Rob is OUTSTANDING! I cannot speak more highly of Rob or his expertise. I have worked with Rob several times over the past year when my family was in crisis and in need of expertise and support. Rob listened carefully, provided options and resources, and ensured that all of our needs were met. He gave me all the time I needed and never made me feel inept or silly. He challenged my thinking, but with kindness and appropriately, and always led me to better choices. He has gained my trust and a level of gratitude that cannot be adequately captured in words. My wife had one phone call with Rob Danzman these folks were useless. Provided us back information and support that we had already provided them. They then charged me $447 for two phone calls when I declined their case management service. Totally disappointed with their nasty sleazy tactics of tricking you in to registering as client and then chagrining my card without ever sending a bill until I called to question what I politely termed an accidental billing error that turned out to be intentional charges because I turned down their ridiculous case management services. This place has questionable ethics at best; stay away from these people.
