If only I could give it a zero. They are absolutely useless. Seem to barely pick it up half the time Will gladly write you a note rather than scooting over your trash the extra 0.5 foot if they feel its too close. And dont call and complain or their supervisor will hang up on you even if youre being civil. Charming people.

The Chapel Hill solid waste facility on Eubanks Rd is fantastic. Well organized, clean, courteous folks. After getting accustomed to the hours of operation, it is a great utility for the community.
