Great experience. Brought my car in to check the check engine light. Alexander helped me and really went above and beyond with helping me determine the issue and steps I should take. It was very apparent that he was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help guide me but also not make me feel dumb for not knowing what was going on. They were a little busy, and he didn’t waste time helping me he was quick and to the point but also thorough at the same time. Alexander exceeded my expectations for sure. Will definitely return to this Autozone location as well as recommend it to my friends and family.

I was helped by Jon C, an incredibly knowledgeable and kind man who went above and beyond, literally, to make sure that I received the help I need. Times are tough for everyone these days and Jon truly cared about my issue and did everything he could to make sure it was successfully resolved. Honestly, I am risking my life riding this review driving home simply because they were that good and I do not want to forget to write this review. Danny and Ben in particular or two of the most helpful people I could have asked for. Highly highly recommend.

Love this place! My battery died and it was a freezing cold night right before the store closed. That didn’t put a damper on the customer service though! The gentleman who helped me directed me to the exact new battery I needed and lent me an Allen key and socket wrench to swap it in. Today, we went in for wiper blades and Danny B. installed them for us for free. Thank you Autozone!

Ben is very knowledgeable and willing to assist. My tire was going flat and Auto Zone happened to be the closest spot. He offered the use of his portable compressor and advised me to use Fix A Flat the next chance I got. What I noticed about him and Jason, was when I went to return the portable compressor, they remained steadily focused on their customers despite my thanking them. I thought that was top notch! Carry on! Be well!!

You would be better served to drive an extra couple of miles to the University Drive location.

Chapel Hill Tire missed diagnosis the charging system of my car and told me it is a battery issue. But the battery in my car was bought from the Autozone shop in Cary 5 days ago. I shew them the test report from Chapel Hill Tire. They changed a new battery for me without any question or any cost, and the replaced battery turned out to be a good one but only not fully charged because of the charging system issue. Very reliable place to buy auto-parts.

Ben went above and beyond to create a great customer experience. Would highly recommend this store and Ben in particular for going above and beyond.

I had an alternator issue and the helped me in all parts of the process. From helping me charge the battery to make sure to finding an awesome mechanic, they really saved me a ton of money and lots of headaches. I tried returning a product I’d purchased just the day before because it looked like it had been used. Associate (white) accused me (brown guy) of trying to return it after using it myself. I asked if it was store policy to refuse refund and he stated policy is he can refuse refund at his discretion.Went to the Roxboro location and the friendly associates (hispanic) refunded me no questions asked. This stark difference of service leads me to believe associate at this location was racially prejudiced in his treatment towards me.If you’re POC, you might have a better time at a different location.

I came in to just purchase coolant. The employee who helped was fine at first until it was time to pay. I had taken out my cash to count for the correct amount and the employee asked me “Do you wanna get rid of some of those?” (Meaning my stack of bills I had been counting). I ignored it at first cause I thought it was a joke. Then he asked again more clearly insinuating I give him my money for no reason other than he simply asked. Unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.

I’ve always had an excellent experience with the staff at this location. They know their stuff, which isn’t always the case with chain parts stores like this, but these guys take the time. Friendly faces and knowledgeable service.

I’ve been a variety of times and everyone there has always been very friendly and helpful. Good selection of parts in stock and they’ve been helpful in sending me elsewhere to track down specific stuff they don’t have on hand.

Stopped by to replace my car battery a few weeks ago and was helped by an employee named Carmichael. He made it a wonderful experience, and went above and beyond to help me out. Really appreciated his help.

While at a red light, a man told me my taillights were out. I was worried I was either going to need to spend an hour or a bit of money replacing them on my own or going to an actual shop since I just dont have the proper tools and havent done it before. When I went to the Chapel Hill Auto Zone, they helped me out perfectly! One associate made small talk and made sure I got the right part for my vehicle. While another took a few minutes out of his day to help me figure out how to successfully replace the lights, as I wasnt sure what I was doing. The staff made sure I quickly and safely got back on the road!

They tested my battery and starter system free of charge and let me know that I didn’t need a replacement. Great place - will definitely go back here when it is time to replace that battery!

Friendly, helpful staff--shoutout to Alexander--I believe thats his name--the young man who helped me get my Jetta started with the stores company truck after the portable jumper wouldnt get it up and running.

Alexander S was extremely helpful with replacing my key fob and battery after it broke!! He had no problem taking extra time to make sure it fit back together perfectly.

It might be the best Autozone in the area. All staffs are professional and friendly. The store is generally new and well-organized.

Had a light on stopped in they put their little machine on and was able to let me know what was wrong with my car. Within a few minutes. Helpful staff gave me informed information so I was able to decide what to do.

Normally they have what I need but on this day they didnt so to not judge them harshly I waited a few days before posting... Attitudes were not that good on this day from staff... More like a 2.5 star but because of past interactions I gave them 3...

There is a young lady there by the name of Vincent I asked her in regards to getting some wiper blades so she can help me and point me in the right direction for a split second I was happy with the service and then I nudged her on the shoulder for a split second to let her know how grateful I am that she was there to help me and she shrugged like if I had leprosy I think this is very unaccordingly for the way that she carries herself, but a young man by the name of TJ came out and asked me if everything was okay he helped me to install my wiper blades and he told me that he would talk to his manager in regards to the way that she carried herself.

Had to make a pit stop fire DEF for truck and their brand was cheaper by $4 for same quality!

Just go to advanced Auto. All the employees have been incredibly helpful but I was sold a bad battery that did not function, and it caused me a lot of trouble. They did allow me to trade the battery for a refund, and the process was smooth, but from my experience the batteries are unreliable.

They are always helpful. I cant tell you how many times they have helped me diagnose and repair my car.
