Fantastic service from A & E Factory!!! My LG refrigerators compressor was out for the second time since my purchase in 2017. David Richardson (extremely knowledgeable, efficient, professional and relatable) came out with a compressor already on his truck to fix the problem in ONE visit! I had already been without my fridge for three weeks. This is what sets A and E Factory apart from the others, I was blown away. This company deserves FIVE Stars all the way!!!

I used this repair service because i purchased a home depot extended warranty plan. The A&E service company was excellent. Although repair was very simple and one I could have done myself, I feel that the technician could have repaired anything. I have such respect for people who can replace parts and figure out problems with machinery!The actually warranty repair process ( from Home Depot) was very tedious and it took over a month to finally get my repair completed. I wish I could have just called A&E repair myself.

The technician arrived exactly on time, although there was no on the way call beforehand. He quickly assessed our problem and repaired it, and explained what he was doing and why. It was a very helpful service call.

They answered the phone and got me an appointment quickly, service repair person came out the next morning and got it fixed, when they took my debit card number by phone they failed to tell me they charge twice. I was told one price and agreed to it, they charged that amount twice causing my account to over draw and costing me an overdraft fee. I called and got a csr on the phone ( natia) she didn’t know anything about anything and said she was sending an email to get her supervisor to call me that day. It’s been four days and still no phone call. I disputed the fraudulent charge with my bank and they may take ten business days to reverse the charge, so needless to say they know how to fix things, but they will screw you when you pay for it. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the service repair man was nice, knowledgeable and got it fixed quickly, but I will NEVER NEVER! Use Sears again even if I have to pay more money to start with at least I won’t get charged twice for the same thing. Basically they are rip off artists!!!!

The worst, most frustrating experience I can recall. And to top it off, the contractors they use are as useless as sears, and their so called protection plan. I had to purchase the part for the repair, and after weeks of waiting, and being stood up by repair service, we ended fixing our washing machine ourselves. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

The visit was to replace my ice maker. It took about 5 minutes and was fine. The reason for the two stars is it took TWO WEEKS for that to happen. I have a service contract so I can get repairs done in a timely manner. Two weeks is not a timely manner and having to buy ice for two weeks should not have been necessary.

Serviceman was very professional, repair was done quickly. arranging preferred date was easy. serviceman and automated service kept me updated on arrival time, but I did find the four-hour appointment window inconveniently long, especially since serviceman arrived 5 minutes after it ended.

I took day off work to wait on the technician to repair appliance. I verified from their email they had the correct phone number. Their protocol is to call 30 minutes before they arrive.They did not call and they did not ring doorbell. Absolute worst service imaginable. I will never use these people again.Their customer service is horrible.

The service tech checked to see if the power was flowing to the elements, and itwas. However, when we used the broiler, it did not work properly. Secondly, thelower oven did not reach 350 degrees. The top oven worked. I have called A&Ethe repair company and I am waiting for a return call. Peter Brooke

The appt. center was flawless. Confirmed twice more. Gave window for service. Cut to 2 hr. window day of service. Tech was clean, polite, experienced. Very good in every way. Would certainly call them again!

I cant believe Sears is still in business. I purchased a stove from them 18 months ago, and it has not worked for the last 6 months despite numerous attempts at repairs. They refuse to replace the stove, blaming my home electrical system, and that despite the fact that I have a letter from a licensed contractor who examined my home thoroughly and concluded that the problem is not my home but a short in the stove. Heres a simple fact: If I had a problem with my home wiring, all my 240v appliances would be shot. But they all work fine. When I call, their answer is Im sorry sir. Theres nothing more we can do, over and over again. Its been the worst experience Ive ever had with any company Ive ever dealt with.

Service repair was completed and the problem supposedly repaired ( the refrigerator section was not cooling properly and food was spoiling) the freezer and the cooling drawer worked fine. The temperature inside all areas were checked with a thermometer prior to the service date and all except the refrigerator was operating at the correct temperature. The refrigerator never got to the proper cooling temperature. Called back and another appointment wasnt available for another 19 days.

Terrible customer service - I had to say my problem 6 times due to them not having listening skills. To busy thinking & saying theres nothing we can to to help you. Its very hard to find someone that can speak Engywell enough for you to understand. No empathy here on major problems that their technician cause while at my home.

Worse experience I ever had with sears. They replaced the freezer but it took a lot of talking to do that. They were to pickup the old freezer at no charge and a pond bringing the new freezer told my father he needed to pay them cash to remove it I still cant tell you how angry I am about that and the fact my family has been with sears since the 60s you have lost mine and my families business forever.

I will never use Sears again for appliance repair . Although I specified in my request exactly what was needed, the repair man showed up without the necessary parts and I had to reschedule another visit. For the second appointment the repair man was scheduled to arrive between 9 AM and 1 PM. I waited until 2 PM to leave the house, but was only minutes away and could have returned to the house if the repair man had called me. He did not telephone at all. Who knows when he arrived, but he put in his notes that no one was home when he got here. I called to complain and to make another appointment and was told that someone would call me back. No one ever called me back. I called again to reschedule the appointment. Please realize that each telephone call I had to make took quite a lot of time as I was invariably put on hold. For the third appointment, the repair man arrived with minutes to spare in the allotted time frame. He was here less than five minutes to replace the part. All seemed well until a week later I ran out of ice. Apparently no ice had been made since his visit. The icemaker had been running properly until that time. I have been online and have tried everything suggested to get the icemaker going again to no avail. So I had to call Sears to make yet another appointment . If you put your self in my position, you will see why I am so dissatisfied..

Sears is horrible. No wonder they are going out of business. Their repair department is a joke. Save your time and go elsewhere. They never show up when they are supposed to, then never have the parts, so its a good 6 weeks before you get your repair. Then it probably wont stay fixed either. They dont care if you have a business to run either.

It took a long time (3 weeks) to get the dishwasher repaired. When it was finally repaired and the repairman was gone, I checked it and found that it was not level anymore. When I opened the door the top shelf slammed out. I called Sears about it and they said that Sears does not come out to level or unlevel any appliance. Really? Does anyone ask for Sears to come out and unlevel a dishwasher? So when the repairman opened the dishwasher door the top tray had to slam open because it does it all the time. I certainly think he should have leveled it. And I would like to pass on the same rating to whoever I spoke to at customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and she said that wasnt going to happen and I would have to talk to the warranty people. I have bought a lot of appliances from Sears but I will be going elsewhere.

Completely unsatisfied. All the repair guy told us to do was pour two cups of bleach in the machine every couple of months. He is a nice guy, but our washer machine has so much mold and mildew it seems like a manufacturer defect. Totally disappointed in the service.

Glenn did a great job of efficiently replacing the igniter on our Jenn-Air gas oven on 1/9/2017 and my wife is happy to have it back in operation. He was very professional and arrived on time (actually a little early but he did call when he was on his way over).

I was charged almost $300 for a repair that did not fix the issue. My washing machine did not make it through even one cycle before displaying the very same error code that the repair was supposed to address. After waiting almost 10 days for a second appt, a technician came out a 2nd time and ran the machine through the spin cycle stating that it was fixed. However, the washing machine still is not fixed and cannot run through a normal cycle. Now I have to wait almost another 2 weeks for another technician to return to try to fix the machine again. During all of this time (an elapsed period of about 5 weeks) I am spending significant amounts of money doing my laundry at the local laundromat. I will never again use this service and will advise all my contacts against doing so as well.

After eight (8) tries and six (6) new icemakers now there is one (1) working icemaker in the same refrigerator . This repair took 8 repair visits, 6 new icemakers and over 7 months without an icemaker. All this took place under the Sears Protection Agreement which states if four (4) repairs are make then the product would be eligible for replacement. Here is the catch. It takes four completed repairs in a 12 month period to obtain the possibility of a replacement product. It took seven (7) months to complete one repair. Wonder if three (3) more repairs can be made in the remaining five (5) months.Icemaker 7 installed 07-07-2017. 07-8-2017 the ice makers spring broke from the dispensers door. on 07-17-2017 that was repaired. Samsung refrigerator cannot be recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service! It took 2 weeksd fopr the techniciann to get to my home to fix my dishwasher-then he ordered a part which took another week to arrive. I will never again purchase a Sears appliance or purchase a Sears Service plan. They are NOT prompt and the are rude and completely unconcerned about serving the customer.Today is July 12th and the dishwasher has stopped working again! I just got off the phone with Sears Service and they tell me they will not send a technician before July 19th!!! Another week with no dishwasher after it was just repaired less than 1 month ago!!! Once again horrible service from Sears! I would urge anyone reading this not to purchase a Sears appliance or a Sears repair warranty! They will noot repair you appliance in a timely manner.

I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator 18 months ago from Sears which hasnt worked properly from the beginning. Sears cant diagnose the problem and cant fix it. If you choose Kenmore from Sears you get to have many service calls, requiring you set aside four hours to wait for rep, you get condescending advice about how your food is placed in your refrigerator and hours on the phone holding for customer service. What you dont get is a reliable refrigerator.
