Refused my mail and made me lose business. Took over 4 weeks of email correspondence to cancel my month to month agreement. Make sure you record calls and get everything in writing, cause youll need it just to cancel.

Staff does a lot to make the space comfortable, welcoming and communal! The common spaces are always clean and well stocked, and any questions and requests - from setting up voicemail to moving furniture - are resolved quickly and capably. We are choosing to stay here when our lease is up for renewal.

Our company has been with Regus since March 2018. We have been very pleased with our decision to rent space form Regus. It has been a very positive experience and the staff are very prompt and accommodating in meeting our needs. Would definitely recommend.

The offices are nice and come already furnished. They also have different size offices available and co-working space. The common area is always clean and organized. This is a nice space if you need a professional location for client meetings or only have a few employees and dont need a whole office suite.That being said, I personally dont love the location of offices, mainly because of the traffic on 54 during rush hour times, and the proximity to UNC probably makes it worse when classes are in session. Also, be aware that office visitor parking is only for 3 hours, so if you have an office visitor all day, they would have to move their car after 3 hours and/or attempt to find street parking.

Dont believe the negative review. Staff changes have made this location a gem. The staff cares that you have what you need, they are there to greet your guests, always working, and all business. Michele and Susan are a great receptionist team. Its a spacious place with plenty of open offices.

*** BEWARE *** This location is managed by the same person I reviewed for 615 St George Square Ct, Winston-Salem, NC. I was initially interested in an office at the Winston-Salem location, after receiving multiple emails from the area manager, I felt she was desperate. I began to do my homework and after visiting the office again, finding no one at the front desk, I took a picture of the tenant board and began contacting the ones I could locate online. It seems that the ones I was able to get in touch with were not happy, some said that they were leaving due to the current manager yelling at them in front of others in the lobby when she was confronted with ongoing staffing issues and overcharges. It seems like a nice place, but I do not want to be involved with a company that is miss managed or unprofessional. *** BEWARE ***FYI... I also found the same manager posting repeated posts on Craigslist (desperate and against CL policy)

I love this Regus location. Its in a relatively new business center in Chapel Hill (about 10 minutes from Franklin St. and 5 minutes from UNC-Chapel Hill). The front office staff is friendly. There are a good mix of people from all generations running businesses out of this location, which is perfect if you provide B2B services. Whether you need marketing, recruiting, or legal assistance, youll find someone in the office who can help.The only downside is that the entrance is poorly marked and the instructions to get there are typically unclear. To get to the office, you should go to the East 54 Lobby entrance and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Its the office immediately to the left as you step out of the elevator.

I have used day offices at this location regularly for the last 7 years to meet clients by appointment. They provide a great professional office experience for my clients with a courteous staff.

Avoid this location. Very poor communication with staff and management. Beware of their pricing structure. Where they lock you in a contract for an additional 90 days if you dont reply to an email they send you that goes straight to spam. Asking for a courtesy release of a quarterly contract by paying 2 months in advance I was told I could not cancel for another 121 days. What part of a quarterly contract dont they get? Beyond that parking is not fun. The space is cramped, except their kitchen and just not enjoyable people. I would avoid this space.
