I was prompted to hang up and try calling back during office hours... hell it was office hours.So I stopped by agency and lights off and no one home.Later I tried again and was able to leave a message

This insurance agency continues cold-calling me, even after I have asked them to be removed from their call list. In addition, they have broken FCC Regulations (§ 64.1200) in regards to cold calls by calling outside the hours of 8:00 am - 9 pm. I will be returning their latest call and recording the conversation - AGAIN asking that I be removed from their call list.

I have no problem with this office personally they have always been really nice. The policies on the other hand i have homeowners and auto plocies and ever year my homeowners increases and every 6 mnths my auto insurance increases. It has never went down or stayed the same it has always went up. I have never had to file a claim so i cant understand why it increases everytime the policy renews.

When I first opened the policy in August of 2017 I was told my payment, well it is now May 2018 and my bill has increased without notice; I have no claims on my insurance what so ever and have not received a ticket, I will definitely be calling in Monday to figure this out. Also, they took TWO payments in October, when I called they said the second payment was for FEBRUARY, I had no explanation as to why they took out two payments especially saying one was for February which is 4 months after October?? I will definitely be switching companies unless they give some explanations!!!

I had numerous policies with kimberly and allstate. Moved them all because they are too big to help their clients. They dropped my coverage on a rental property because they thought it was vacant. Instead of reaching out to me to inquire, Kimberly dropped the coverage on the home. The only way I found out was through my lender who received notification of the lapse in coverage. I then was left scrambling for insurance at the last minute. All that needed to be done was a simple call. I was able to find insurance and ended up saving a lot of money too, so I am glad I switched. It was just very stressful at the time. Id go elsewhere in a heartbeat.

Office called 5x in 24hrs to confirm an appointment made less than 24hrs before. Call them back nothing but busy signals. They call me att 7:45 wakeup my household . Then I get to the office and it takes 2hrs for them to bother with me, after I complained mind you, because she was too busy chatting about a Denzel Washington movie, thanks for nothing.

My husband and I had multiple insurance policies with this agent and she cancelled one of our policies on a home with no notice. We were never late and always over insured. We didnt find out it was cancelled until our bank called to inform us trying to charge us for forced insurance. We still dont have an explanation. Kimberly caused us a lot of stress and financial worries. We cancelled all of our 5 policies with Allstate.
