I visited the Miller Gallery with my professor and classmates on Tuesday. Overall, it was a good experience. I liked their concept of only having a handful of artists design that they sell. They respect the artwork they receive and the art is displayed aesthetically for the consumers view. The space was small but exceptionally clean and unperturbed. My favorite piece they displayed were the golden lizards.

Miller Gallery is the first gallery that Ive ever been in love with. The variation of styles, colors, shapes and mediums is so perfectly curated. They introduced me to one of my favorite artists, Teresa Roche, and now I get to enjoy her work every day. The staff is amazing, the selection is wide and there is pricing for every shopper. This is a must stop for anyone who enjoys colorful and unique pieces

I went to The Miller Gallery with my class, at the College of Charleston, and I was very impressed. It was a small gallery but very spacious, it was clean and organized filled with art of all shapes and sizes. I loved the fact that they represented and sold art from all of the world including Australia and Columbia, in South America. A lot of the art was even local. The types of art ranged from expensive pieces to inexpensive pieces that can give any customer the chance to take something home from Charleston to remember it by. There are so many impressive pieces within the gallery and I absolutely loved the local artists who designed interesting and simple jewelry, called Naked Eyes. Overall, I was very impressed with the collection of art and how the gallery was displayed!

This art gallery has a refreshing, modern feel and has fantastic art. Walking into the Miller Gallery, you are surrounded by art at every corner. Each piece is completely different from the next creating a unique experience. Many pieces are made from disposable items, such as casino cards or old cans, and are turned into something completely new. The museum is also kid friendly and would be a great experience to bring any of your family or friends to.

I went to the Miller Gallery today for one of my classes at the College of Charleston. First, I loved the atmosphere of the gallery it is very contemporary, calm, and simple. The gallerys style allows for the artwork to make the noise. I like how they have a variety of pieces to appeal to different styles. The gallery features local Charleston artist as well as popular artists around the world, which I thought was really neat. Also, the owner Sarah was super generous and took some time to speak with our class for a few minutes. You can tell she has a great personality and very passionate about the gallery! Overall, great experience at the Miller Gallery and I highly recommend!

I went to Millers Gallery today with my class over at College of Charleston and it was definitely one of the best art galleries I have been to. The art gallery is a beautiful mixture of paintings and sculptures that come from all around the world created by different artist and most are expensive but a lot of them are in an affordable price range. That was the thing I loved most about Millers Gallery that anyone could take home a piece of the gallery with out spending a ton of money. What caught my eye was the little bulldog piggy banks since they were light to carry and fun with paint splatter on them, the best part was they were in my price range being a student. I highly recommend taking a visit to Millers Gallery next time you visit Charleston it is definitely 5 stars!

Miller Gallery was very simple and beautiful. The owner Sarah truly cares about the art and the artists. She was able to describe the art in a tasteful manner along with the artists in a very respectful way. I appreciate how the staff was able to answer any questions I had and shared their opinions about the different pieces of art around the store. The picture attached shows my favorite wall of the gallery which was simply beautiful.

I highly recommend Miller Gallery! I visited yesterday and enjoyed every minute of it. the owner was super friendly and welcoming and explained a lot of the pieces to me. I was fascinated by a chair made out of computer parts that Lady Gaga also had made for her, as well as some abstract paintings of people will exploding books as faces. There were also little white bulldogs splatter painted with rainbow paint that I really want to go back and purchase. The atmosphere was clean and sophisticated and I will definitely be revisiting again soon!

I am giving Miller Gallery 5 Stars because of the amazing artwork on show and the hospitable feeling the gallery gives off. My favorite piece on show would be the Binary Chair (pictured below) by Benjamin Rollins Caldwell. I really enjoyed this piece because it is all made up of computer parts which is really amazing. I also enjoyed how hospitable the gallery felt. When you walked in you are greeted by two very nice ladies and the gallery was very open and had plenty of walking space, plenty of natural light and laid back and relaxing music playing while you are viewing the plethora of artwork they have on show.

The Miller Gallery on East Bay street in Downtown Charleston is definitely worth a visit. The gallery itself gives off a calming vibe and is well lit. Not only does the gallery have many expensive art pieces, it also features art that doesn’t break the bank, making it the perfect place to stop by if you’re visiting Charleston. During my visit the staff were very friendly, and they answered any questions I had with utmost clarity and confidence. My favorite piece had to be a painting called “Dancing in the Rain” by Dixie Purvis.

Miller Gallery in Charleston on East Bay street is defiantly a place to stop by. This gallery is filled with amazing pieces from locals around South Carolina as well as around the U.S. They have beautiful pieces of abstract art decorating the walls, ones like the picture below. They also have modern pieces like chairs made out of mother boards and electrical pieces. Lady Gaga reached out to the artist of the chair and asked him to make a couple pieces for her to take on tour with her. Overall, this gallery has a wide range of intresting things to see and I defiantly recommend stopping by.

Visiting the Miller Gallery inspired me to continue being creative. There were many amazing art pieces but the one that captivated me the most was Binary Chair 05 designed by Benjamin Rollins Caldwell. This chair reminded me of the my engineering class in high school. In this class, we designed three chairs as group projects. While designing the chairs made realize I should use my imagination more. I also included a picture similar to the chair I designed in my class below.

Went this evening to Sarah Miller Gallery for Dixie Purviss art show. What a wonderful evening. The owner Sarah is one of the most gracious individuals. The gallery is beautiful, I loved that next to each art piece, there was a bit of a story or piece of the artist that made it feel a bit more personal. There were lots of local artists in attendance which goes to show the support that Sarah receives.
